I might switch the lights in the next days. Depending on her growth. Day44: Added some water and moved the camera a little further away. Day45: She felt lonely, so I got her a friend... Theobroma Cacao. New seedling that needs the warmth + humidity. Hopefully surviving winter. Day46: I decided to take some zoomed in stills of her. To show off her beauty. The purpling of the branches really make this lady something special. In some of the shots it might look like her leaves are yellowing, but it's just the angle of the light. You can see on the photo that I took from the top, that all leaves are a healthy dark green. At least I now have proof that she's a lady. She's short and stubby, but I'm not really growing for amount. I just neeed 50g, after all (hehe) Day47: She grew like a demon overnight. I'll check the height tomorrow.

The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Week 5 Update: Challenges and Optimism! 🌿💪✨ Hey there, fellow growers! 👋🌱 As we dive into the fifth week of this thrilling journey, I must admit that I've encountered a few obstacles along the way. But fear not, for challenges are merely opportunities in disguise! 🌱🚀 Currently, three of my plants are still looking a bit droopy, a consequence of my underfeeding mishap. 😔 However, I've taken decisive action to rectify the situation. I've increased their water intake from 0.5 liters each to a generous 1 liter each, provided every two days. Hydration is key! 💧💦 Let's talk environmental conditions. The temperature within the grow space ranges between 20°C and 22°C, maintaining a comfortable and optimal range for our leafy companions. The humidity levels hover around 60% to 68%, thanks to the diligent work of my trusty dehumidifier. Kudos to technology! 🌡️💨💨 In light of the recent droopiness, I've temporarily adjusted the LED power to 75%. It's a careful balancing act to ensure the plants receive the right amount of light without overwhelming them. We're all about finding that sweet spot! 💡🌿✨ Interestingly, I've noticed a similar issue with droopiness during my previous grow with sour stompers. Could it be a recurring pattern? 🤔 Moreover, upon activating the dehumidifier, I made an intriguing discovery. The CO2 levels have soared over 900ppm! It seems I've stumbled upon an unexpected correlation. I'll certainly be investigating this further to unravel the mystery. Hey growers, welcome back! This week marks week fourteen of the Pineapple Upside Down grow, and things are looking really good inside the tent. It’s been a smooth, steady week — no drama, no surprises, just solid, consistent growth. The plant has fully bounced back from the previous weeks and is showing great vitality. The new apexes have stretched out beautifully, filling the canopy in a balanced way. Every leaf looks healthy, rich in color, and there’s not a single sign of deficiency or stress. Environmental conditions have stayed right on target — temperature and humidity are stable, keeping the VPD in the sweet spot. The setup’s running quietly and efficiently, and it feels like the system has found its perfect rhythm. It’s been one of those weeks where you don’t really have to do much — just keep an eye on the parameters, enjoy how she’s developing, and let nature do the work. Watching her push out new growth every day is honestly the best part of the process. So yeah, a calm and satisfying week overall. The feed on this week's post is for the RQS Wedding Cake Auto. The FB And Bruce Banner got 1 tsp of BAS Coconut powder and 2 tsp of molasses. The Wedding Cake also got a small top dressing of 2 tbsp of craft blend a buildaflower. Im not too sure on what's going on with the wedding cake but im letting it ride out.

This lady is all flowers and frost now. No more stretching so I haven't needed to do any more bending. Terrific canopy out of this lady. Man the trichomes and bud structre are golden! I'm happy as a pig in shit with her. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Day 64 - Started off week 10 with 2 gallons of water and nutes today. I’ll be chopping my Cherry Cookies in about 2 weeks so she’ll have a little more room in the tent to stretch and get some light. She’s fine right now but a little cramped. Had a few of the lower leaves that were died off and just hanging on so removed them as well. Day 66 - Nothing much new going on today. Removed a few more dying fan leaves again. Gave her a bit more water than I normally do so she should be good for another couple days. She’s definitely budding up nicely and just waiting for her to really start frosting up. Day 67 - All looking good and coming along nicely. She’s budding up and just waiting for the frost to start. She’s gonna need some water and nutes tomorrow. Day 68 - Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today and she’s doing really well. Buds are forming nicely but still not seeing any trich development yet but I’m sure that’ll come soon enough. She is putting off a little bit of a smell right now and it’s almost like straight lemon. Not sure if that’s how this strain is supposed to smell but I’m liking it. She’ll have a bit more room to stretch out next weekend when I chop my Cherry Cookies. Day 69 - She’s still budding up nicely and hopefully this coming weekend she’ll be less constricted when I chop the Cherry Cookies. She’s drinking quite a bit and will probably need water and nutes again on Tuesday. Still not seeing much trich development so not sure what’s causing that but we’ll see what happens in the end. Day 70 - The end of week 10 today and looking through my jewelers loupe, I finally see some trichs starting to develop. So hopefully in the next week or so, I’ll be able to get a good smell coming from her. She’s going to be needing some water and nutes tomorrow.

all nutrients are in ger section. in round about one month it is harvest time, if she keeps going as well as she already did. hst and cutting sunleafes seems not to harm her too mutch.

I decided to start flushing #1 and #3 Gator breath plants, since they already have good sugar and sizes, leaves are dark purple or yellow-brown. I will keep feeding #2 Gator Breath and both Total Eclipse plants, they are looks like need more time to form good sugar buds. Thanks for reading and folowing, cheers.

During week 8 I accidentally snapped one of the branches whiles defoliating. It was a clean break but nearly snapped clean off. I have managed to prop and strap it up so hopefully with a bit of care she can hold on. It’s now been 5 days since it snapped and seems to still look healthy so keeping my finger crossed🤞 Other than that this girl seems to be coming on really well. She has a lot of bud sites and seems to been taking nicely to my DIY aero/hydroponic system. I’m really pleased with how she has turned out for my first ever grow and I’m looking forward to see her at harvest! Happy Growing!🌱😎
