I have to say, overall out of all 5 purple Lemonade seeds I’m not very happy with the results so far considering they was a little more pricey & the fact that I know how good these plants can turn out! Not sure if I just got some bad genetics or what’s up but pretty bummed about this run so far😅😅 hopefully things will start to look up! Very happy with this weeks growth. So much sugar. I did lots of trimming after last weeks pictures. These girls were flushed yesterday and the smell is really starting to show. Will get some good trichome shots uploaded later today, starting to see lots of milk soon :)

Very close to beginning to LST. I figure either in this week, or starting next week. Overall each day these plants have grown a good amount, They have good color, they are all growing quickly (the one small one is 1 week behind and had a rougher over all experience. He was planted into a tent that already had higher wattage being pumped into it, so I don't expect much from it.) So far, they all appear to be female!

Getting closer! starting to see some milky trichs, i might have been off by a week or 2 on my prediction for time left lol but they have plumped up nicely!!! she is looking and smelling amazing. Looking like a healthy yeild from her too. took the c02 out about 5 days ago. I'm guessing around 5-7 days until harvest. absolutely love this strain so i'm stoked to have a nice resupply coming soon i'm gonna toss out a dried flower weight guess of hmmmmmmm 122 g

Hey Growers, End of week 10 from seed Earlier in the week I began noticing an orange color on some leaf tips, I probably overfed them nutrients so I fed them just water with a ph of 6.0 on the following feeding schedule and the leaves are looking better now. Last week a weird smell was coming out from the colas, its slowly changing. Its now starting to smell like 🍃 🍋 ⛽️ Noticed a small Increase in orange pistils I want to increase light intensity but I am worried the red stems on the top of the plant will get worst and then affect the whole plant. Only the top part of the plant has some red stems, the rest are all green. QUESTIONS How close am I from Harvesting? When should I begin flushing?

Week 2 of flower roughly and all plants have begun the shift to cotton balls. Except for the males of course but, they’re grown som hefty sacks also😉. As it turns out we have 3 males, not 2. That might present an option to harvest pollen off one of em to actually save for future use. We’ll see how it goes. Other than that - all plants are performing generally well. Certainly we’ll enough to make some seed babies so let’s get to it. I figure nuts start bust’n in about 2 weeks or so yall! Giddy up and slap dat ass - we gotta make ourselves some bit ‘o awesome😎. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. Shoutout and cheers to @blendmedmedman. Hoping to have something back to ya in short order. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

So this is a diary I initially did away with because I didn't think she was going to make it.. I had tried black opium by a different breeder in the same medium and she died at a very young age so I thought the same was going to happen with this plant because he had a slow start to no fault of her own.. I say all that to say this Weedseedsexpress has some strong genetics because she has pulled through and I have given her a beaten ever since and she is taking it well... She's starting to get her groove and once the kabul is done and she has the tent to herself she'll be about ready for flower... This is a testament to Weedseedsexpress because I really didn't think it was possible to grow anything in this medium because this is the same medium that I use for my gummy bear grow and I poured ina whole bunch of salt based nutrients through that with minimal flush at the end of its run.. so huge shout out too Weedseedsexpress.. so far so good I highly recommend! .. also the damage on the leaves are from me topping it too early and thus damaging them when they were super small... I dropped 2 of the 3 seeds I got in a glass of 6.4ph balanced purified water for 15hours and transferred to paper towel. Full reversal was documented in this journal. The receiver(mother) was grown in soil using the HWGrow Soil Feed Schedule and the donor(father) was fed the HWGrow Hydro Feed Schedule. Actual data collected from the grows contributed to the final numbers in our feed schedules. The complete harvest on the seeds were documented on my journal on discord which could guide you if you grow this cross. Goal of the Cross: The photo with the buds shows what the final buds harvested from both parents look like after drying and curing(Sweet Slurry on left, Sugar Cane on right). This cross will produce a combination of both of the parents. Sweet Slurry is actually a backcross of Slurricane and Sugar Cane so this would be a 2nd generation Backcross which has the potential to improve frost. It's a crap shoot, but you could get lucky and it could happen. This will ultimately stabilize this cross into a strain and you really cant go wrong with frosty x frosty. This cross is the reverse of SHUGA.

Not much to do this week. Plants are doing great ! Since a few weeks the leaves have small spots. They are not insects, not spider mites. But I don't know what it is. Started to add BioFinale PK 0.5ml/500ml water/24l pot

Both Lsd25’s on the left side cherry cola on the back right and big bud auto on the front right. Cherry cola seems to have a mutation problem but ima grow her out. The rest are doing great and on the big bud I topped it day 24 and started lst on day 26.

It's the last week according to RQS... This fresh citrus smell is so good... Trichomes are not ready yet...

Put on a ts1000 as underlight at 40%. Buds are bulking up

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I'm a flusher. I gave their last food yesterday and will use nothing but water till the end. I've marked the branches that I've pollenated and will give food again after harvest if the seeds aren't finished. Easy as that. I found some bud rot on plant #3 and had to cut it out quick. Too bad it was one that I had pollenated. It was only the top bud so I hope the other buds on that branch will still be good for seeds. Everything else is going well in here. I didn't know what I would get when I made the cross 2 years ago but I'm very pleased with the way the plant have preformed so far. There's some big, heavy, dense buds in here. Can't wait to smoke them. It's 30*c here today and will be for the next 4 days. It's 35*c in the greenhouse right now, I just stuck my head in while I'm waiting for the video to upload. That will kill any fungus spores that bother my plants. Good Luck. Chuck.
