Today was the day I gave the plants the last nutrient cocktail 💤 next week i'll only give you water to rinse the plants😙 But the smell of this beauties are awsome i love the toxic smell from the amnesia but you can smell the sweet Bananna too but the amnesia is wayy stronger XD😊

So I know I said they would have one more week into the vegetative stage, but after looking at my calendar, my jars, and the plant's size, I've decided it was a good time to flip into flowering stage. After 7 days into blooming plants are in stretch mode at full speed, everything is looking good so far for these Vanilla Ice clones!

Got the Spider Farmer wicking system set up with a reservoir. Up until now I’ve been using purchased pure water since it came with a better starting pH than my tap. After running the numbers, the cost of hauling jugs didn’t make sense long term. I ended up grabbing an RV water inline filter for the garden hose, which strips out most of the chlorine and other contaminants I was worried about. Goal was mostly a stable water source because the girls are getting thirsty; I still prefer hand-watering to wet and activate the top dress. Access is only from one side of the 5×5, so as they bulk up I’m learning the back two are a chore to reach. The wicking pads help keep things even between rounds, but I’m still going in by hand to finish the job. Did a defoliation pass; airflow and light paths improved, but I may need to push it a bit further because I don’t want a lot of larf. Crazy how much plant material I pulled off but they seem fine. Light feels like the current yield limiter. The SF4000 is solid but a touch undersized for full 5×5 penetration, the lower canopy isn’t getting what I want. I’m eyeing a higher-wattage bar style light for better edge uniformity and deeper PAR at canopy. I’ve been testing edge light saturation with the SpiderF PPFD sensor at canopy height. Center readings are strong but the corners and long edges are clearly lacking. Smaller tent or smaller plants another option maybe. Im at 100% on my light and will be for the rest of the grow just raising it to keep distance. Plants look happy overall. The Durban Cookies is standing out, taller and more vigorous than the 10th Planets especially for being a week younger than the rest. I am guessing it will be harvested first just by stretch speed alone. The 10th Planets R1s all have a pretty even canopy going but showing stretch. Wicking system + hand-water combo is keeping the media right where I want it, and the top dress from last week is kicking in. Reminding everyone this is my first grow. Hoping for a pound dry, but I won’t be greedy. Keeping my expectations realistic! Thanks for following along.

Haven't done any feeding so far, I've been usong miracle grow so I think that's the only reason it's doing okay. I'm buying Remo kit nutrients this week and im excited to see what a difference it will make. But any advice on how much I should do for her first feeding or even what I should start with exactly would but greatly appreciated.

Now on day 49,47&41 flowering has started and they are looking lovely. Started adding 19-4-23 well water into every other watering ..

I was really happy to complete this Grow , the smoke is delicious , I only did one more grow before which was also autos but didn’t turn so good I had bud rot and mildew so I usually buy my bush . I am as happy as a jackpot winner with this grow considering my experience and the results I gotta with this gang of Jacks . What’s next for me !! Day 15 (7/1) - I missed day 14 but here are some hopefully good pictures of Day 15. First day of week 3 since sprout! I decided to FIM the CP just because it was growing so much taller than the XLK. I added a picture if the result. The FIMing actually took place on Day 14 so these photos are 1 day after. The XLK is staying low and getting a little bushy under rather but it’s still thriving so far. I still have not fed the plants anything other water with calmag added then PHed out so far. I think this one is going to be really compact. I don’t want to star real LST on it yet due to its low height. It’s about 4-5 inches. CP is thriving the day after its FIM session. The growth looks good to me..?? I don’t honestly know or have any experience to go off of. It grew a little taller and I was able to adjust the tie on it so more underleaf was exposed. This all took place on day 14. These pictures are the result. I like how much new green I see under after just one night. Day 17 (7/3) - Provided a few updated pictures. I won’t be able to provide another update until Sunday night so I will be posting another video at that time. FIMing has produced a lot of new growth in the lower nodes as I read it should do. I’m glad that it seems like the process went well. We will see how much they’ve grown on day 19. Day 20 (7/6) - I was away from the grow for a few days longer than I thought I would be but they still seem to be doing their thing. The soil was dry but that’s only about two or three days worth of drying out which is completely fine and the humidity was a little low but when I got back I refillEd the humidifier and everything seems to be going smoothly. Tomorrow will be the last day of week three and then after week four. I hope to see some height from these cause the tallest is still at about 6 inches due to LST.

The plant gotten bit taller but now she is getting fatter. Because of that I know she is finishing the 1st 3rd of her flowering cycle. So I trimmed her, cleaned all the small bud sites and added more flowering food as top dress. She also got boost
