Welcome back to Fat Yappa's ladies and gentlemen, its been another mad week in the garden. This week these girls have began to produce some serious quantities of bud sites, but the transition into flower has not been without its adversity to be conquered. Gone is the humidifier, and the battle with humidity has commenced. All of a sudden the three larger Banner ladies, together with their Wedding Cheesecake Fastbuds cousin in Coco Coir have levelled up from 2.5L per plant ever four days, to 2.5L every two days, which has increased the humidity substantially, and this week has mostly been a battle to get the RH down to 50% or below, which has meant the tent door has been open as much as situations have allowed for that, the grow tent heater has been turned off, and my central heating has been ramped back up to 21c in an endeavour to dry the air some what, and the room in which the grow tent is situated has seen the addition of an old but reasonable dehumidifier on loan from my parents. I have also had to put some further serious thought into air circulation, and the T6 has been ramped up to level 6 as a constant, the intake fan has been increased, and Ive lowered one of my 40w fans closer to canopy level. The other 40w fan is situated in the top back corner, opposite the carbon filter to try and prevent stale air from building up in there, and I did try and lower this one also, but the way I have it wired, the plug flex would only allow me to gain a couple of inches. Circulation has improved, but is still not ideal across the entire canopy and this has caused some anxiety in regard to humidity and mould etc. To counteract this, and now that bud sites are developing, gaining a clear vision of which fan leaves could be removed, there have been a few defoliation session this week. Nothing major, maybe a couple of handfuls off the the older Bruce Banners, yet compared to the Wedding Cheesecake in Coco, which stands at a whopping 28 inches, towering over everything else in the tent by almost a foot now, despite the LST, which is much less of a leafy specimen and has only lost a dying leaf or two. In terms of LST, I have continued to perform the technique two or three times a week on all the plants, yet have stopped on the four larger plants in the past few days as I fear their stems are becoming too rigid for it now, and to further add to this, there is literally no more space for them to go besides up. The Wedding Cheesecake in Coco is a concern, with it being so high above the rest of the canopy, but there is literally nowhere else to tie her down. I will continue on the smaller Wedding Cheesecake, growing in living soil, and the Bruce Banner runt for another week or so, which at the moment I would describe as being in pre flower, and seem to be about a week behind the other four, until I feel the same fears in regard to the technique damaging them. As hinted at above, space is becoming an issue, housing these six big autoflowers in a 4x4, and the five plants that were originally intended would have been more than adequate to fill the space, and things have become so tight in there that I have had to remove the intake fan and place it on the outside of the tent, but the increase in sound from this has left me dissatisfied with this as a permanent solution. The increase in intake and out take fans, and the edition of the noisy old dehumidifier has caused noise to become a slight issue, but I will be ordering a good, modern, efficient 20L dehumidifier tomorrow and hopefully this will aid significantly toward solving a number of this weeks issues. With most adequate timing, the click from the timer on the sf4000 signals lights out on another day in Fat Yappa's Garden, its time for me to zip these ladies up and tuck them in for the night, so I must bid you all farewell for another week, and wish that all is growing well for you too

I'm not happy with the overall harvest...it produced some good tasty smoke due to fine nutes and a wonderfull strain but i fu**ed it up by using a very bad soil...growth was very slow and also lost like 25g due to budrot/mold...again my fault as i set up ventilation the wrong way (RH was good but some buds didn't get enough airflow) Again i learned alot of things and got 275g of good, great smelling smoke...so not that bad...but could be much better 🙂

So I'm flushing this week, Sunday I used Flawless Finish and watered heavy early, and did a 2nd plain ro flush 6 hours later, I did the same thing Monday. Tuesday I did not give any water at all, Wednesday I flushed the same way with Flawless finish, but water 2 times after that night, I let everything dry Thursday and Friday, It is Saturday, Today I have used only RO water, I am done adding anything. I think I could call it good, but I am going to keep things going after today, tomorrow/Sunday, and Monday, I will not water again, Tuesday the light will not even come on and I will give it a couple days of dark to finish. I could use some tips on how to get some better pics. I try, I really do, but I'm not getting the pics my eyes are seeing, so in the center of the area is all yellow and marooning leaves, and the buds have a pink tint in that area. The trics are getting there, but not yet, I figure by end of week they should be right... almost all cloudy now, a few clear left, but barely any, the few amber here and there, but I'm also not taking a piece to check from the top either, I gettin a look at a few small little buds, near the top, but not the top, I feel like I'm close... , So anxious had to phone a friend to tell me why to wait today... lol, I'll test my runoff ppm's tonight just to be sure, but the way the coco is taking the water makes me think its clean. I'm always ready at the end, Garden of Green seeds have ALWAYS made me look like a great grower. I'm excited, The smells, is very strong, it has a sweeter smell, next week I should have harvesting pics... Thanks for checkin it out

End of week 2 of flower - Everything is running smoothly after installing my AC Infinity inline fan the environment has been extra easy to keep under control. The smell is getting stronger by the day and the ladies are fattening up nicely, especially my Purple Lemonade from FastBuds she doesn’t seem to be showing a lot of purple which I was really hoping for and she is also the fastest flowering plant in my grow. All the other plants were selected to have a longer flowering period. I defoliated slightly.

Very nice plant with dense nugs. 3 days ago I gave her a last meal. in 2 weeks, I will harvest this nice smelling lady, till then only tap water. here is day 52 of flowering

#43 clones are maturing too fast I feel. Especially that a mother is ripening normally. I would guess it’s because of poor rooting. It’s the only difference. I keep runoff at around 3 max. Around week 5 the runoff ph started to drop below 6. Even towards 5.5. Both in rockwool and coco.

The LUSH soil is providing plenty of nutrients. Some of the girls have remnants of the burn. I'll get em taken care of in two weeks. When I do the last small defol. I believe my bx ibl skunk ( by my company Arkainjenetics ) . is a male ! So pros and cons. Pros. It's short. Which is awesome and what I was going for. Stem smell is strong. And it handled my Nute burn and topping like a champ. So I deem him worth of his seed. ( His pollen ) 😂. I'm working on where I want him to go. I don't want him to go into the 4*4. Cuz I'm starting my next grow in there. I bought a 3*3*72 but I'm realizing I don't need that big of a space for one plant. ( Cus the 3*3 is still in its box I didn't want to put it together for just one plant.). And I need to get all the right equipment for the 3x3 still. But that's for another diary lol

PSA!! PSA!! PSA!! WATCH those ZeroWater pitchers... when the filter goes, it goes FAST. Leaves you with a ton of undesirables, and AN EXTREMELY ACIDIC PH!! GC isn't ready for it, but she isn't in charge here. She should have stuck with WG when she extended a helping hand. Since falling behind, WG has thrown up a peace sign to GC as to say "see ya sucker". It's my favorite bud by far on WG. Bitch has got an attitude 🤣. RES sitting at 87ppm @5.9. Yellowing has started.. going to have to check trics more often so I get that sweet spot I'm looking for. ======================================================================================================== Day 78- these girls are starting to stink! Come on WG... ripen up so we can get this over with.. lowered lights power a bit today. RES climbed from 87 to 137. Drained 2gal, added 2gal RO. down to 38ppm. Forgot to mention the ice probe has been unplugged for over a week now. Been putting a 3/4 full 1L frozen bottle in the RES to chill. Rotate out every 12hr with a fresh. At lights on, and 12hr later. Full bottle got Temps too low for my liking. ======================================================================================================== Day 79- tick tock.. tick tock.. come on WG.. she's showing a little fade on her leaves. Seeing more of a calcium difficiency on her fans than fading honestly. Trichomes taking their time ripening as well. I'm SURE this strain ambers up.. taking their time for me though.. dont know how long I feel comfy flushing hydro though.. I did notice a few exploded trichomes up top, which has me thinking I need to go ahead and chop within the next couple days. If I notice any more ruptured anywhere else I haven't poked it with the scope.. I'm hanging the bitch that night. May give her 24hr dark period, since I've tried some other bro-science and it seemed to help. *edit* felt bad starving WG and she's not more amber coated. Gave her a bit of nutrition tonight. GHE aggressive ripen. M-2.8mL/g G-2.8mL/g B-4.5ml/g and 5mL calmag (using RO). Came out high @ 867 so I pulled 2L and dumped 2L RO in. Sitting at 613 @ 5.9. ======================================================================================================== Day 80- well, the 3 days starving the girls kicked their metabolism back in gear. I want more amber before chop chop. They quit eating and were drinking MUCH less signaling the end. Was down to topping off once a day, maybe a liter to a liter and a half. Since feeding yesterday, they've started eating and drinking like they were on week 10 again. Topped off 3.5L in the last 16hrs. TDS dropping with water level, even more when topped off with straight RO. I'm not giving em any more nutes. Last push for some extra weight before the end. ALLOT more frosty today than yesterday as well. ======================================================================================================== Day 81- Started flushing again. Maybe starting their metabolism again will help ripen these trics. If not, they're getting chopped @ day 84. Don't want to let em go too long and regret it. I may have f'd em up feeding again after the 3 days starving. Time will tell ======================================================================================================== Day 83- still waiting... 💤 Going to order some bubble bags. Freezing all GC and trim/larf from WG for some bubble hash. both lights are about 8 inches away and holy punch is now 11 inches tall. did a lot lollipoping on day 54 hop it wasn't to much for the smaller power flower it seems to be coming back fine though
