Greetings and salutations GD peeps. Let the peaceful transition of flower begin! It is the first week of flower and the scrog is filling out nicely. I had some issues with a GFI popping and my lights would miss a few hours in the 18/6 light shedule over the last week. Rather than stress them any more than they already have been with the mini blackouts I flipped them to flower this week. I also changed the circuit the Tent was on and it seems to be consistent. A massive feeding this week for early flower, I bumped the bloom by 2 ml/gal on top of the normal feeding chart. My rational is I have topped these ladies and there are far more bud sites than before, will see if it has any effect + or - I have also done some selective defoliation to promote light pentation to the lower bud sites that have branched out from the topping 2 weeks ago. I have a small number of LEDs on one of my lights that have stopped working. The light an older amazon Chinese cheap O has 85% of the lights working. My footprint of the tent to the w/sqft is with in range. I have read and heard 35-50 watts per square foot of area as a general rule is good. now you can get in to PAR and lumens etc. but that's a whole different conversation. The light might be why the GFI was popping? I will figure that out after the grow. for now its all about FLOWER POWER and the scrog fulfilling its destiny. peace ya'll be kind to your fellow humans and hybrids.

Week 8 Flw - Day 62 flw -Day 118 of cycle Lemon cherry pie got a stunning looking 😍 It is super frosty and most of the pistils are brown-orange.. the smell and taste is a bit different to me so still can’t describe ?😅.. I will try harder next time 🤣.. I will leave it for more few days and keep watching the trichomes 🙏🏼

Week 8 begins, the final feed! Mandarin dreams 1&2 are both looking good, MD2 I find is the bigger of the two and smells like a chemical cleaner with a lime zest. MD1 is the only one of these two plants with any purple in her leafs. Thanks for stopping by, tune in next week for the flush 👽🌳🔥

Day 42 - All the ladies are extremely tall & starting to bud nicely! Have been giving Doctors Choice #1 a little bit of Grow big 2 times a week to help with Nitrogen, other than that they are all doing amazing & starting to get a nice smell too! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🙏🏼✌️🏼🌱

Excited I got to run and test this genetic. Was very pleased with the result and would run it again. Very frosty, Dense nugs, and great fruity/gassy aromas. Great flavor, nice hybrid.

📋 Comments Zoap by MSNL is a really good strain, very rapid growth early on in its life and continues at a nice rate right up to harvest. From my experience I'd say this was one of the easiest plants i have ever grown. 📋 Data Seed to havest=112 days. Veg time=40 days. Flower time=72 days. Wet weight=990g Dry weight=79g 📋 Smoke report Trimming this was a delight. I let her hang for 15 days before trimming. Nice easy plant to trim. I didn't have any real larf either, the trim is coated with trichomes so I'll do a hash run with it. The buds are pretty damn solid with plenty of sticky trichomes all over them, just like we want. I was getting a citrus smell when trimming. After 2 weeks curing in the terplock groove bags I had a sample (miles better then jars). 1st sample was using my pax plus. 2nd sample was a joint. I'm getting an earthy cherry taste with a sweet aftertaste. This high is great, I'd guess at 25%Thc or more. 📋Grow stats for GDG 22 #1 Lemon cherry gelato=104g #2 Zoap=79g Total=183g Lights on. 20hrs×7days=140hrs 18hrs×33days=594hrs 12hrs×78days=936hrs Total hours=1670hrs Light power=211.09Kw Rad power=415.73Kw Extractor=43.5Kw 4 gang=56.62Kw Top fan=27.82 Total electricity=754.76KW Electricity cost @£0.25/Kw=£188.69 Average light power a day=1.78Kw Average watt per hour=106w g/watt=(183÷106)=1.72g/w £/g=£1.03/g 📋Final word. Considering how cold it's been i have managed to get a decent VPD throughout the grow, I'd go as far to say the extra money spent on electricity was definitely worth it. I didn't run into any major problems and the Plagron nutes were excellent, I'm thinking these are going to be my goto from now on. I combined the trim from both plants to make a hash run and managed 14g of hash. That takes my total to 197g for the grow. Very happy. Back soon. "oh, this works, well it did work, maybe if I do this, that seems to help, well shit, that didn't work, uh oh, its getting hot, I got it!... and done. - temps start to climb into the 90s - " oh shit, oh shit!, Its not working anymore, I guess 90 degrees inside the tent is better than being in the 100s.... think, think, think, 😲 I got it!... annnd done👌! Its working. The temp at the time of writing this is... 73 degrees (last night it is was in the upper 80s lower 90s). So yeah, my wife is upset at the time I've been spending on it..... if only she would have let me do this inside the house like I wanted to. Meh, whatareya gonna do? 😕 There is something living in my attic... I hear it now.😒....

This week went ok, but I did break two of the four tops early in the week. They have both recovered but it slowed me down a few days. I got the final four toppings done today on day 49, so I will probably give them two or three weeks and see where they're at, and hopefully be about ready to flip to flower.
