Do-si-dos received a heavy defoliation, there were a ton of small inner branches starved for light, so they got cut. First grow, been along time coming

Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. Day 1- 08/04/22 14:30pm Germination Time!!!!! Here we have 21 wonderful seeds from the amazing fastbuds!!!! Placed in a glass of water for 18-20hours!!! So excited!!!! - Day 2-09/04/22 seeds have been placed on a wet paper towel!!!!! - Day 3-10/04/22 getting the pots filled with soil ready for planting tonight or tomorrow!!!!! - Day 4-11/04/22 most of the seeds had popped last night so I planted most of them and the rest I planted this morning!!! 1 seed out of the 21 didn’t pop so germinating another to make it back up to 21!!!! So there all in the tent except 1!!!! - Day 5-12/04/22 one has come through so far and should be planting the last seed tonight!!!! A few more should pop out by tomorrow!!!! - Day 6-13/04/22 14 out of the 21 have come out so far!!!! - Day 7-14/04/22. 19 of the 21 have come through!! I think one isn’t going to come through so I’m germinating another seed to replace it and if the other one doesn’t come through tomorrow I’ll germinating another one to replace that Aswell!!!.

We are in flower ! Trainwreck is doing great, the defoliation delivered the shape I wanted like always, simple training but can change the plant shape a lot. The flower stretch went super well, I think she will stretch a bit more but should be almost done. I cleaned the lower branches completely to avoid any problems down below, better airflow and less risk for Pm etc. Still not using any nutrients, all living soil from Sonnenerde.

Day 65 : officially 1st day of flush . Changed the reservoir with fresh water and 1.2g/5 gallons of Yucca extract and 5ml/gallon of Cleanex from Botanicare . Day 68- I did some defoliate. Few more days until harvest.

Day 36 Flowering: Hi all , hope we are preparing for the weather changes and stocking up stress hormones for the heat ?. I am hoping i have timed this last group of autos and their 18 hours light needs to finish as the heat rises . I am excited to be running the Herz O.G again as a photoperiod along with the Exotics seeds fast sherbet. should be fun. I amended the soil today with the last use before harvest of the ecothrive charge and eco-life and water. I am hoping the combination of Megacrop and living soil can be balanced as I love both products for their abilities and use The Herz O.g is an impressive lady so far and has begun to stack those colas very nicely on all her mains. She is looking very productive early on and will no doubt build some very chunky fat colas. No signs of any stress or issues and even at a full feed , she just gulps it up and grows bigger.. I do try to feed to just the point of tip burn to keepnthem at max feeding but with autos and a living soil this has been harder to achieve. it buffers very well in the l.o.s. I have raised her up to get her nearer the lights until I move a much bigger plant put to harvest. Strawberry Cola is slightly taller than the Herz and is beginning to form some nice colas that want to join up already. Another great lady in the making. Monster mash has stopped going vertically finally and makes her the tallest girl in the house ... Her node spacing had me worried initially that she would be clusters of buds rather than long colas but she is starting to close the gaps now so lets see. She has some nice growth overall and once I move a few more plants out I will get her set out a little better for more par. All of these girls have been feeding well and have grown very quickly so far. The next few weeks will be fun too no doubt. grab some of these seeds for an easy ,healthy grow. be safe growmies.

Well sliding into another week, I'm checking the trichomes and waiting for them to go milky, not sure if i can just check leaves for that. That's what i have been doing. I've been told i'm waiting for a portion of at least half of the hairs to go an orange/bronze color. Weird blotches become more prominent on leaves that its visible (they are just in some leaves) less than half id say around 15 - 20% and less than half of those seem pretty bad. I would like to know the cause if its nutrient lockout or a disease etc. Or perhaps its normal for late stage flowering i do not know

Let’s Go Day 81!!!! This week went real great 2 Ogreberrys are hanging to dry and also the Bruce Banner is too after there 48 hr of darkness! The 3 other Ogreberrys began flush on Monday so finish out this week of flush and one more week of flush after that an they will get the chop too! But stay stunned for next week , we’re not done yet so keep them eyes peeled!! Y’all have an amazing productive day as well as a great week ! Still struggling with humidity. But I have really good airflow and ventilation. Continue to defoliate plants. Stretch is over or at least almost. Due to previous lights one plant is about 3 days behind the other 2. Already smells great/loud. Girlfriend hates it. Not a smoker.

12/20 - Day 78 - The two smaller plants looked slightly overfed with nutrients so I gave them each 2 litres of water with 2ml/L of flawless finish. Bleu's pot was dry and she got 4 L of water with 1 Tbs of Molasses. 12/22 - Day 80 - Watered each plant to runoff with ~5 L of water. PH = 6.7 and 2.5 ml/l of flawless finish. I suspect some salt buildup is causing the nutrient burn and so 1 more flush in 2 days, and then will potentially reintroduce nutrients at that point depending how they respond.

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower the Cal mag has made absolutely no difference too the yellow colour of this blackberry so I suspect it is just how this strain is as meany diary's on here of the same strain are also on the yellow side , but it's certainly not affecting the speed of the growth of her , i also bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , I accidentally bend the main stem last week while I was putting them under the netting too try and control the stretch , luckily it did not crack or snap the branch at all and she didn't droop on that branch at all and has healed already , it may or may not be related but as soon as it happened the side branches thickened up too the thickness of the main stem , this plant has over taken the rest in size even being a full week too 15 days younger , it's certainly not ideal but it really does not appear too have slowed down the growth and may well go in my favour , this lady really did stretch out from week 4 into 5 and is showing no sign of slowing down , her side branches are very thick almost as thick as the main stem , her leaf production was minimal and I have only had too remove very few too expose the bud sites , the yellowing seems too be recovering now and most of the plant is green now , Update , Now gone a lush green colour instead of that horrible yellow , and the buds have already started too purple , she has also stepped up a gear with her nutrient intake almost drinking 6 pints since Thursday , She seems too have slowed down on the stretch and has so meany bud site scattered all over her with as the diary name suggests black roses everywhere , and note too any seed banks reading this if there is not a purple stain out there already called black rose now is your chance lol and Iwant a sample pack first kinda like the tester :) Now defoliation , as you can see they really didn't seem too mind at all being stripped and within a couple of days they had all replenished the lost leaves and even this week olive had to pull the odd few off as they have grown out , Method , well all info now is simple , Anything I cannot tuck under something that is blocking a bid site with shade I remove too middle or bottom , Everything else stays , I just stand above the plant and pull off anything covering the sites , it's really as simple as that , I see some strip them until there is nothing left on but a few sugar leaves , but for me didn't like the look of the plants , for me the growing process is just as much fun as the fruits ,

I finally decided to cut my losses and focus on just one plant. It's time to go all-in on my "one plant, one light" goal. It feels kinda scary, but I'm also really excited to see how much attention this plant's gonna get. Pretty sure I kept a pheno that is going to be huge My Pound Cake plant's leaves are looking awesome, just like the pictures online. It's growing so fast, it's almost doubled in size in the past week. I'm really excited to see how big it gets by the end of its life. I messed up last week and overwatered my Pound Cake plant. It got really droopy and sad-looking, but luckily it's starting to perk up again. Definitely a lesson learned about keeping a closer eye on things.
