Flowering Week 6

Hey farmers, Week 12 was pretty chill compared to the previous one. My plant is starting to look and smell like the real deal with all that stickiness and aroma. The buds are getting bigger too, but I can't help but worry about the foliage. I think I might have let it grow too much, but it's too late to do anything about it now. On top of that, I'm pretty sure the leaf damage is from the LED light burn again. Unfortunately, I can't do much to fix it since I've already maxed out my vertical space. But hey, at least I know what the problem is, right? To try and counteract it, I decided to reduce the feed this week since I noticed some nutrient pooling. Hopefully, that will help prevent any more damage from happening. All in all, the plant seems to be doing well and I'm excited to see how she turns out in the end.

Very happy with how both plants turned out in the end! Pheno#1 is a definite keeper, but il be hanging on to Pheno#2 for at least another run or two. Both plants have a very similar smell it’s like a tropical cherry punch, #1 smells the strongest, you only have to nudge it and then whole room stinks. #2 has a gassy edge that #1 doesn’t have. Both smell incredible! I’ve cut both plants into individual branches and I’ve hung them in my drying tent. I’ve removed all fan leaves and any lead with a visible stalk. I’ll dry them for 10-14 days, my RH stays roughly between 55-60 and the temperature fluctuates between 19-24*c weather dependent. The end has come. The summits are nice and dry and all week long they remained in the closet in the dark with perfect humidity values. The air recirculation was constant in fact everything is dried properly and not even in a long time. The tops remained nice and compact and cleaning them after drying them kept them much nicer to look at. I put everything in the glass jars with the Boveda bags of 64% humidity and every day I open them 5 minutes in the morning and evening. In a few weeks everything will be perfect, you can already taste the difference from day to day. The leaves and branches that I have left from the cleaning I left them for a night in the freezer and I used them later to make the extract. Everything went better than I imagined both in yield and quality. in fact I am very satisfied with my work and I hope to learn more and more.

This week they hung out of the tent to catch some natural sunlight ☀️ Fast and steady growth keeps increasing, with Bruce being the clear standout. Extra bushy and huge, huge leaves! Very impressed by her structure at such a young age. Curious to see her evolution. Sherbet is also on a very good track, can barely tell she had an issue to begin with. Biscotti also going strong. Let’s keep it going 🚀

Recovery at its finest, that's what you will see on week 4 around here! Guess who's loving the CO2 with high temperature? Thats right, all plants are! The comparison of last week with this week have such a difference, on day 24 I introduced a DIY CO2 bottle, the recipe consist in: -CO2- 2 cups of sugar 1 tablespoon of yeast 1 tablespoon of baking soda 1 later of warm water Mix all ingredients on a bottle, make a nail hole on the cap shake a little (when shaking put your finger on the nail hole, you should hear a hissssss when you release the hole) use it when lights are on, increase temperature to 30-35C, watch for high levels of humidity, and voila! I haven't started any LST yet, I am waiting for a bit more growth to start bending, I have to make sure all 5 plants will have enough space inside this 2x4 tent. The little ones are developing well, unfortunately there are a few minor nutrient problems in the direction of Calmag with the Morello Cherries and also slight signs of this with the TerpyZ Punch. I counteracted this with a foliar spray. The pH value of the hydrosystem has unfortunately dropped a little to 5.5, which I have equalised with ph up from Plagron. The plants are currently getting light between 800-900 ppfd and as soon as the stretch starts, l'll increase this to 1000 ppfd. Both ladies are slowly starting to smell.

My strawberry gorilla is really starting to be a pleasure to grow. At 1st I had it in a small tent with my gorilla cookies and the other plant was taking all the light and the tent was so small I kept having to cut back at both the plants so they would fit in the tent but now they are in the bigger flower tent by themselfs and man all the lollipoping did wanders for this plant it’s got some nice big colas. You could definitely get this plant to make huge colas if done right. Only my 3 auto so I’m figuring it out.
