Day 25

Welcome to week 8 of my grow diary. This week we had really good weather. Due to the high temperatures the soil dried out quickly so I had to water 8 litres almost every day instead of every 2 days. The plant was defoliated 3 times this week. The aphids were successfully controlled with neem oil. See you next week ✌️

23.08 These girls with co2 and so much light exploded in growth and are really packed in the tent. Never had such density. I will defoliate hard after this week and hope it will turn out fine. Fingers crossed cause the yield can be huge.

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. Between the recent temps and the lack of light I think she having issues taking off. I’m going to hold off on nutes until I see a little more progress. The humidity has been up, so at least there’s that. Looks like I’m in for a fight with this one

A good week with a lot of growth. I took these pictures today right after feedings. This was the second feeding of this same mix. As of today, they are 18 days old today. Looking quite nice. As you can see in the pictures they are just starting to show. I give a really good look at them in the video. And as you can see they are just beginning to show some white hairs, so I think next week we will be in flower. So far so good. hopefully, it continues. Happy grow everyone!

1.20.2024: Time to gives this a go. 2.3x2.3 tent, XS1500 light, 2 gal fabric pots. Pots filled with FFOF(90%) & Perlite(10%.) Don't ask me why I chose 90/10. Nutrents are the FF Trio. Freebee seed from Humboldt Seed Co(Emerald Fire OG Auto.) Decided to germinate directly into the medium. Light is at 50% power at 2.5ft from the top of the pot(s). I'll have the light running 24hrs until it sprouts(fingers crossed it does.) I sprayed the top soil with pH 6.5 water when i stuck the seeds in then placed clear plastic cups over the seed location. My 4inch fan is on the way and it comes with a monitor for temp and humidity....no idea what current stats are. Just hope the damn thing spouts. Fingers crossed. More to come. 1.24.2024: We've sprouted! 1.25.2024: Took the lil domes off, opened 2/3 vents for some circulation. Been misting the top soil just to keep it moist with 6.5ph water. I also "bottom fed" 12oz of water just to keep things lubricated. On the fence about when to give the plants a proper watering. Might keep things going "as is" for the next two days. Inline fan and associated hygrometer comes tomorrow(1.26) so i'll finally have an idea on what the current stats are in the tent. Will make adjustments at that point in time. Light is 2.5 ft from soil at 50%. 1.26.2024: Inline fan came yesterday. Only set up the probe just to understand temp and humidity. With the light at 50%, 2 ft from the soil, all vents closed except one(1) port at the top, my current temp hovers around 79 and the RH is 50%. After setting up a humidifier, i'm now running 75 degrees, 64% RH and VPD .58. All within tolerance. I can already tell it will be a delicate dance managing heat, exhaust fan speed and humidity. Still haven't given the plant more than 2 cups of water and i'm only watering when the soil is dry. Tomorrow(1.27) marks 1 week since the seed was dropped. Plan is to lightly water the entire pot when dry for the next week or until growth really kicks in.

Hey guys! 👏 Hope everyone is doing well! This week was interesting. I made a small flush because I wanted to know how much salt my plants had in the soil (considering I've fed my plants with a lot of nutrients the past few weeks) aaaaand the results were quite interesting! They obviously had tons of salts! Here are the results of the runoff water: Falco 5.94 pH 1139 ppm (2278 us/m) Max 5.85 pH 2352 ppm (4704 us/m) Roko 5.64 pH 2453 ppm (4906 us/m) Boomer 5.72 pH 1765 ppm (3530 us/m) Surprisingly enough the plants that had the "worst" runoff values were the plants who had the most foliage and their leaves were the greenest. The pH "loss" of all the plants was also within the expected margin so that's good! 👌 The buds look beautiful and I also noticed some of the plant leaves are starting to turn purple 😍 the smell is also getting stronger and it's quite citric, I love it! They are about a month old and in vegetation stage . I am very happy to have these rare strains . The first is Purple Panty Dropper by Humboldt, at the moment I can not find for sale anywhere and actually be able to checkout but my friend that run a hydro shop got one and clones it , so I was blessed with one . Same goes for the Cheetah Piss which is a Cookies special strain . Let’s watch them ladies grow.

2024-12-31 to 2025-01-06 This plant has taken on the most potent lemon-lime smell I have ever seen from any cultivar. The sativa genetics are making for some nice stacking. Pollination: I have cross-pollinated this plant with a special cut of Chemdog, as seen in one of my other grows. The Chemdog cut I named CD#2, and used it to produce clones and pollen donors.

420Fastbuds FBT2313/Week 3 What up grow fam. Weekly update for these stunning girls. Up to this point they've been growing picture perfect . Not really doing anything special besides still feeding nutes every other watering 500ml. I'll double the feed this week taking it to 1000ml/1 liter per every other day. Not seeing any burn signs from introducing nutes so will keep that the same strength. All in all Happy Growing
