We had a medium week with sun and rain 🌧️🌞 Pleasant outside temperatures 🌡️; and perfect in the greenhouse I topped and pruned the plants to become a flat canopy 👊 Once a week I give the plant a liquid booster with OPF 7:2:3 ; Fulvic 25 ; Yuccah ; Biovin liquid ; Earthworm compost extract. On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.

Day 19 since flip, not much to report. Top dress today of 4-8-4 rose and flower mix from down to earth with a little worm castings. Almost done with stretch. Back two are Gary Poppins (Gary Payton x Red Runtz). One on the left is stretching to the moon, definitely a Gary leaner, and the one on the right turned out to be the smallest plant of the five, definitely a Runtz leaner. Plain ph’d tap water and that’s it 🌡️: 77-80 F 💡: 65% @ 20 inches 💦:60%

Noticed Magnesium deficiency on lower leaves. Increased dosage in this week’s feeding and monitoring pH to ensure recovery. New growth looks stable.

The 4 in vegetation are getting flipped this week and they will be replaced by the clones ASAP. I've already harvested these strains a few times and they're incredible. I highly recommend them! *Also, I got them from clone and they have already been phenohunted.*

Hello This is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. I see they almost stretched to the roof. There's about 6 inches clearance now, when I close the tent at night. Oh Well... The stretching should be over now. I see resin starting to form on the leaves. It's always a good sign, the earlier it shows. Took off some fanleaves and sucker branches over the weekend. Better buds in the end for doing a bit of trimming now. Plant #5 smells great. Like candy and pop/soda , sweet fruity gelato type of smell. The others have more of a sweet skunky type smell. It was up over 30*c in here for a few days last week and the plants look like they can take some heat. Not wilting. That's the end of the #15 Weirdo underground comic book. Everything seems to be going great so far! I’m extremely happy with this grow, lots of new trichomes have shown up this week and the smell is still strong. She’s adapted to the change in lighting really well. I’m still removing some excess leaves from time to time to avoid mold growing. Otherwise no problems this week!

I fucked up , the timer had gone back to 18-6 from the 12-12 I had it on 3 weeks ago and I just caught on .. fuck !! Not sure what will happen now if they will stretch again or potentially hermie … man I’m fkn stressed out Critical XL is just on auto pilot flying along , feed her up and watch her go . Keeping up the defol and spreading her out , same same next week .

The plants are doing quite well so far, but one is much bigger than the other. At first, I thought it was due to genetics. However, I'm starting to suspect that it might be my fault—specifically the frozen water bottle I use to regulate the reservoir temperature. If I don't use the ice bottles, the temperature rises above 22°C, but I think the roots of the smaller plant might be getting a cold shock. I’ve already learned a lot from this project that I will do right from the start in my next DWC grow 🙂

I was on a trip for work for 2 days, I tried my best to take care of everything before I went. They still got damaged cuz of underwatering.. also I’m not quite sure if they are underfertalized because of all the flushing for the right ph I did. They started to develop droopy yellow leaves that are pretty soft to the touch and don’t crunch up at the tips like they first did from nutrient burn. I gave them a top dress today with a mixture of 25% worm castings and 75% all mix, hopefully this will stabilise them. I would really appreciate some help in this case, as I’m not sure if it’s caused by nutrient deficiency or nutrient burn. Also I wanted to do a big defoliation and lollipoping this week, but I feel like I first should solve the nutrient problem, so I don’t start damaging the top growth.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the updates. ** THIS TEXT SERVES FOR WEEKS 14-18** I had ALOT of problems with this lady these past 4 weeks. Really bad weather, rain, wind, blazing heat, cloudy, temps going from 17-35C every other day for 2 WEEKS straight.. very sketchy! World's going to shit y'all! Also had a Spider mites battle for 3 weeks and finally got rid of them. And on top of that, all of the pictures I had weekly were deleted off my pc.. Only have a few for each week, luckly found those on my phone. I've been watering 2L every other day for the past 4 weeks. Some days less.. about 1.6L beacuase there just wasn't enough sun for her to drink up. On week 16 there were some crazy-ass MFing winds. I'm talking gone with the wind style. As I had the spider mite problem, I didn't want to bring her in the house and risk those little fuckers finding their way to my grow room. (As I have that section perfectly isolated and pest free, wanted to keep it that way.) The result of not bringing her inside? The bottom branches that weren't tied down properly because I didn't think they would be damaged as the balcony has a little wind breaker on the bottom half. But to my surpise.. all three branches snapped and broke, So i decided to go ahead and take them off. I know it isn't much info for the past weeks, but It's what I've been battling with. The buds are airy as a result of all the stress, don't look to appleaing to be honest. My other two GSC came out GREAT, awesome lovely dense buds but those were different conditions. I'm just finishing her to harvest because she made it through a big battle and deserves to be harvested as a champion she is. Keeping in mind this was just a balcony experiment to see what I can and can't do with this balcony.. I'm not too worried about the final outcome. Luckily she pulled through so i'll make some hash with what I harvest. I'll also be joining the FastBuds Halloweed contest with this lady before harvesting and I've got the perfect idea... 😏 Hope you all enjoyed the update and again sorry for the long delay on this one. 17 sept. Please let there be sunshine, Mould had been spotted mainly in the northern part of the plant. Rain had been pouring down for nearly a week and air humidity was around 80-90 % Plants are way to far in their flower cycle for these kind of showers and you can see it has taken its toll. Pistils are turning brown and buds need to be checked every other day to stop mold from spreading. She still needs a week more maybe 2 if weather allows it, but she will be chopped before the next rainy days. I will lose a part of the harvest to mould weekly but for me the maturation of the harvest is more important than the quantitity. As you can see there are plenty of buds left that still have chance of maturing. Harvesting now would be a shame. Simply hoping for some dry warm days for her to swell and put on some weight.
