we have the second week of flowering behind us. the plant grows a good 10 cm a week. i have removed the large leaves. unfortunately the german summer is a long time coming. we sometimes only have 8 degrees at night. lots of rain. i hope it's not too much stress for the plant. because of all the rain, it only gets fertiliser every two days at the moment.

There we go!! This is the last week i’ll be giving them furtelisers.. Its about 2-3 weeks to go.. can not wait! As you can see, I am determined with that “LST” , which sometimes is somewhat more stressfull and ended up breaking some of the colas. But.. do not worry, some ducktape Will do the job 😝

right in 2nd week of flower and they have lost their smell? prob because it is so dry and they have started flowering. I gave them bloom amendments last week. lets see if they are in a better place next time i see them. These were clones from a grow buddy but it looks like the pheno was not really deserving of cloning. hope it smokes well.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

Time for drying. Btw drying them like this was a bad idea buds are pressed from one side may be conceded to move them, well I still prefer hanging drying 🤪

Only 3cm growth this week but she's bushed out a fair bit and pushed out some new leaves. 💪

This week was ok..this week's growth were a little stunted in my opinion...honestly I noticed some deficiencies in the leaves, which is a result of my ph being lower than ideal ranges..I noticed that my runoff ph was around 5.5.i did a light flush of the plants with low strength nutrients ph at 6.2. So the ladies seem to be responding well so far. Ill definitely keep yall updated in my next upload. Week Five and Flowering has begun Will fold in Bio-Bloom and replace Fix Mix with Bio-grow , may add some Phos via top dressing as well. Yellowing continues to recede just not fast enough for my comfort. Brandy has obviously stunted considerably and Maggie at least somewhat. Could not expect differently Moving to Flowering tent soon as its clear, couple of days at most 10/28 UPDATE Going to play on a couple of hunches at next watering. Need to get a TDS meter soon, got a feeling it would help. Ever since we went to BioBizz we have experienced a variety of oddness in the vein of this grow. Now long term since we are switching to coco and Flora nuet line that is solved but short term I am switching to Dr. Earth Flower Girl for remainder of grow. Every feeding/watering will be @6.5 PH to 20% run off and checking PH on that. Of course this will be modified based on results. Schedule is a single top dressing at 4 tbs (roughly 2 tsp per gal of soil) covering with 1/2 inch min of coco and 50% perlite as a mulch. Layla must go on her own feeding schedule as she is just so much bigger and drinking well. Will do the feed when moving to Flowering tent in a day or so as that will be about time to water. She looks good if a little darker green than I like. Were it only Layla I might not suspect anything... meh Here is where Grow Diaries saved the day , by going back and looking at past grows we came to suspect the nuet change although initially results were great problems always seemed to follow. In my reaction to that, not knowing, I may have made other mistakes, likely in fact. Its a solid organic and may head off some issues. Simplify As for Bandy and Maggie, still have that bottle of H2O2 on the shelf, need to see some serious improvement real soon. Getting to be now or never Later: Talked to the owner of a hydroponics store who is also a long time grower that knows these nuet lines cold. His take is that it is absolutely the Bio-Bizz nuets, seems they are hard to run alone as they have holes in their make up which will cause mystery deficiencies in some plants and soil mixes. That really pisses me off LoL , my fault though just glad I have partial explanation. Good thing is he was able to show me the CocoTek Grow and Bloom lines and that is going to be the choice, two part feed without complications. Simplify heheh 10/29 Confirmed the dye reading of pot PH on all three by another method. Took a handful sized soil sample from as deep as I could of each pot and placed into a cup, soaked with 7.0 water let stand 15 minutes to stabilize, tested pour off, all at 6.7 so that is NOT the problem. Damn it This is the reasoning: Water goes into the pot at 6.4-6.5 takes the entire system to that level temporarily, it then begins bringing it up to 6.7-6.8ish and that friends covers the entire range of nuet take-up in soil. Going to cheat a bit high and make it 6.5 solid as its good on acid content. Least thats how I see it, back to basics so may as well. Top dressing Layla today with Flower Girl, others follow when pots dry out a bit more. Moved to Flowering Tent , something came up and they still have not been feed will try and do it this afternoon. 10/30 Fed Recharge 0.5 tsp - Kangaroots 5ml - CalMag 5ml - PH 6.5 for one gallon over 4 tbs top dressing Dr. Earth Flower Girl and one inch of mulch (50% coco/perlite) 11/1 Defoliated Layla (about 3%) so the center of the plant gets good light, did a little training on Brandy to keep things dry, Maggie... man just letting it grow I am just flabbergasted at this yellow leaf thing Pics at watering tomorrow 11/2 No water today, they dont need it.

79 days!!!!! and the harvest is already harvested :) The whole growth until week 6 went very well, then the girl got a little worse, (I think it's my mistake, which I described in previous weeks), but besides all that she managed to ripen perfectly, matured stiff flowers, full of shiny sticky trichomes with a very, very sweet aroma ;) 210 gr of wet buds, I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash :) I can't wait to taste it :) this is my first trip with Sweetseeds Looking at the flowers I understand that I will definitely repeat it :) I will leave more feedback after the smoke review:) good luck to everyone.

Day 43 - First day of week 7 today and she looks really good just not sure if she’s really starting to flower yet. I’m hoping this is just typical of the GC strain. Day 44 - No major changes, she’s growing and I’m loving the looks of her. Will continue uploading daily pictures. Day 45 - She’s looking really good and budding more and more each day. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give her another feeding on Saturday. She’s drinking almost a gallon of water a day. Day 46 - Things are looking good with this girl. Bud sites are growing daily and this thing is a beauty. Gave her another feeding of just pH’d water and will “feed” her tomorrow. Day 47 - ALL is looking good and she’s looking purdy. Gave her a feeding with the foxfarm nutes today. Did a true measurement to the biggest branch and she’s at 25.5”. Will continue to measure each day to see how much she’s growing in a 24 hour period. Day 48 - Looking gorgeous and still stretching. Grew another two inches and is sitting at 27.5” right now. She’s really starting to fill in now and looking forward to the next few weeks. Day 49 - The way thing thing is growing, she’s gonna be a beast. Gave her straight pH’d water tonight and will give her a feeding tomorrow. Looks like she finally stopped stretching, sitting at 27.5” still so hopefully she’ll start putting on the weight.

Still chugging along

Day 49 - 14th Day of Flower I'm starting to really enjoy this part of the grow. That said the amount they have stretched is crazy! My lights are maxed out height wise and they are only just 18" above the tallest colas so I really hope they finish up stretching soon. Nutes: I added PK13/14 for fridays feed and they seem to have responded really well to it. They have been fed every other day as they aren't quite drying up in 24 hours. One thing I have noticed this week is the smell! They have become incredibly pungent. Everytime i go in the tent I have to change my clothes as they just smell so much. The fan leaves around the bud sites are becoming sticky! I have taken the smallest one out to photograph this week. It was sick when i got it as cutting so wasn't topped as early as the others. That said it seems to have grown into a really nice shape and has lots of buds developing. No problems really this week. Just a bit of mild light burn which I kept on top of. They will have 1 more defoliation this week and then I'll leave them be.
