Day 60 12/12 buds seem to be slowly fattening up and colas falling over i believe she is a 63 day strain so i am reducing ppm of water each time i feed most likely got another week to go as she doesnt look completely finished as of yet Also thinking whether i should change lights to 11/13???  Like 2   Share

As seeing some deficiency pop up after flush. Also some stress from light. Added dome Cal mag, Alaska fish fertilizer and it started cleaning up. Added another king Brite 240 raised the lights and set them at 45000 lux evenly accross the tent. Everything looks like it's doing better. Defoliated a massive amount on most of the plants which you'll see in week 9. After I did it the 2 smallest plants started taking off. Dropped off c02 till the recovered. Only getting co2 @1100 ppm for 6 hours, 2 hours after they wake up to start. Still around 600ppm when lights go out and then down to 380 during dark.

This week is going well. They had.a BIG stretch this week that has been difficult to handle. Ended up having to sueprcrop 3 different branches in this tent. They also may be slightly under-watered. The Pineapple Express and MelonSickly are DRINKING. BG 41 and ZK are drinking a little less overall. Light is almost at the top of the tent now. I hope the stretch is over now that they have started to put on some pistils. They went through 1 heavy defoliation at the beginning of this week and it just 6 days later it doesn't even seem like I did one lol. I will have to give them another haircut around day 20. For now I am happy with the progress of this tent.

Great first harvest. I took her out of the tent a little early but I'm still happy with the results. The last two days the plant was under total darkness. I will update with dry weight and more details of the nug in the next weeks. Just hung up the stalks to dry. Thanks to the people who helped with my fungus nat issue as well. Ended up with 107 grams of dry nugs, couldn't be happier. Can't wait for my new grows!😎00

June 14th update Clone#1 Got chopped last week had balls Clone#2 22 inches growing really well. Much like number 4 in terms of verticals growth but significantly less width. Might be good for people who have less square footage but taller tents Clone#3 18 inches. Short and squat. Interesting structure giving what this plant should be. I bet this one will yield small but interested to see how she progresses/smokes Clone#4 28 inches. Massive vertical growth and side branches are trying to take up the whole tent. Will see how it flowers but its body is preparing for a lot of weight. I expect this one to yield huge General Update 3 remaining females growing very nicely. I’ve never actually seen a cannabis plant that looks like this, seems straight out of the early propaganda but I guess it is a land race. Aside from flipping to 12/12 I’ve also turned on the red leds which will help once flowers start forming. I’m going to continue to give just water at this point. I expect the plants to stretch like crazy giving they are pure sativas but we will see especially with the squat one. I’m also going to be putting in some thin sticks to help support the side branching, if I don’t do this once she starts flowering it will start tipping over Mothers/father plants don’t look too happy. That defoliation I did last week did a number on them. I am seeing new growth so they will all recover. Next weekend I’m moving them into slightly larger pots with newer soil too make them happy. Pretty stoked where she decided to pop out. Gives me a little LST room. Gonna play it by ear with that constricted root space before I try anything drastic. 😅 Just keeping her humid and watered with 6.8ph + a tiny bit of root hormone. Hey Cannafam happy weekend, Its been another mixed week for my gal, firstly i cocked up a bit by uping her feed on the PK side which shes had twice and ive given hercsome nute burn. Shes started maturing fast this week and reckon shes got about 2 weeks to go, so im just gonna lay off now and let her use upvwhats left in the soil. Her calyxs have been swelling nicely and shes now really frosty all over, i havent had the chance to but il try n do some good trich pics during the next week 😊 Environment wise ive had difficulty controlling humidity this week, shes at a VPD of 0.87 and the dehumidifiers been on 24/7. DLI remains at 45 but with light the same 62%(68 watts) but im going to reduce this also as she is lookin a little light stressed also. All in all shes looking solid in the buds department and really happy with her progress. Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

Week 7 begins for Mandarin dreams. Both ladies are looking good and healthy, bud sites continue to bulk up and frost up. The shirt smell from MD1 has gone away, it's current smell is a bit earthy. 9/29 Wow that NYCSA is probably the healthiest plant I've ever grown.ive researched more on the strain. I researched flower time and it is 8 to 10 weeks! Tichs are starting to turn milky. Hairs are turning a little amber. I FIMMED this and it turned out beautiful with like five colas. The little 5lb kush is done. It's about the densest buds I've grown. We have a few days of good weather so I may leave it for a few days. I was considering another app of plant doctor but held off. If I see ANY wpm I'll apply it. Going to hit the NYCSA with cha ching again. Probably one more feed. Grow big should've been taken out a couple weeks ago. Seeing this plant grow so healthy solidifies my new grow area. I even found two or three aphids! Obviously there are no earwigs or their wouldn't be ANY aphids. Nor buds near the stalk. I've got two little quarter size buds at the bade of the plant and those would be gone. Blueberry turned out great. Can't believe it made it through the fusarium outbreak. UPDATE: I think the little 9lb kush is done. Both by the trichs and the shape of the bud. The next few days are supposed to be really good though so I might just let it ride. That NYCSA has continued to surprise me. Strong odor resinous buds. Still blond hairs that have just started to change but the buds are really stacking up. This is one of the healthiest plants I've had so its going the distance. The buds are swelling and trichs getting milking bit the hairs are still blond. I'm hoping for another both swell. When I FIMMED this it ended up coning out perfect with like five tops. I'll have to post a picture of the limb skeleton. I can't take the anxiety with the rippers and letting things go till perfection so I've started keeping the plants inside. I guess that's one benefit if a small grow bag lol. 10 gal us a lot easier to move than 50. I was upset that I lost so much but in very grateful for what I still have. 9/30 Harvested the 9lb kush today. Trichomes say it's done. The buds haven't been getting any bigger either. It is coated in trichomes (approx 15%-20% amber) and extremely dense. I'll save details for the harvest report. FED the NYCSA kf gallon. I used only Cha Ching and Silica. I'm not sure if it should be hit one more time with plant doctor or not. I'm not seeing mold or pm. It says up till day OF harvest and has instructions for medical cannabis. The trichs on this NYCSA have swelled and are filled in super milky. Amber on leaves. I think the FIM might be deceiving me as so many tops are going to be smaller than one large cola. It also has blond hairs all over it. They ARE pulling in a bit but the plant doesnt look ready to me. No senescence but It's one of the healthiest plants I've ever grown. Temps dip into the low 30s at night. I will keep thos diary updated. I need to get my ass in gear and trim my blueberry so I can do the harvest report. I grew it last year too. Turned out better this year. Still have buds on tge blueberry plant that I want to use to show the damage earwigs do. Even to fully mature buds with tons of trichs that should protect them. 10/1 This may have been a shitty season and I lost ALMOST everything to fusarium but I'm grateful for what I do have. Quality over quantity this time. The NYCSA goes inside at night. Trichs are all milky af buds are dense af. This girl has a week or two left. I'm young to pet nature dictate this harvest. I know this is a long flowering strain so I'm letting it ride. Very few of the yellow pistols started turning red. 10/2 Another super sunny day. I'm go8ng to have to water soon. Wondering if I should do one more app of plant doctor before I harvest. I saw a smidgen of pm on a very lower inner leaf. I think the plant needs a week or two. It's tricky. Trichs say its done and buds are swelled but the pistols haven't changed color yet. A VERY few have but hardly any and I've got all milky trichs and super rock hard buds. Frost warning today and tomorrow but I'm putting the last one inside at night. I check it multiple times a day. Should be OK. 10/3 Last couple nights were freezing! Car was all iced up this morning. Good thing I put the last girl in the barn. She was absolutely perfect except for a few spots of pm down low. I bring a loupe everyday things change so fast. However since this plant is so healthy and has no problems I'm letting it ride until I feel it's perfect. Another hard frost tonight but the days are AWESOME. Just pure sun! Pistols are receding but haven't changed colors yet amd are still light orange. Some have died and turned red. The trichomes are full and milky with a few amber. I know that NYCSA is a long flowering strain. Looking at the structure of the flowers and the thickness if it's not done it's really close. I gave it some water today. About half a gallon. I was wondering I'd I should give it one more dose of plant doctor before I harvest. I think I've got a week or so left. I'm uncertain if I should use it or not. The pm was very space amd I wiped it off with a paper towel and alkaline water. The lb kush I harvested looks and smells amazing. I can't wait to try it. 10/4 Super cold last night. I waited to bring the plantvout until 8am and the temp only rose to 35 from 31 at 6am. Checked trichs again amd they look perfect. My only hesitation is that pistols haven't changed color and I noticed that SOME die and turn a bright red. The others pulled into the bud but stayed a more yellowish color than orange. I can't find any I go on this strain New York City Skunk Ape. I found the breeder which is from Maine. I think it's goonie genetics and its 10 week flower I think. This is a tough one. We have some sunny weather coming and it won't be too cold. I'll bring it inside at night. I did notice negligible amounts of pm on lower portion of plant. I defoliated but I didn't want to do the plant doctor as it's been so cold. Last few days have been all hard freezes. Below 30°F. I'll check on this later. If possible I'd like it to get all the sun it can. I'm just running out of time. Checked the relative humidity with not a cloud in sight and iys all sunny but the rh is 88%! No wonder we have a problem with mold. It I didn't think I'd be harvesting in a couple days I'd use plant doctor again. I'll make that decision later. It will at least get today's sunshine. EDIT: TODAY WAS THE DAY. She came down. Trichs were milky turning amber and the buds were fat as hell. I'm not risking anything else and I doubt I'd gain anything anyway. This girls telling me she's done so I listened. I'll be updating that harvest report soon. So excited for this strain!

Sad news. Due to no fault but my own the sherberts were subjected to some very badly managed environmental factors. I have been busy building our new grow space and was not checking the plants at the back of the space. The 2 sherberts were there at the back and the RH went on a roller coaster over 4 days with temps swinging massively also due to an unmanaged dehumidifier.. the end result was both sherberts stressed out and grew some pollen sacs and I did not see so the burst and pollinated my entire flower room. Gutted. But I will push through the last few weeks of flower with all the current grows and see what we get. I had to chop alot of lower bud. Sacs had burst so I just did a very have clear. Have I mentioned I'm gutted. And this is not a reflection of weedseedsexpress genetics. I have looked at the data logs for last 9 days and it's so up and down with rh and temp it's no wonder they stressed. Next round less plants and I have to stop with the clones.. no room. 🌱 Day 29 - First Day of Flowering Phase 🌱 Hey everyone! 🌿 I'm super excited to finally enter the flowering phase of my first grow! I have to admit, I was quite surprised to see that the plant had already been in pre-flower for three days and are developing really well. 🌸 Current Conditions for the Flowering Phase: Watered today with 800ml + 1ml/L BioBizz Bloom 💧🌿 Humidity: 50-55% 💧 Light: 100% intensity, 50cm distance, 16 hours light, 8 hours dark 💡🌙 Current Issues: I'm dealing with a few small yellow spots on the leaves, which seem to be caused by a calcium and magnesium deficiency.

Still having an issue with watering. They don't seem to be drinking as much as I thought... Sometimes it's 36-48 hours between waters, and yes I am watering til a little runoff dribble out.

Week 9 (November 4-10) Day 57 Watered ~1750ml. Data sheet suggests we have two weeks left but I haven't noticed any milky trichomes yet. I removed two smallest branches with tiny flowers that were really underdeveloped in hopes she will spend this energy somewhere else.😭 Day 58 I wish I could bring all the buds to the same height but mistakes were made and some of them will never properly grow. The ones at the top look great. I think the plants look as healthy and happy as they could be in a 40x40 tent 😎 Day 59 Removed a few more leaves and one more tiny hidden branch. 💀 Buds keep growing. Day 60 Can't really see much happening. Day 61 Watering ~1800ml. Removed a few more leaves and one more tiny flower. Checked trichomes under the microscope. It seems they just begin turning milky with most of them still being transparent. Slightly increased nutrients. I'm trying to figure out where to dry her when time comes 🙀 Day 62 They both look good, so far no deficiencies spotted 😻 No hassle today, nothing gets cut. I'm looking for a social club for anonymous growers with plants under 30cm, where we could share our problems and look for understanding. Size doesn't matter, guys! 👺😽 Day 63 Lower buds pistils are still all white... so far no signs of amber heads. Flowers seem to be growing. Removed some more fan leaves and tried to slightly reposition a couple of branches that were getting too close to each other.

I'm just winging it out to see what's going to happen but so far so good I think.

Así que semana 13 y quan hermosos podrían estar mis superlativos cultivars. Qué hay que decir de algo así?!? Hoy he decidido a colgar un vídeo para que tengáis muy presente las cosas...y si, es impresionante lo que es la cobertura de azúcar y algodón que hojas y super cogollos tienen. Y casi todo sale a la perfección, por qué estamos en el apex del invierno con temperaturas exteriores que hoy están sobre los 17ºC de máxima y 3ºC (!!!) de mínimo...la humedad es alta y si logramos tener los niveles en 70% en interior es un mal menor, por qué afuera hoy la humedad incluso con sol está sobre los 90% (mi ciudad está rodeada por uno de los mayores rios de la Península Ibérica; de la costa atlantica y de un enorme pinar y aquí los 90% de humedad relativa es algo muy normal, así que hay que tirar del deshumificador y intentar que en interiores basar las tasas sobre los 70/75% y no es perfecto, pero para mí, mucho mejor que estas tasas de humedad relativa en floración, es poder tener una temperatura interior en luces encendidas sobre los 23ºC y eso para canabicas en invierno, es un regalo de la naturaleza. Os invito a que miréis la cobertura de algodón dulce que hay en las ramas y los super cogollos que los cultivars de Ripper me están dando...a la gente de Ripper, habrá que darles el Premio Nobel de los cultivos canábicos pues las genéticas de esta gente, que palabras hay para clasificar lo que esta gente está poniendo en el mercado...es que hay quien se gaste la friolera de millones en tener anunciado en casi todo lo que sea algo que tenga que ver con luces, semillas, sustratos y nutrientes...son lo que llamo "bancos McDonald's" esos que te colgan fotos de cogollos que se comen de colores y de formas inusuales y muchas veces se confirma la idea que lo que suena muy colorido y apetecible con luces y Photoshops, después en lo que a humo dice respecto, se queda a años luz. Ya es muy visible que hay una nítida maturación de los cogollos con algunos pistilos ya marrones y ámbar. Con eso se ha adecuado la alimentación para el empuje de "rippen" final y si echáis un vistazo a lo que se está propinando a los cultivars ya estamos con un PPM muy respectable (a un nivel muy alto - nunca menor a 1500 PPM, lo que significa que estamos con unas tasas de mS/cm elevadísimas y esto es una estrategia en mi opinión muy normal cuando entramos en recta final de cultivo y si hay que darle flush muy pronto y como mi procedimiento de flush es muy basado en llenar el tanque hidropónico con agua con algo de cloreto de sódio (la sal tiene la función osmótica de integrar los sales de NKP y otros macro y micro nutrientes que estén en exceso) y darle a igual en las últimas semanas el More Grams de Cannaboom y el Explota Cogollos de Agrobeta que también por fuerza de osmosis y por la elevadísima dosis de Dióxido de Potasio, no solo para integración de esta sal, pero por qué las concentraciones en esta proporción, si es verdad que contribuyen para el adensamiento de cogollos (más que darles tamaño y eso es lo que Agrobeta nos vende, pero quién conoce el "Explota Cogollos" sabe que más que el tamaño, lo que el sal de potasio hace es desidratar los cogollos y con eso el peso de los cogollos aumenta por la agregación de las resinas en los cogollos. Pues como veis, la alimentación final a la planta es basada en un auténtico bombazo del P y K y así para que tengáis algo presente la "alimentación" es sencillamente un aporte extremo de esos componentes vitales de la floración: el RedBoom de Cannaboom que es un multiplicador y indutor de floración masivo; el Mega PK 56-35 (que sin contar con alguna de las "bombas atomicas" de Grotek) es el mayor aporte de fósforo existente en el mercado; después el Terpenum que es un bioactivador que termina siendo redundante el aporte de potasio y también algo al que no se da mucho relieve pero es un elemento que en floración tiene un peso específico muy grande en la calidad final, el azufre que poco es hablado y que por ejemplo para la producción de THC es indispensable y la calidad del material está proporcionalmente relacionada con la presencia de azufre. Después como ya hablé el More Grams con esa función de "secado de agua" siendo llenado el espacio celular de agua con las resinas y terpenos. Y para final, algo se aporta un par de veces a la semana que para mí son importantes en este momento final de grow - el Explota Cogollos de Agrobeta y el aporte orgánico de Gold Green, que a igual que el Explota Cogollos basa su acción mucho más en el potasio que en el fósforo. En fin... más no hay que deciros y tan solo dejaros que por vosotros podáis comentar lo que vuestros sentidos, vos enseñen. El Dios Jah está muy presente y seguro lo que está temporada de fotodependientes y lo que de manera extraordinaria, la gente de Ripper Seeds va perfeccionando hace años, resulta en estas maravillas botanicas y canábicas. El Dios Jah que nos guarde siempre de los peligros - desde el grow y a patógenos menos pensados en los momentos finales - desde hongos en el secado hasta un ataque como por ejemplo un compañero que cogió Phytophora en las últimas semanas y literalmente los cogollos se "pudrieron" (lo nunca visto y eso que le dije que tomara mucho cuidado con la retención de agua del flush...a veces cosas tontas te pueden hacer mandar a la basura todo el esfuerzo y trabajo de una temporada y hay que estar pendiente de detalles y más pedir siempre y si eres gente de fé como yo, que algo más alto pueda protegerte.
