Week 8 Vegetation Report – Eternity Grow Cup Welcome back, everyone! We’re diving into another exciting update for our Eternity Grow Cup journey. This week marks week 8 of vegetation, and our girls are thriving! Let’s break it down: Growth & Structure All five phenos continue to impress, with strong, bushy growth and uniform structure across the board. They’re praying to the ThinGrowLED Model Ones, which have been running on channel one only, and they’re absolutely loving it. The leaf development is lush and vibrant, a sign that they’re thriving under the current conditions. Environmental Conditions We’re keeping things dialed in with stable environmental parameters: Temperature: 20.7°C Humidity: 57.2% CO2 Levels: 1569 PPM (a bit high but manageable) VPD: 1.05 kPa PPFD: 355 µmol/m²/s Each of these factors plays a crucial role in maximizing plant efficiency, and we’ll go deeper into why these values are set as they are. Featured Grow Gear – WCS2 Substrate Sensor This week, we’re also highlighting part of the grow gear in use—specifically, the WCS2 substrate sensor. This sensor measures: Soil temperature EC levels Water moisture It's currently placed in the Autopots, which are not yet connected. For now, we’re still top-feeding to encourage root expansion. By allowing the roots to reach the bottom of the pots before activating the Autopot system, we ensure they establish a strong foundation for optimal nutrient uptake. We’ll go deeper into this method and why it’s an essential step in the process. All I can say is that she is FINALLY flowering!! Looks like the auto part didn't quite catch properly, so this girl is a fast flower version of her auto sisters. She is stacking large with bud sites going easily 12+ inches down the branches all connected. Stalk is getting quite thick, just a bit thicker than a standard size Robertson screwdriver grip. Running the lights closer than normal since she's only getting 12 hours of light aiming for 850umol/s right now and will bump it to 900-1000umol/s by end of next week to really get her producing.

Week 1 Flower – Menta de Croco 🌿✨ The flip is finally here! After 12 weeks of veg, our mutant beauties have officially entered flowering mode! This is a huge milestone, and I couldn’t be more excited to start identifying which ones are males and which are females. Let the phenohunt begin! 🎯 They are thriving under the FOG LED and wasted no time responding to the flip—just a few days in and they are already showing signs of flower formation. Now, it’s a waiting game to see how many keepers we have to play with. Fingers crossed for a female-heavy batch! 🤞 Feeding & Environment 🌱 This week, I made a small but important change to the feeding: Increased Aptus All-in-One Liquid from 1.2 ml/L → 1.5 ml/L This brings EC to 1.1 pH is locked in at 5.9 Still running the Aptus Holland Clean Program (Mineral Line): Regulator RO Water Conditioner System Clean (even without a system, keeping things pristine) The plants are responding perfectly, so we’re staying on track for an explosive flower cycle! 🌸 Scrog Net & Setup 🕸️ This week, I also set up a scrog net. Week 3 and I can consider these seedlings now officially in the vegetative stage. Growth is on track and looking great! Weekly watering with nutrient feeding every other day to run off waste and using a shop vac to clean up. 5.8 ph / 1.59 ec / 75.6 degrees

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next?
