Harvested a little early because of the diseases in the plants nearby (botrytis, mildew, a little bit of spider mites), didn't wanna risk the whole crop so I just cut everything down and gave it a good cleaning with water and hydrogen peroxide for the first time ever. From my point of view I lost quite a bit of trichomes doing that, but do I regret it? Not a single bit, the trichomes that you actually lose by doing a bud wash are already degrading and aren't holding onto anything, so they would make the flavor worse (also from my pov) if they stayed there, also I didn't have a roof over them for almost 5 months so they had a lot of debris so I rather not smoke all of that

Never ever put an autoflower and a photoperiod in the same grow box. The harvest was fantastic despite my mistake. I have to admit that the Sativa gave me a lot more pleasure than the Skunk as well as a superior final yield. 100% satisfied. Thanks Sensi Seeds.

~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. After 2 weeks I chose my favorite plant of the three and prepared her for the Autopot. Now she needs to root this pot for another 2 weeks before we can turn on the Aqua Valve and the tank. DLI 30

4/23/25 A few of these plants seem to be longer flowering genetics which is kind of annoying because of the feed schedule. ive been feeding them with the plan of 8-9 weeks flowering and we are starting week 8 it is day 50 since 12/12 and some of the plants are producing quite a bit of pistils with not much bud growth at the moment. But plant #3 is producing some nice chunky golf ball sized buds and is on track with my feeding schedule but some of these other plants might go 10 weeks Top dressed with: 2tsp of microbe charge 3tsp of Bloom

7/21 Battling a strange deficiency that has spread to one of the buds, almost positive its a calcium issue so I gave #3 a 1l of water with cal-mag. Things looking great otherwise. 7/22 cut the bud that was having strange issues and there was no mold inside. Dried it for a day, smoked the most messed up part just to see and it was fine so unless it was a heat issue I have no clue what happened. Otherwise everything is still looking great 7/23 Cut a couple of the main colas because quite a few of the trichomes were turning amber. It may have been a bit too early, bit I will monitor the rest of the plants to see how the develop.

El sustrato Biobizz light mix excelente Las semillas de barneys farm uff pura crema. Eva seeds recomendables y las sweed seeds buenisimas semillas para seguir cultivando. Los Led yxo para ser de un perfil bajo qué no a toda la gente les gusta cumplen la. Función 480w de pura potencia en un espacio de 120x120 los recomiendo para gente que tenga un presupuesto bajo. Ahora voy por unos sobre 600w aunque los reforzaría estos con unos led de 100w . Bueno feliz con los resultados. Esta semana mostraré los resultados de las plantas cortadas. Auto Maxi Gom is growing well this last week. She has moved more into a preflowering phase. Looks like she is getting ready to start stretching. She is looking really healthy. I am just a little on the heavy side for feeding. I am switching her to bloom nutrition on her next feeding. So I will have to guess the strength since this is the first time using Xpert in blooming. Vegging was about half the recommended dose as the chart listed for a coco grow. Everything is going really good. Happy to see the plants taking off. Watering has not been an issue with the hot weather. Give them as much as they will take every 2-3 days. Gave them kelp meal (1tsp/gallon of soil) and some worm castings this week--about a handful worm castings per pot--dry amendments are very gentle and forgiving in soil. Fems: Both identified growing solo in 30 gallon fabric pots. Not pulling the 1st female much. I did gently set her under a small tomato cage slightly. 2nd female is growing regular--no pull--no pinch--nada!--just straight up. Males--As far as the male count--currently 6 males have been removed from the grow area.
