Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!

Lovely to smoke. With a great weight given the set back with nute lock. Which Is the downfall to this run. Because this happened In last 3weeks which certainly resulted in small buds. However I am totally pleased with final weight and smoke from.this girl. Xx

The plant is starting to show more rezin and emphasizing more on the flowers, I still cant get over how sturdy this one is.

We went a bit crazy this week and got a third lamp. The lights are now at 25 and 30 cm from the tallest plant. According to Sanlight, it's optimal for our tent size and with CO2 added. Also, we added another CO2 bag hanging in the tent. According to the app Photone, which displays the PPFD of the lamps, the PPFD in our tent is around 500. Did some flushing with Cal mag, which we hope helped with the deficiencies seen on the leaves. Either or, our girls seem to be finally growing well and hydrated with the Autopots. New growth seems to be healthy. We had to get a dehumidifier because of the increasing humidity. Currently balancing between humidity and temperature because the winter is getting cold around here. We started doing LST this week. Some of the girls get the stick and some are getting tied up. They seem to be liking it 👹 We are hoping next weekend for a full and healthy canopy, so we can flip the flower.

So it's basically day 66 on BK and day 58 on GG thinking about start to flush them... They look gorgeous and full of trichomes, smell still missing but I'm fine with it... Next update in week

This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. This week was exciting, my honey cream took off and now has a lot of side stems so I know I’m going to get it bushy beforehand flower! I also been training it so I can get the unders to come up and if you see from the photos I’m doing great! I’ve battled the heat now so I should be smooth sailing from now! I’ve also topped the side stems! (Last topping) I’m going 6 weeks with them! Look out for my other diary I’m uploading... Cherry bomb! It’s a week older than HC! Also have special kush to upload, they’re but slower but have now are showing grace! Also all my diaries will Ben correctly dated as I’m using the time stamps on my photos in there albums! Keeps me on track of my weeks!

02/26/2022 Just enoying the smell, pollination was successful! On #6 seeds forming nicely 🙏🏻 Also some weird stretching I'm top buds from accidentally leaving light's on a couple days. But should be good. looks like my efforts to pollinate one branch didn't do so well plenty of seeds to grow out now lower buds look clean of pollen no sign of pollination. Should start adding weight in next two weeks.
