Flower Week 6 – Ripening Phase Begins The girls are now in week 6 of flowering, and the ripening phase has officially begun! The buds are noticeably denser, and resin production has kicked into overdrive — the trichomes are mostly cloudy, with a few early amber heads starting to appear. This week’s macro shots show the frost levels going insane, with every surface covered in sticky crystals. 24K Gold is showing classic ripening behavior: Her pistils are beginning to darken and curl inwards, while the calyxes start to swell. The aroma is becoming very pronounced — a sweet citrus funk mixed with a deep earthy undertone. Gelato 33 continues to build resin like crazy. The buds are slightly smaller but completely coated in trichomes. She’s developing that creamy-sweet scent typical of the strain, filling the tent with a dessert-like smell. Both plants still look perfectly healthy — the feeding routine and semi-hydro setup are keeping everything stable. Light intensity and airflow remain ideal, ensuring no mold or stress signs during this dense phase. The size isn't awesome, but the high ammount of buds full of crystals plus the strong sweet aroma makes them awesome. Buds are growing and fattenning very very well. This week i added a boost of HomeMade CO2, i never measured the results of this invention so i can't give CO2 measurements. This method is widely used in home aquariums and there is where it comes from. For those interested i'm going to write here more detailed instructions. The 4 liters i've made will last for about 2 weeks. ---NEEDINGS--- - 250 ml Bottle - 6~10 l Bottle - 400 g Sugar / l water - 1 Envelope of organic baker's yeast / l water (CHEMICAL WILL NOT WORK) - 3 mid plastic tubes 40~50 cm - 1 short plastic tube 5~6 cm - 4 tube adapters - Hot glue to seal adapters The process of creating CO2 is simple, mix water, organic yeast and sugar in a bottle, and the sugar will free CO2 in the process of fermenting to alcohol due to the yeast. 1. Make a hole in the center of the big bottle cap, insert an adapter and secure it with hot glue 2. Make 3 holes in the small bottle cap and glue the other 3 adapters 3. Link both caps with one of the mid tubes and insert the other tubes on free adapters 4. Insert a short tube in the bottom of the small cap in the adapter that came from the big cap 5. 1ere semaine de floraison avec du travail, j’ai du enlever quelques feuilles encore et tirer les branches avec du fil, percer des trous dans les pots…. pour que la lumière pénètre bien au milieu. Pas évident d’optimiser la place dans ma petite box mais pas impossible, j’ai du placer le ventilateur au dessus des plantes.

Buds are thickening up and decently long . Sticky to the touch and fruity as she’s a banger . I’ve smoked a bit of this one this week and it’s pure fire I’m stoked for this one to be done in a few weeks . Looks like a bumper crop . I can’t get good pics at the moment as there’s no room in the tent and the blackberry is just too big to move out the way .. good prob

9/11 - Harvest day for Kiss 1. Her sister will take a little bit more time.

This is doing good just swelling up. Its gunna have some fat buds it looks like. Some of these never fully recovered from being stunted from the cold. I added some microbe life photosynthesis plus to the mix.

Week 5 done and dusted and these girls have started their flowering stage, stoked! This week has been a bit slow growing for them unfortunately, I've been super busy and haven't been tending to them as much as I would have liked. I started the week with an over water and then neglected them for a few days and and they dried right out. They were not looking happy. I then top dressed the girls with Herbi's all natural nutrients, 2.5 tablespoons of bloom and 2.5 of Veg mixed in with 5 tablespoons of Worm castings for each girl and i got back to regular watering. They've sprung back up to life but I can't help but think it's another bit of stunt they didn't need. This Gorilla Cookies girl also got another light defoliation yesterday to let the light penetrate through to all the budsites. She's looking happy enough. The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Flipped to 12/12 at day 43. Raised light-intensity from 60 to 90 %. Now +70% of the net is filled and i can see potential to make it an evenly shaped bowl full of fruits:-) The deep, dark colour has turned to a juicy green, shoots everywhere....... everything fine but two little things: 1) run-off-pH is a bit high...... 6.6-6.9. will feed rather acidic next time.... 2) Main Colas get a bit tall..... will supercrop them as soon, as the rest of the cannopy is organzied to a clean scrog. Nutritionwise i lowered N, raised K and gave an extra P-shot (0,05 g/L BLOSSOM-BOOST) on days 43 and 44. Day 45 fed pH 5.8 - readings immediatly dropped to 6.3 to 6.5 👍 Vigorous stretch.....!!! Mounted some more hooks to get the scrog even - works perfectly now! +80% of the net is filled......and the colas in the corner almost make plants of their own - i will supercrop them, as soon as they don't stretch any more. Day 46 fed pH 6.1 today..... readings still good (average 6.4) took out some more leafs today, to give a little more light to young shoots. Smell is getting stronger, but no visible signs of flowering yet.

I just took down the rest of the Grape Deebo harvested last week, this is the red Deebo with green stems. The other one looks like it might have another week. I have taken off one stem as a control So enjoy some bud pr0n.

I am very excited that the stress is over, and continues growing healthy, today I will change it to a bigger pot and I think that this will be the best genetics

She's a very demanding plant. In addition to these listed nutrients I'm also using an organic mixture as well at full strength and she seemingly wants more lol. Very interesting plant indeed. Her buds are becoming dense and look more advanced than what usual week 4 flower looks like so she will most likely finish in maybe 7-8 weeks I assume. Very nice smell and resin production. Temperatures are very much different than usual here in the caribbean. Nights stay cool and day temps have soared for the month. Damn global warming!!!!!!!!!! On a positive note she's still doing well with no signs of heat stress and by next week I expect even more rapid production as she approaches the end of mid bloom. Stay with me, she's gonna be nice and until next week................ #HappyGrowing

Week °6

I had to bring her back inside this week. She was still growing in the greenhouse, but stuck in preflower. She was getting taller and taller with no budlets in sight. Hhmmm i wonder??? You guessed right, SHE IS A PHOTO PERIOD! FXCK! so i had to take my Zkittles that was in preflower outside earlier than i wanted, in order to make room for this huge lemonberry haze that i had to start 12-12 on. Three days of 12-12 is starting to give me pistols....so she IS NOT an auto. She is still GROWING, and the 2 main tops are getting close to the leds. I had to tie her down using pipe cleaners and the tent frame. I sure do hope she doesn't get to much taller. I don't want the leds to burn her up, as i cannot raise them anymore. The LEDS are zip tied directly to the tent support frame and the support lines have been double looped to half their original hanging length. There is not much more i can do but start tying her down to the tent poles. THIS GIRL IS GOING TO BE A MONSTER YALL! Stay tuned! Other than the inconvenience of it being a photo, if i can pull this off with the limited space i have, she should yield HEAVY.
