Flowering day 74 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. It's been a very simple grow cycle for this Mimosa Cake auto. I started with a super soil and eventually started using bottled nutrients to get me to the finish line. It's been almost 100 days since germination and the finish product is a really stout & bushy plant with a dense flower composition. I will dry for 8-10 days at 65-70 degrees F and 55- 60 % relative humidity. After that she gets put in mason jars indefinitely. Advise for growing this strain: - Utilize LST techniques frequently - Stay on top of defoliation, she gets really bushy - She seemed to really like CalMag at full strength in compost extracts Thank you growdiaries.com Thank you growmies for all your advise Thank you Fastbuds

Welcome to Week 4! November 3 All is well, I see a little discoloration so I’m just keeping an eye on them. Watered today - 7.5g Grow/gallon November 4 Rearranged and increased lux to 30,000 November 10 It has been a learning curve for me this weekend trying to get temperature & humidity correct! All three plants looked like they were going to die! I ended up downloading a room VPD chart and hooked up a second humidifier and pumped humidity into the room at full blast. After a hour or so I finally got the VPD to be correct in the room! They are recovering well and I’m very thankful that they bounced back!

Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Today is 48days to flower and 85 days to seeds we are now at the end of this journey ... incredible how after eliminating rhinoskin from the nutrient solution the plants experienced greater heat stress. next time I will definitely buy the biggest solution! for the rest it seems to proceed in the normal way despite the high temperatures the blackdog holds on!

Hi guys week 3 now, not much going on, they have grown massive in a week and since being repotted, I started lst today I will let them grow a bit and keep tieing the nodes down as this needs to be a long veg. Happy growing guys

Do-si-dos received a heavy defoliation, there were a ton of small inner branches starved for light, so they got cut. LSD, Green Crack and Mandarin dreams all received a light defo, yellowing leaves were removed. Lighting provided by Mars-Hydro TSW2000. Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

This week was a little late due to the holiday. This is the week RSQ Wedding Cake flipped to flower. I accidentally super cropped her when trying to bend a branch over. After that she started drinking a whole lot more (hence the underwatered pictures)

Well they definitely made progress in the flowering dept over the weekend! I came back home to find a nice amount of bud sites and pistil growth all around. Bubba ya gotten so big it can’t fit under my lights in the tent with fan & filter, so it’s now been moved to the other tent. Kind of fucks with my auto grow I had planned, but not much I can do
