Day 22: Hi all , hope we are all well. The Gluberry male has been banished now and wont be making another sneak attack ever again !. The remaining Glueberry ( #2) is now able to have her 1st gym session ( no social distancing or masks needed!). She has been bent over from her 4th node( no sniggering at the back !) so that her 5th(main) takes a horizontal path to the pots edges. The other growth below should form up similar to a quadline . Inwill allow it to go vertical when the flowering begins which should create 5 mains to develop into long chunky colas. Being an attempt to find my own best use of autos in this environment I use , is proving to be fun so far. Inhave other strains ( in my diaries here) that are being trained using this and other methods to again , see 1st hand what works for me. The Mimosa Lemon is doing really well too. she had her 1st session a few days ago and is responding perfectly so far. Both of these ladies are looking really healthy and green so far . I have not done a total soak of the medium yet and have been watering just outside of the plants leaf footprint. This is to encourage the rootball to set itself up for the flowering cycle and an important foundation for their overall possible yield. Flushed this week with straight water. Bud is smelling like sulfer and orange. Bud structure was good but they don’t seem very dense. Nice color shift the last two weeks of growth. Chopping down and hanging for a two week dry.

Just chopped last night. About 8oz wet weight. Did a good amount of wet trimming, will do a final manicure once it is dried. This grow has been an absolute blast - the girls were good to me and didn't give me much trouble. I am a man of variety, so I always try new things - so not sure if i will grow it again but if I had to, I wouldn't be mad at all :) Smoked some scissor hash it is sure was tasty! and strong - got me feeling reallllllly nice. Will update in a week or so when it is dried to report on the dry weight. And then some time after that I will report on the smoke once it cures :) UPDATE POST HAND DRY: The plants hung for 6 days, and have now moved into the jars. Dry weight of exactly 2oz. 51g buds, 5g trim. I had no idea that cannabis loses its smell a bit as it dries - so i got super worried at first, only to realize this is normal and the beautiful smell returned shortly. Will continue to update after curing for a taste/effect review. UPDATE ~ 1.5 Weeks into cure: Looking back it think I did too much dry trimming. It had been cold at that time, and I was paranoid about mold. It dried quite quickly, and I might have been out a day too long. I was aiming to get them in jars and have it sit at about 60-65% humidity - but when they went into the jars it never went higher than 54% and kind of settled down at 48%. But the buds aren't crispy by any means, so maybe my humidity meter was off. They do seem a little too dry though - and the buds are definitely quite airy. My grow light is pretty small, so I'm not expecting super dense buds. From what I've read, I'm worried they might have over-dried past the point of "curing"? Or maybe I'm reading too much into this, idk. This is all a learning process and I'm enjoying it regardless. It was my first grow so I definitely have room for improvement within my current setup. I couldn't wait to try it so I've been sampling throughout the curing process. The flavor and scent profiles are definitely changing, and for the better - but it doesn't have that same "dank" smell it had when she was a living plant. Not sure if that's normal, but probably just didn't have the best drying process. Obviously this early, I'm not expecting amazing taste and smell, so let's see how some more time does. I will say it gets me stoned, for sure haha. It's got a nice dark green, purple color too it with a decent amount of thichomes visible. Honestly, the smaller plant (#1) that I stunted early on has a better scent/taste already, versus #2 that looked so good. Not saying #2 is a bust at all either. It has this earthy, almost cheesy flavor profile. Interesting. Back to the effect - it worked to the point where I feel laser-focused writing this update haha. It definitely has a hybrid effect, with a nice euphoric uplift, while helping me relax and ease tension. I'll try to keep updating this as it cures!

Week 3 day 1

Drunken bitch Slap is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350 . 1 week bg into light change and not much has happened yet. Changes will show in a week to 2. I changed the solution today as well. Also increased light strength to full power. Nothing else to report at this time. The germinated seeds were planted with the white tap-root pointing downwards into small pots (0,25 l) with light-mix from Goldlabel.nl. During week 1 almost all seeds came up and grew into small seedlings. Some late-comers like the MAC are just peaking out of the soil, while others are already small plants of 5-7 cm size. During this phase I only use one single S4W-LED lamp from SANlight in Austria. The fixture is appr. 50 cm above the babies and this is plenty of light for the small seedlings. They get a little bit of BIO NOVA roots with their water, because this enhances root growth a lot and helps the babies to stay healthy until they are tall enough to be repotted. Don't let the pics with the KANNABIA strain-markers in the small pots confuse you, the genetics are all different strains from different producers (see germination)! Three strains are from KANNABIA SEEDS (the Kritikal-K, the Pineapple Dream and the Skit Kandy Dream), but they came with a bunch of handy plastic strain markers, which I used for all my plants/pots.

Amazing experience with the Mix Pack, I will try it again next summer for sure. Love the variety.

Day 58 - Started on making a natural intake box Day 59 - Isolated and sealed the natural intake box + added beter sealing on grow cabin doors & cabin Day 60 - Semi-automated intake.

First Week i was trying out HPS lights both at 125w but capable of 400w, which i later Switched to two grow the jungle Jackson nemesis 250w not 200w as it said couldnt find the right model to put in. They got Regular water because i was still waiting for most of the equipment. I germinated 10seeds 5 of each and every one germinated pretty fast bout 12to20h.

She spread her wings this week. Lower leaves widened and color deepened. I added more Bio365 around her base to support the stretch and keep her rooted. No top dress. No sprays. She’s growing in silence, absorbing the rhythm of the light. Every new node a sign she’s preparing. No water was added this week, and the self-watering reservoir was maintained.

I'm happy with the progress they have made, all have responded well to defoliation and LST. I'll be adding a few more light nutrients at some point this week. The gorilla zkittles is shorter than the rest but looks very sturdy and has plenty of bud showing already, I think this is because it started flowering maybe 7days before the rest and in them 7days the rest shot up rapidly! I'll update daily and try get some nice videos with lights out.

Running 4 autos in the same aeroponic system isnt ideal as 2 of my plants need to flush this week.. while the other 2 still have about 2 weeks again... its all good tho.. id take it out an flush them individually before harvesting.
