Week 10 Flower — The Beauty Before the Finish This week marks a very special chapter in the Eternity Grow Cup. As we approach harvest, the garden is simply glowing with beauty. Every corner, every canopy, every branch tells a story — and this week, I’ve taken the time to slow down and capture that story as best I can through the lens of my camera. All the photos you’ll see in this update were taken with care and intention. I use my Sony camera in full manual focus mode, and I don’t just snap and go — I spend time with each plant, each angle, waiting for that perfect moment when everything aligns. These are not just photos to document — they’re my attempt to reflect the feeling of the room, the energy of the grow, and the soul of each plant. Just like with the videos, I don’t shoot randomly and decide later. I record what matters, and what I record, I use. It keeps me focused, organized, and deeply connected to the process — and I believe it helps me tell the story more clearly, whether through stills or moving pictures. Each one expressing unique traits, but all carrying the same stunning quality — dense, clean, colorful, resin-rich flowers that fill the room with pride. But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Sry for long delay in posting, things went a little crazy after covid19 hit hard, but everything is looking good gg4 #1and 2 are 1 day away from starting week 4 of flower and strawberry banana is 1week 5 days into flower

My little experimenting already bears fruits of knowledge, I've topped too close to the node without leaving a bit of stem, and whilst tying down the branch during LST, I had a gnarly stem split. However a cool head, some grafting tape and a day of healing and this rugged little plant picked herself right back off the floor and shot up inches overnight! More and more pistils are shooting out and this plant is stretching so much, as is typical of OG strains, my last autoflower is nearly done, after which I will put a trellis net in and this lady can have the entire place to herself!

First trichomes are getting milky. Getting very sticky as well I love the nice and sweet, fruity smell of her. Can’t believe it made it to this point. Even if it’s not much…extremely happy to look towards my first harvest Update: Decided to cut her next week. Going for high thc-level, just testing it...maybe too early:). Sending her to 48 hours of darkness next Monday

Estas plantas se desarrollaron de esquejes. Hay dos plantas en cada balde de 10L. L a técnica que utilizo es ninguna técnica, solo espero a que se desarrollen y maduren. Lo único que hago es controlar el ph y cambiar la solución nutritiva cada semana. Todos los días verifico que el ph esté cerca de 6. A veces puede ser 5.8 o 6.5 de ph y eso no es un problema. Lo único que se me está complicando es la extracción del aire. No tengo dudas que en algún momento lo soluciones adquiriendo nuevos productos. El sistema que utilizo es la hidroponía. Se me hace más cómodo el sistema. No me gusta mover o utilizar tierra ya que es muy sucio y se mueve mucho volumen.

Semana de una más que notable transición cromática , formación de lindas porras y engorde de cogollos. La nº6 sigue mostrando albinismo aunque parece que no aumenta de tamaño, se mantiene. Subí los led 5ctms y parece que funcionó bastante bien. Entramos en una fase delicada por lo que añadí un deshumidificador que se enciende cuando se apagan los led. Más adelante otro ventilador y deshumidificador las 24h. encendido. Durante la noche con los led encendidos el ambiente es mucho mas seco que durante el dia con las luces apagadas así que el ventilador lo dejaré encendido unas horitas más durante el dia, noche para las plantas. Hay que bajar la humedad tanto como se pueda durante esas horas en la que sube tanto.

Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems.

HARVEST TIME AT DAY 55 - 06/08/21 I wanted to get these ladies cut before we go through a heat spell. they were all ready but the gelato could have used a few extra days to make some more amber trikes... oh well cut them all and hung them at 72F @ 55%RH - hopefully I can keep the temps from fluctuating too much! I did a bit of trimming before the 48 hour dark period but none today see y'all in a week or so... if i can keep the temps good then it should be more like 10 days... we'll see! THCdaddy
