Die erste Woche der Blüte ist geschafft und bisher läuft alles wunderbar. Seit der Umstellung haben die Pflanzen nochmal ordentlich Gas gegeben und einen deutlichen Stretch hingelegt. Diese Woche stand außerdem die erste größere Entlaubung an, da es mittlerweile doch ziemlich dicht geworden ist. Dabei habe ich vor allem etwas Platz geschaffen, damit wieder mehr Licht und Luft durch die Pflanzen kommt. Mit dem Guanokalong-Dünger bin ich nach wie vor wirklich zufrieden. Die Pflanzen wirken kräftig und vital, haben eine schöne Farbe und zeigen bisher keinerlei Anzeichen dafür, dass ihnen etwas fehlt. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass die Versorgung sehr ausgeglichen wirkt – weder zu wenig noch zu viel, sondern genau passend. Ergänzend gibt es einmal pro Woche einen aktiv belüfteten Wurmtee. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Entwicklung wirklich zufrieden und gespannt, was die nächsten Blütewochen bringen

The culmination of reversing our Matterhorn cut off Mr. Crowley to Intergalactic Runtz, and the results were out of this world (I had to do it). These ladies were slow to start, but once they hit their stride, they put any worries we had to rest. Compact, short-framed, and robust. They pack beautifully boulder-like flowers that reek of garlic and sickly sweet cotton candy. Dark green to a mosaic of purples, yellows, and silvers. Frost production is off the charts, the internode spacing is tight, and they certainly will impress in their last few weeks of flower. This is one of our favorite crosses in the new fem lineup. I got the 3 starting seeds from an exchange with a redditor who accidentally pollinated his batch with a male, meaning I didn't start with the best genetic which in the end, probably induced the hermie. It turned out good overall but it did fuck up a lot of things. I never thought 4 weeks of veg would be too much. They got tall in no time and almost tripled in height during the flowering stretch. Light burn had a significant impact on the trichome production of certain buds. The mold is on me. I should have controlled the conditions better. I had to throw away 10-15g because of it. And really nothing guarantees I removed it all. Plant B produced, in the books, a lot less than her sisters and that can be explained by 3 factors: -Mold attacked it more than the others; -I probably switched 1 or maybe 5 (who knows...) whole branches when they fell from the rope during the drying; -I left a lot of tiny popcorn buds that got separated in the ''to be extracted'' jar. The 3 plants were pretty similar in looks but gave rather different seeds. A, the hermie, gave a lot of seeds in general but almost half of them were immature or wonky and got discarded; B, a female, gave a lot of good ones but also quite a few bad ones. The have nice stripes giving them a tiger look; C, another female, still hasn't been plucked of all it's seeds but the ones I already collected are really big, round and mat. Plant A pollinated itself. Plant B got helped by me but C didn't received help from me nor the wind and still got hit, a lot less, but still. I'll never underestimate the propagation power of pollen again. FINAL HARVEST: PLANT A: - 91g - 281 viable seeds PLANT B: - 28g - 297 viable seeds PLANT C: - 89g - 149 viable seeds 167 mixed seeds from ABC EXTRACT MATERIAL: - 9g TOTAL: 217g / 894 seeds Height by weeks: 1 - 7 cm 2 - 20 cm 3 - 32 cm 4 - 49 cm Switch 5 - 81 cm 6 - 107 cm 7 - 120 cm 8 - 124 cm 9 - 125 cm 10 - 126 cm 11 - 126 cm 12 - 128 cm 13 - 128 cm Nice experience overall. Day 64 - I've been patiently waiting for the time to come, and it's finally here! Changed the lights over to 12/12 to send the tent into flower. Current light settings R99 W99 B50 as suggested by California Lightworks. I did a full reservoir change - switching over to bloom nutes. I also added some Si28 and P31 Microbes to the reservoir to test out this new product that I was fortunate enough to receive samples of. I've seen the results of others with crazy booming root growth.... Let's see what happens! Day 65 - I swear, it's like she's been waiting for me to flip the light cycle. I kicked one plant out of the tent so now there's even more room for improved air circulation and light distribution. This plant is a serious beast! Day 67/ Day 3 of Flower - Last massive round of defoliation before I sit back and let her do her thang. ✌️

Had to harvest due to pest issues. The plants bulked up but very leafy all throughout flower. It did get a nicer smell but nothing that took my breath away, atleast not like onion anyway. The plant weighed abit and the nugs were packed, still not a very terpy profile or resinous as much as id hoped. Wont be growing this strain again I reckon. Its good for someone who likes a puff here and there with a mild strain that wont last long. I have had worse strains but so far my least favourite grow but hey I grew within myself so it was not in vain. Enjoy familia.

Day 28 today The girls are stretching out to a decent size. Except the Cheesy auto which is 10 days behind. They have only had half a scoop of Greenhouse biogrow so far. I am going to try out Canna Flores Organic for flower , boosted by organic Iguana juice from Advanced nutrient, is did a little bit of lst today just tying four branches down on each plant. I'm interested how much I can yield from a 100w led.

As promised — I fixed everything, dialed it in 🙂 Plants are doing great now, growing fast and looking healthy. You often see people asking: “My runoff pH keeps dropping, what should I do?” I used to recommend increasing potassium, even though at that point it was just a theoretical assumption — I hadn’t actually tested it yet. Well… now I have. And it works. Situation: Input pH is stable around ~5.8, but runoff pH keeps dropping over time (in my case down to 5.2, even 4.7 on one plant). At the same time, EC is either dropping or at least not increasing. I tried light flushing — yes, it helps temporarily, but: Only short-term — next day pH drops again Adds unnecessary stress to the plant (basically suffocating the roots) Solution: Increase potassium. First, I boosted it by about +50%, then added another +30% on top of that. Example: I had ~2 ml per 10L → increased to 4 ml → after 2 days up to 5.5 ml of Canna Mono K. It took about 3 days to stabilize — runoff pH went back up to ~5.7–6.0. If you’re using base nutrients: Just get some Canna Mono K — it’s made exactly for situations like this. Yeah, I know I’m basically mixing my whole solution around it, even though Canna says you can’t build a complete feed with it alone — but in practice, it works for me. Also, side note — now 10L lasts me about 2 days. And that’s it for veg — switched to 12/12 on day 36.

Northern Lights - Day 54 Harvest Report! 🌿✂️ First harvest complete! Trimmed all top colas fresh, removing parts without trichomes and selecting only useful trim. Main stem removed. The untrimmed apex alone weighs over 90g! 😍 So massive I had to split it into smaller pieces to prevent mold. Harvest stats: • Trimmed weight: 150g from this first harvest • Trim sealed in freezer bags (air removed with straw) and frozen • Now drying at perfect conditions! Second harvest coming at day 60! 🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Harvest day finally came 🌿✂️🎉 — Mephisto’s Grape Wedding Force came down looking gorgeous 💜💎. The colas are dense and frosty ❄️🌸, with that signature grape-candy aroma filling the room 🍇🍬. Trim went smooth ✂️👌 and buds are hanging to dry in perfect conditions 🌡️💨 (around 60°F / 60% RH). Trichomes are glistening ✨ and colors are rich — a perfect finish to the run 🌈🌿.
