Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. This week has been great progress on the plants, as u can see, giving your plants the oxygen it needs and they will flourish I wish I've gotten a better pump from the beginning, but o well learning curve lol, it has been getting warmer now that spring is arriving, the inside of my tent is at 80° so the only issue I see in the future is water temp. rising but ama try to keep her as cool as possible. (Not running a chiller) I did started to see some pistols coming out so, she starting to flower. Ama switch her nutrients to bloom A&B next week as with some Nirvana see how that goes. Am still checking the pH twice a week (Once in the morning, and again late afternoon.)

Es wurden alle drei geköpft und zwei im gesamten in die sogenannten DryBags die ja jeder empfehlen tut und die ersten Tests sind sowas von gut ab jetzt nur noch Mit DRYFEM Resultate vom smoke. Kommen noch 🏼👌🏼👍🏼

🌱🌱🌱Comenzamos este primer cultivo, con esta hermosa cepa de FastBuds, Girl Scout Cookies Auto, germinación con ratio perfecto, 100%.🌱🌱🌱 Se utilizo método combinado de germinación, 24 horas la semilla en agua y luego se paso a un recipiente hermético plástico con toalla de papel absorbente por 32 horas a 22 grados Celsius app. Se planta la semilla con una radícula de app 1,5 a 2 cm en el sustrato Light Mix de Biobizz, mas la adición de micorrizas en el mismo lugar donde se planta la semilla (app una falange del dedo índice de distancia entre la superficie del sustrato y la semilla) Se humedece el sustrato con 150 ml app de agua declorada ph 6.2 app. 🚀Equipamiento🚀 Indoor de 60x60x159 cm y una iluminación BlackCob F320, pero en vegetación se activa solamente 1 modulo (160w) para luego a futuro en floración activar toda la potencia lumínica y aprovechar al máximo el espacio de cultivo. 👨‍🍳Nutrición👨‍🍳 Este cultivo será orgánico, con la linea Plagron completa (power roots, alga grow, alga bloom, green sensation, sugar royal y pure zym) + la adición de tricodermas liquidas de "Colectivo Científico" y utilizando la técnica de entrenamiento SCROG. closing out this harvest with the best yield yet, and excited to put round five in the dirt mid january. this harvest was focused on trying to split the grow types to maximize yield and get one more plant in the box. very excited to get wet weight friday night!

Week 6 went pretty well, +30 during the day, +23 at night, a few yellowed leaves, next time I water her I will give her Espom salt so that she absorbs more magnesium, despite the high heat everything else looks good :) good luck to everyone.

2nd Week Report 24/10/19 - 31/10/19 25/10/19 I didn't flushed, but I filled the reservoir with 3l of 10% strength solution. Added to the current solution the same nutrients quantity as the first week (except for "Root Stimulator" and "Enzymes" that the first week were 20% strength and now got back to 10%). Now the reservoir should be filled with a 20% strength solution 29/10/19 - CMXL is 10cm height and it is growing really well along with his roots. - LSD is 6cm height and it is growing a little slower like his roots, but both of them look healty. I think in some days should start growing fast like CMXL Added 2 low frequency (113kHz) Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Discs: - One for the root chamber that should help with root expansion as it nebulize solution and the fog carries nutriments (like a small aeroponics integration) and will help my attempt of cloning. - One will stand in a 20% solution next to the plants to increase Humidity (and maybe feed them a little). I'll try to set them running 24/7 Switched water pump that sprays Rock Wool from 5sec every 30min to 6sec every 60min. Next week I plan to stop using the pump as "Top Feed" if roots will be well developed and probably I will use it as "Recirculation Pump" to keep nutrients in reservoir mixed better 30/10/19 Roots exposed to air inside reservoir got a little yellow after inserting the small fogger, so I will try to keep it 30/30 seconds ON/OFF. I will check next day if it's helpful to existing root o as root propagator for clone trial Topped CMXL and did a little of LST just by bending the main stem to expose the small growing next to fan leaves. The cutting was immediately dipped in a solution made by honey and Root Stimulation (the same I use for reservoir solution as it should contain rooting hormone), hoping it covers the cut like a gel and don't let the oxigen get in the cut until there will be some new growing. After that I put the cutting on the lid without any pot, as you can see in the picture some tape is covering the hole and it holding the topping. I covered it with a small jar to maintain humidity, hope to see some roots next week ;) I plan to fim LSD tomorrow if tonight grows enough 31/10/19 Filled the reservoir with 6L 20% strength solution and after that added 10% nutriment for 36L directly into the tote (like I did last week). Now nutrient solution inside reservoir should be 30% strength and it's ready for the 3rd week Pinched LSD Top with my fingers and applied LST by bending a little the main stem. Hope this FIMming works and returns better yield ;) Cloning trial didn't worked (I was expecting nothing, just a test), the cut part of the topping is already dry. 31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Wow, another week done. It's become an absolute jungle in my greenhouse. A few of the GG4/Sherbets tops had to be mainlined since they're hitting the top of the greenhouse at 7ft8in tall. The smell is definitely getting stronger every day and it goes from super pungent, to sweet, to almost tropical. They're all still looking nice and healthy. The Athena Blended Line works wonders with my well water as the plants couldn't be happier. All in all Happy Growing.

Inicios penúltima semana Disminuí un poco la cantidad de riego de 600ml/dia a 500ml. Ahora ya prefiero que lleguen al siguiente riego un poco sedientas, total ellas al final tampoco no beben lo que venian bebiendo últimamente.

Esta es la última semana de crecimiento que le doy a las pequeñas, el último día antes de hacer el cambio de horas de luz le hago una pequeña poda de bajos ya que eso le dará más aire a la zona baja y más fuerza a la parte superior de nuestras plantas. En esta semana terminamos con una Ec de 1.6 y un ph de 5.8. Están creciendo muy rápido y con fuerza en los tallos. Los tamaños de las pequeñas son: las red hot cookies 24 y 34 cm, las tropicanas 27 y 37 cm y la purple puch og 24 cm.

Vegetationswoche 6 Tag 50: Heute wurden unten die ersten Triebe rausgenommen , welche es nicht über die Lichtgrenze kommen und insgesamt eine etwas größere Entlaubung, um noch mal schön Licht an die kleineren Triebe zu lassen. Dann noch je 2l ph 6.1 Wasser in die Bewässerungsbasen pro Pflanze. Tag 51: heute in Vorbereitung auf einen Kurzurlaub je 3l Wasser mit ph 6.2 ins Reservoir 😊 Tag 52: Urlaub Tag 53: Urlaub Tag 54 Rückkehr vom Urlaub,Ladys extrem gewachsen(65cm) Alle 3l Wasser mit ph 6.3 und 0,5ml/l Calmag gegossen und Wechsel in die Blüte 😊 Ende der Vegetation

Brothers and sisters farmers. My job here is over! the only one and only reason why I prolonged the late release of the end-growth report is just because this plant really deserves !!!!! Strain super super super fantastic !!! I was really struck by everything that is what these powerful super beans have. From growth to smoked! 10/10 Beautiful frosty and rocky nuggets .... mmh just like Peaky His odor is ..... amazing .... and the gems inside show purple nuances.
