So, Week 4 is done and the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Autos are slowly coming along. It has been even colder in Canada this past week and temperatures in the tent have been hovering around the 70 degree mark. The humidity has come up a bit to around 30% and this is an improvement but the combination of too cold + humidity too low = small, struggling but surviving plants. It’s disappointing but this is consistently my toughest grow cycle of the year. Other than that, I increased the water to 4 litres per watering which is still being done every 4th day- so that’s 0.7 of a litre per plant per day. Although I was planning on topping all four of these plants following my previous Sweet Seeds grow experience, these ladies are just not up for it- too small, too slow and surviving not thriving. I will look forward to that with my next and final Sweet Seeds grow so stay tuned for that in future. Mom’s Tip for Week #4- Cleanliness is next to Godliness!… I wholeheartedly feel that a clean and organized tent/grow room is essential for a successful grow. I often see other growers leaving dead foliage to pile up in the bottom of their tents, watering with no drip trays or not cleaning their space in between grow cycles. They are often plagued with unwanted visitors, fungal infections and a nasty build up of crud in the most precious place- your happy garden! Here are my top tips for keeping your tent/grow room clean, organized and consistently productive. Always remove dead or defoliated foliage from the bottom of your tent and take it all the way out of the immediate growing area/room. Biodegrading foliage provides the perfect environment for unwanted insects/pests to hide in and feed on- potentially creating an infestation that could devastate your crop and contaminate future grows. I place all green materials including my post harvest plants into the compost pile where it breaks down creating beautiful, natural fertilizer for future grows! Always use drip trays when watering or clean up excess dirty water that seeps through your pots/containers- potentially creating ideal conditions for various fungi and molds that can affect your plants, equipment and perhaps even you. I use inexpensive, plastic drip trays to catch any run off instead of relying on the waterproof bottom that is sold with my tent. I have personally witnessed the mold that can grow on and between these waterproof bottoms and the actual bottom of your tent as well as moisture so severe that it rotted through the stitching/seams of an otherwise perfect tent. Always clean your tent/grow room in between each and every grow cycle as well as throughout the grow as needed- potentially avoiding cross contamination from the previous grow and maintaining a high daily standard. Aside from insects and pests, fungi and molds- pollen from a previous grow gone wrong can wreak havoc on future grows if not dealt with correctly. I thoroughly vacuum my entire tent and wipe it down with a hot water/bleach solution applied with a spray bottle and a clean cloth. I also use a cordless Black and Decker hand vac conveniently mounted on a wall near the tent for daily maintenance and clean ups as needed. Keeping your tent, immediate grow space and supplies organized will also make things easier. I keep everything up and off the floors and if possible stored in rubbermaid type containers. This allows for quick and easy sweeping/vacuuming, wiping/dusting and the deep cleans required in between grows. All of the above mentioned tips will help increase the odds in your favour for a successful grow/harvest but they will also increase the longevity of your equipment too. Growing Cannabis at home can be quite a hefty initial investment so if a little light cleaning can make my core components (tent, lights, intake/exhaust fans, etc.) last longer, work better and equal more bang for my buck- it’s a no brainer!

Banana purple punch has started her journey into flower,she’s taken very well to the topping,low stress training and all feedings. This week she will go into more side of her bloom nutrients along with all the other ladies in the tent and I’m super excited to see her chunk up🔥💚

amnesia strain started off good but had an early transplant stun and also a mid flowering stun with a nitrogen toxicity lockout i flushed the plant and recovery was slow but buds have formed nicely tho the plant stayed a bit small

Well had to harvest early. bud rot was making its way through the plant had already pulled 2 heads off covered didn't want any more being affected. So it's now chopped and drying will give more of an update after she's dryed n cured... Its been a good grow right up untill the end ventilation was lacking and temps hot. I've enjoyed it tho this plants tested some of my skills on diffieciencys and training really like the strain just abit more attention to environment nearing the buds getting very dense.

4/3 - she is taking her sweet ass time gaining height and I'm getting bored with this grow at this point. I'm going to defoliate every other branch completely to the top to see how those differ from the ones that I leave more or less alone from this point forward. She is taking on a lot of water, every other day is a must.for? 4/6 - she got fed yesterday and needed more water today, she's showing a tiny bit of nutrient burn so I will be keeping it easy for a bit, I also chopped a lot of foliage out. Only the tops left and preflowers showing everywhere 4/8 - thirsty lady 4/9 - more water! Added cal/Mag, 6.2ph now, she's got something going on

Do-Si-dos auto has grown good on a lower nutrition amounts then my normal. The buds were smaller unfortunately. She smells super fruity and good. I have switched her to ph water yesterday. The next update will be her harvest. Ended up cutting all of the front left plant this week and majority of the back two plants. Guna let the lowers get some light for a few more days. Really noticing all the tiny ass buds. Hopefully I'll make something out of them. First run with a net and I just left way too many branches/bud sites for this size of plants they were. Buds look good though. Flushing last plant and will be cutting in a few days.

Die Pflanze ist sehr Groß geworden, musste die Beiden haubt Blüten musste ich legen und Abstützen, sind sehr schwer und groß. Der Geruch ist sehr intensiv und angenehm riecht etwas nach Diessel und Zitrone. Ich denke noch ein Zwei Wochen evtl.

The smell is very strong up close, even with two inline fans and two carbon filters running. The plant on the left side started showing light burn. I checked the light levels above those leaves and it was around 75 DLI — looks like that spot is where the beams from my two “suns” overlap. I reduced the overall light output by about 5%, measured again and now it’s around 65 DLI in that area. That should be enough, I figured, otherwise the other shoots might end up starving for light. Today I noticed a magnesium deficiency and a slight potassium deficiency. I added Plagron CalMag (0.4mll), and at the same time I’m starting to introduce Plagron Green Sensation gradually — starting with 3 ml per 10 liters and increasing step by step. Let’s Go day 29!! This week went real nice ! Girls are staying very healthy and building up nicely and even started showing signs of female sex which is super great ! We started doing a little bit of leaf tuck training method on em , nothing to big as like I said I want these girls just to do there thang an grow more on naturally side! My Air temp and Humidity have been on point all week, staying from 70-75 degrees throughout the day and humidity staying around 58-61% humidity , my girls are loving that summer an 75 feeling !! Tent Entry Time-85 minutes Total for Week-85 minutes Removed straw mulch from each container & soaked each in separate containers filled with 1/2 gallon reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, aloe powder, 1/4 tsp quillaja & recharge. Using a flame sterilized utility knife, removed all mature fan leaves, beginning from the bottom of each plant, working upwards. Three clones taken from each plant. Topped both main stems of each plant above the third node, removing everything below. Bud clips attached to each branch, spreading at 90° angles. All removed plant material salad chopped, mixed with 4 cups of original custom soil blend & a handfull of Kashi Gold, returned to respective container. Hand watered each container with 1/2 gallon 6.5 ph 13ppm reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, aloe powder, Azos, & 1/4 tsp quillaja saponaria extract powder. Wetted & soaked straw much returned to respective container. Week 9 All plants are growing vigorously in a healthy way. Side branches are stretching, structure is enlarging since topping. Approximately same size; the bigger are Flash Back #2 & Brake Pad Breath. Daylight 15h40 - 6h20/22h Found some aphids on the Royal Moby: I sprayed Black Soap on every plants and cleaned the infested plant leaf by leaf. I placed sticky traps in each pot: yellow, blue and black for the different type of insects Major parts of the time plants are in the veranda; clean, sunny and ventilated room. It’s easier to control pests and diseases, but the risk is the contamination between plants in this type of closed space. I sprayed Neem oil too. 2 watering: -roots stimulator + enzyme -grow nutrients + Bio Heaven Added more soil in pot (1.5L/plants) : Worm Humus + bat guano + diatomaceous earth (natural mineral insecticide) + vermiculite Sprayed Fish Mix.

The growth has continued to explode using all organic ingredients. Been using an aerated compost tea with worm castings every other watering. Used coast of main soil with buildasoil dry amendments plus some coast of Maine bloom.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la novena semana de floración de estas Barcelona Puff feminizadas de Seedstockers. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 25/21 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, la flor está madurando y a tricomado bastante, por el momento todo bien.
