Apr 20: They hanging out at 65% rh and 65F.. Going for 7-10 day dry… No wet trim, cut plants in half and hung… Very happy with density and resin production… Can’t wait to jar and test in 2-3 weeks… I feel comfortable with this strain, I think it’s time to move on… Really wanna run some Mephisto seeds….

Questa settimana come è andata? Hehehehe è andata a meraviglia!!! LEI E SEMPLICEMENTE PERFETTA!!! cresce sempre di più le cime si ammassano e diventano sempre più dure! I colori sono stupendi e il profumo di limone mi ha invaso la villa!!! La struttura della pianta e veramente robusta ovviamente dopo un lst molto scrupoloso! Veramente una grande bella signora! Rimango sempre meravigliato con i semi di fast buds, veramente secondo me e la più valida di tutti! Ho visto i tricomi con il mio lumagny 100x e sono ancora bianco/trasparenti e si ammassano sempre di più! Deduco altre 2-3 settimane penso di fare un ultima settimana di nutrimenti e poi via con il flush! Laverò le radici per almeno 10 giorni, voglio un fumo morbido e deciso! Ringrazio voi per essere qui a vedere i miei lavori e ringrazio i ragazzi di FAST BUDS per avermi dato l'opportunità di coltivare le loro genetiche!!! Un bacio a tutti voi! 💪🏼🌈🌱

Skunk appears to have grown an inch this week. I measured both of my colas to see if there was a height difference between the two. Amazingly, the cola that broke is 1 inch taller than its counter parts. I also took a picture of a skunk plant that I am growing simultaneously in a grow tent. They are SO different. I thought nature would produce a better grow but in this case, my skunk plant in the tent is bigger and its buds are thicker. Now, that being said, I did not pinch the skunk that is growing in the tent. As a matter of fact, I haven't had to tend to the grow tent skunk plant as much as my outside grow because of our crazy weather this Spring. I originally bought this skunk seed because I wanted to know if it would smell like a skunk. FYI: It does not. Royal Queen says "The Sweet Skunk Auto strain offers a powerful taste and aroma mixing slightly fruity, spicy, and—of course—skunky notes. I can smell the fruity scent.

hardy sativa, good taste profile with notes of peach and pink starburst, good yield, does in fact finish fast. likes training and grows robustly, yielding large buds that are quite dense given this strain’s sativa predominance. overdried a bit this time around, by overcorrecting for the summer humidity.

I harvest this strain at my other grow this week so I'll have a preliminary smoke test super strong genetics super trainable fast growing and smelly they also boast a 27 percent thc content ( I normally consume 19 to 21 %) this gonna knock my socks off

Die Schätzchen starten in Ihre 7. Lebenswoche! Ich bin wieder zurück aus dem Urlaub und der Kollege hat sich wohl gut um die Ladys gekümmert. Eine ist leider ein Zwitter geworden und diese habe ich aus den Zelt entfernt, zum Glück nur die kleinste von denen 🙏🏽😎 Ansonsten denke ich das ich in diesem Run einen super Job gemacht habe, sehen alle super glücklich und gesund aus und die Ernte wird wie es ausschaut auch Top 😋😋😋😮‍💨

Venga familia ya viene la cosecha de estas Gorilla Girl F1 de Sweetseeds, que ganas que tenía ya de darles machetazo. Para empezar es buena variedad un poco tardía de lo que dicen pero me encantó cultivarla , aún con la plaga de trips que sufrí las 2 últimas semanas aguantaron y sacaron buenas flores. Las flores aparte se ven resinosas. La planta pues si creció vigorosa , no tiene mucho satélite es más porra central. a sido una genética con la que disfruté bastante, fue muy fácil cultivarla. 🌱 8×8 Adventure – Cash Express (Plant B) | Week 4 Taking Her Time to Build Something Special Welcome back to another update from my 8×8 Adventure, where twelve unique genetics are growing together under identical conditions while every phenotype receives its own individual diary. This project is all about discovering how different plants express themselves, even when sharing the same environment, feeding schedule, and care. This week belongs to Cash Express – Plant B, and although she’s following the same path as her sister, she’s choosing to walk it at her own pace. While Plant A has already started flirting with pre-flowering, this beautiful lady is still fully focused on building her vegetative structure before making the transition. And honestly… I love seeing those differences. ⸻ 🌿 Life Inside the 8×8 Jungle Everything inside the tent continues running smoothly as the entire garden moves closer to flowering. The ecosystem remains stable, allowing every phenotype to express its own personality without environmental stress influencing the outcome. Healthy airflow, consistent temperatures, and balanced humidity continue creating the perfect conditions for vigorous growth. One of the things I enjoy most about this project is watching twelve different cultivars evolve together while still behaving completely differently. Cash Express B is proving that genetics always have the final word. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Program This week she continued receiving the same balanced nutrition as the rest of the garden. Feeding Schedule • Plagron Terra Grow • Plagron Power Roots • Plagron Pure Zym • Plagron Vita Race (foliar) The plants continue responding with lush green foliage, healthy stems, and steady growth, confirming that the feeding strategy remains right where it needs to be. ⸻ 🌱 Growth & Development Although slightly behind her sister in maturity, Plant B has developed into a beautifully balanced plant. Her structure is compact but steadily stretching upward, and she’s beginning to establish herself as one of the taller ladies in the room. Every day she adds a little more height while continuing to strengthen the lower branching that will support future flower sites. Unlike Plant A, I’m not officially calling pre-flower on this phenotype just yet. The growth tips are becoming increasingly active, but she’s still investing most of her energy into vegetative expansion rather than reproductive growth. Sometimes patience produces the biggest surprises later in flower. Her leaf color remains vibrant, stems are becoming thicker by the day, and new growth appears healthy and vigorous across the entire plant. ⸻ ✂️ Low Stress Training Training this week remained gentle and intentional. Leaf tucking and light Low Stress Training continue opening the canopy while allowing more light to reach the developing side branches. She’s responding exactly how I hoped. Each adjustment encourages additional branching without slowing her natural momentum, and the canopy is beginning to widen nicely while maintaining excellent symmetry. Rather than forcing her into shape, I’m simply guiding her and letting her genetics do the rest. ⸻ 🔍 Looking Ahead Over the coming week I’ll continue allowing Plant B to dictate the pace. There’s no rush. I’ll keep encouraging lateral growth through gentle LST, continue opening the canopy with occasional leaf tucking, and wait patiently for her to announce the beginning of flowering in her own time. With the way she’s developing now, I expect she’ll reward that patience with a strong, well-balanced canopy ready to support plenty of flowering sites. Every day she’s becoming a little stronger, a little wider, and a little closer to showing exactly what this phenotype has hidden inside. ⸻ 💚 Final Thoughts This is exactly why I love running phenotype hunts. Two sisters. The same genetics. The same environment. The same feeding schedule. Yet completely different personalities. Cash Express Plant B reminds us that every plant has her own rhythm. She’s calm, methodical, and focused on building a solid foundation before taking the next step. Sometimes those are the plants that surprise us the most when harvest day finally arrives. 📆 Semana 5 Se estabiliza la EC y se termina de estabilidar el pH, comienza el engorde real. Los cogollos ya están definidos y apilan cálices con más densidad, mientras los pistilos siguen activos y blancos. La energía se centra totalmente en ganar volumen y resina. La estructura se mantiene firme y uniforme, con buena absorción y sin estrés. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Howdy growfessors, thanks for stopping by. It's harvest time for Candy Kush. Dense, frosty buds, they foxtailed, which I did not expect under the FC3000 light. Still I'm super happy with the grow and I'm excited to see the dry weight in 7 days.

Nothing special, everything is actually working. Clearly once my water was at the right temperature, no more worries. The flowers arrived at 12/12 + 11 with the trichromes that pop, it starts to be pleasant! So of course, I'm not going to break any records on this RUN but in any case, I've eliminated a lot of "novelty" and mistakes that I'll make more. I'm counting on the run I'm re-launching to blow all that up, I'm going to go for a performance goal The stretch is off to a good start, it should settle down around 12/12 +21 - 28, so I will place my second net next week. I have done a defoliation. I change the soup in 2 days, so my solution lasts 10 days. I have a slight over-fattening, but really nothing serious, I will switch to an EC of 1.8 - 1.9 instead of 2.0. and I will observe. Here we can see the delay of one of the plants, it's as if I was shooting with only 3 plants. Next time, only one strain, same size of cuttings and passage by cuttings and RDWV DIY mandatory before passage in the V-system. Next week, I change the brand of fertilizer for the RDWC, I go to Athena, I will introduce the PK of Athena which according to their recommendation starts at the 21st day at a rate of 2ML/L. I turn with the base sensi bloom a and b + athena pk Otherwise, I receive the parts this week for my RDWC DIY system for growth, I'll make it with my friend and I'll test it and I'll give you a feedback on the next update, especially since I'm going to restart right away, I'm going to do 10-15 days in cuttings and then I'll go to the RDWC DIY system for growth until I finish the FLO of the V-SYTEM and then I'll go straight to the next one. Monday, March 1st. I filled some Claygranules on the Surface of the Eggcups ( 10g of Soil) That keeps them longer Happy I learned alot in these Grows, and its easy now for me, to keep them Happy Plants building nice Flowers and from now on Buds will swell

Olá a todos, tudo bem ? Iniciamos hoje a nossa oitava semana de floração, hoje foi efetuado uma rega com metade da fertilização regular, a planta segue evoluindo de maneira consistente, acredito que haja por volta de 21 a 28 dias para o final do nosso ciclo, os buds estão bem resinados, estão bem gordinhos também, tendo em vista ao estado da planta que atingiu níveis críticos de deficiência, houve uma recuperação extremamente favorável. (29/07) Bom dia, seguimos a todo vapor! O solo continua úmido, portanto sem regas hj. ( 30/07 ) Olá a todos , dia após dia as plantas estão parecendo cada vez mais robustas, a partir desse momento começa a ansiedade haha, efetuamos uma rega com fertilizantes hoje, tudo segue perfeitamente bem ( 31/07 ) Olá , as plantas seguem em constante evolução, rega efetuada ontem , então aguardamos. ( 01/08 ) Olá a todos, hoje esquecemos de efetuar a rega no período da manhã, estarei efetuando agora a noite, as luzes já estão apagadas mas infelizmente será necessário efetuar essa rega. ( 02/08 ) Olá, hoje seguimos apenas observando, efetuamos uma rega em horário irregular ontem, mas tudo ok, a planta está enorme e o cheiro está absurdo ( 03/08 ) Fim da oitava semana! Rega efetuada hoje, a planta está até pendendo para os lados com o peso, a colheita será em 14 dias aproximadamente! ( 04/08 )

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before.
