So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

Ab geht’s in die Blütephase! Die Kabul erweist sich meines Erachtens bisher pflegeleicht. Außer das ich sie am Anfang zur Seite gebogen habe, entwickelt sie sich kräftig. Die Seitentriebe haben sich ihren Platz ergattert und wachsen kräftig mit. Zur besseren Belüftung habe ich im unteren Bereich ein wenig Blätter und kleine Triebe entfernt. Nix spannendes… Ich beobachte jetzt ihren Stretch und werde dann nochmal in ca. zwei Wochen etwas radikaler dran gehen. 😎

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. This wonderful ak 420 is developing very good, now she's been Transplanted ill start working on her lst to get a very beautiful ak420 bush. She's looking super healthy on her living soil by florganics and she's developing very fast. Let's see what happens.

Training has been continued. She is developing very nicely. As of today she has been switched to 12/12, as the net starts to get busy and anticipating another stretch I thought it would be time.

Die Woche 2 der Blüte haben alle 3 Ladys ordentlich an Höhe zugelegt. Alle haben sehr schöne Blütenansätze die auch schon einen lieblichen Duft verströmen💚 Mit dem Wetter hatte ich relativ Glück. Das Unwetter zog hier vorbei, nur 2 Tage ohne Sonne und wenig regen. Was aber auch weniger gießen mit sich brachte. Jetzt stehen die Ladys wieder seit 3 Tagen in der Sonne und entwickeln sich prächtig. Es gab 1× an Tag31/10F 1g/L BioEnhancer von GreenHouseFeeding. Je Ladys gab es ca 500ml mit einem ph-Wert von 6.7. Ansonsten hab ich die Töpfe angehoben und nach Bedarf etwas nachgegossen. gave plant a good spray down with warm water to dislodge mites. Also treated with castile soap and vinegar wash under all the leaves. Applied predatory mites the next day. So far no sign yet, fingers crossed.

1/10 Week 9! Tara is just turning into a beast at over 3 foot she is taking over and the light is 5 inches from max height... hello super-cropping if I cant bend and secure the tall ones down some. Giving Tara as much room as possible and alternating between Cal-Mag and Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt) foliar feeds just to cover the bases as the rapid growth seems to be causing slight def. Defoliated both plants a good bit today, Ripley more so than Tara as that is just the leafiest dam plant. Upping feed to the high end see how they handle it, shifting feeds to mornings rather than lights on in evenings for my convenience. So they will get two feeds rather close together to make the adjustment. Since the next two grows are photos and the light schedule will be "on" at 6AM this is what needs doing. 1/14 New pics Defol Ripley further, never seen so many leaves. Only two plants in tent so lots of room for Tara which really needs to stop stretching NOW. 😅 1/15 Pic Bend and secure on highest branches on Tara lowered her about 3" so dropped lights 2" could not justify super-cropping in flower. Heute habe ich beschlossen, meinen ersten Anbauversuch durch Abschneiden der Pflanzen zu beenden. Obwohl es mein erster Grow war, konnte ich viel über diese faszinierende Pflanze lernen, auch wenn der Ertrag eher gering ausfiel. Ich habe keineswegs vor aufzugeben. Nach meinem Umzug und den damit verbundenen Veränderungen plane ich, erneut zu starten – diesmal mit einer besseren Ausrüstung und einem größeren Zelt, um mein neues Hobby weiter zu vertiefen. Ich bin wirklich dankbar für die Community, die ich hier gefunden habe, und bin beeindruckt von eurer Aktivität. Viele Grüße, Pascal.

Wow going into the 3. Week of Flower. The plants have exploded since switching to 12/12 . #7 have close to doubled in size and are easily filling the second Trellis layer. #6 has also gotten bigger but it seems to have filled in more then shot up in height.. Will do a big defoiliate next Saturday. Will take everything below the first trellis including branches on #7  that do not reach the second trellis Turned IR to 75% 9-25-22 Feed the plants , they are looking great, but are ready for some trimming. Evening update: really don't know why but checked my soil this evening before lights turned off for the day and discovered it was bone dry. Watered the plants . Sure hope it starts cooling down soon. Temp in tent was upper 80's today, a tad warmer then wanted. 9-26-22 Plants seemed to have plenty of water left this morning, but might need checked on tonight. I am surprised that the plants are still stretching. Cheezy Puff & Cookies &Stash are much taller then the POG. The POG is more of a compact flower compared to the other two. The Flowers on all 3 are developing beautifully. 9-27-22 Day 17 It is amazing how much taller the Cheezy Puff as well as the Grandpa's Stash are compared to the POG All 3 look extremely happy and healthy and are developing plenty of bud sites. Feed plants this morning 9-28-22 Day 18 Is it only me that gets excited everyday when it's time to open the tent and feed the girls? Flowers are looking great but are ready for a trim! The incoming weather has me a little concerned, woke up to tent having RH of 70% closed the window and hope that helps 9-30-2022 day 20 The last two days have been tough on me and the geow. We got smashed by hurricane Ian and have been without electricity for the last 48 h with no end in sight. Opened the tent the last 2 days hoping the plants will get at least some daylight. With all the humidity in the air, the tent was at rh 98% when I opened it first this morning. Even after hours being opened the RH is still hovering around 75% Hope we get electricity back in the next 24h

Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all.
