Constant LST on these girls. They are so leggy I'm worried that if I let up the canopies will get out of control. I feel like i'm doing a good job with it thought. The occasional super cropping is needed and I leaf tuck and even take leaves almost everyday. Doesn't seem to slow em' down. Lights are at about 75% now. Weather has calmed down so temperature in the tent is consistently below 80F. Happened just in time for mid-flower. Right before the weather changed I build an exhaust to vent everything outside so controlling the atmosphere is a lot easier and I think it shows. Switched to bloom nutes towards the end of this week. Miracle Berry Remix IMMEDIATELY perked up and stopping being droopy all the time. CDLC woke up and I'm really happy with her now. Phosphorous is really important once pre-flower begins. Getting impatient....gonna pop some Double Grapes for the Solo Cup competition. Lowering my PH to 5.5 - 5.7 to accomodate for any salt build up in the coir since they drink water so quickly. Their response was very good. CDLC loved the drop in PH the most I believe. I cut my veg nutrients (nitrogen) to half because they aren't in full flower but i'm giving them full doses of the Maxibloom and additives. I've learned that most chlorosis I am experiencing is a nutrient deficiency. PH and increasing PPM steadily is a MUST to be successful I believe. Potassium is what generally causes the "nutrient burn". You'll catch nitrogen toxicity before any chlorosis and phosphorous is really difficult to give your plant too much of. Especially in flower. I'm gettin' the hang of this.... If anyone could answer me this....Why would you use a feeding schedule when your plant is going to require different nutrients than any other plants? There are too many variable to use a feeding schedule correct? Really not much to see this week besides the plants bulking up. They are gorgeous...except for the CDLC...she's got some work to do. Day 49 - Watered with some whacked out PH water today...didn't catch it until it was too late. Mango Smile was dropping by the end of watering...hopefully I didn't stall anyone out. 10. week. Hopefully less than 4 to go. Grow continues to run smoothly as before. The only point that is stressful is the humidity some times but mostly only after watering and since I’m watching them plants every 2 hours anyway the build isn’t that large. I just needed to understand that these plants will increase their transpiration towards midday and then decline again. So when I see 60% at lunch I don’t have to panic as much. Ryu started to smell strongly when touching him but the smell when opening the tent is still moderate. However I’m looking forward to a very nice and efficient harvest.

Ending week 2 of flower defoliation on day 14

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. DAY 49 F: Hi all. Hope we are all sane and smiling still in the topsy turvy world we inhabit.... These girls have been showing off all week and getting excited for their photo/video stardom to arrive and here we are..... The surrogates that got ousted to the other space are adding amazing , the gorllia cookie are a very productive pair of girls and really starting to look potent and close to finishing. They smell so candy sweet up close and are in perfect health besides the remnants of calmag issues and a few natural fading leaves in one or two places. Mutant #2 Northern Lights has also put a nice bit of bud weight on but nowhere near as much as her sister under the pocket rocket xs1500. #1 Northern lights lady has gone from an innocent , pure white girl and heading into a colourful Jezebel to pull the pollen carriers in. She has a few orange hairs appearing now but is still in a full flush of her original set too. With about 2 weeks to go ans swelling daily , she could be a show stopper of an example of Fast buds genetics. Each long chunky main is beginning to smell so sweet when touched too. A very worthy strain to grow so far ... My Grandaddys Mimosa is really kicking into high gear with her second pistil flush now. This is why I use the Shogun Dragon force and the mimosa is a perfect example of the benefit of it. She is possibly going to double her bud girth with the extra boost it can offer. She has some very tight feeling buds when pressed and even with the higher leaf ratio , should produce some good yield. There is a definite purpling to her inner bud which is not from the Male lemon mimosa and is a good clue to which female the seed came from during the raping !!! My best inspector Cluesoe skills will get to work to find her now. She must be a fruity strain from the secondary terps i am getting too. Her height is only about 1ft but her general potential wont be held back by this fact I dont think. This next week should see the Mimosa ripen and swollen to her finish and the Northern lights still in mid swell hopefully. Fingers crossed it keeps on the positive vibe. Be well growmies.

Divine indica is growing great, and has been. She has been absorbing a lot of nutrition and water. She is starting to bulk now for sure. She has a nice layer of frost Starting as well. She is super happy, and growing strong. Makes me hesitant to really do anything. I don't want to disturb her harmony she has going right now. Hey! I found something moving in the solution, when I was adding some water. I didn't really know what that was, nether know now. But I decided that they most likely not helpful for the plant, so I added some H2O2 to try kill it, it helped, when I was changing the solution next day, they didn't move anymore. I still added around 5 ml the top of the bucket's solution. It should be a good idea to change the solution after that, I though. I also wanted to wash her roots and sponge from air pump, so I did it 7 times with absolutely clean water and only by the end it wasn't looking terribly dirty. Nice practice to have is rootwashing 😁 Actually, it'd be better if I wouldn't need to do that. But as I did it, I think it helped her. Anyway I didn't stop cutting her, since I was doing it slow, now I cut off some lower branches that had already or would have in the future light deficit. So, now she looks kind of lollipoped too, I guess. It's better now, it was a hot week also. Even I'm growing indoor, actually air-condition is quiet far, and I didn't know how to use it properly. Smell is super strong.

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 5 2/2-2-8 The Cheese gals are in full flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, they were 7 inches tall, Wed 10 and today 2/7 they are 14 & 15 inches tall. They have doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires thru the pot holes to keep the branches lower as the outer rim is taller than the center. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. These gals are vigorous and don’t seem to mind the full strength feedings. Hopefully they won’t start showing deficiencies. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Blue Cheese is supposed to be a 10 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that actually benefit the plant. So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. It was an easy harvest as the colas developed nicely. Hardly any popcorn nugs and very little sugar leaves. If the weather had allowed it, I think she could have grown even bigger, but I'm more than happy with the outcome!

It’s so warm today! Of course I pulled all my plants out to spray with spinosad and feed/water. ********* I use a Hudson 2L sprayer. My partner used to work in the film industry and they found this brand of sprayer gets the most thorough even coverage for makeup or whatever movie magic they use sprayers to create. It’s great. ********* The larger gorilla glue has come around but I lost a few nodes. I’m seeing a little PMD, but I’ve been knocking it back when baking soda and water. I’ve been taking scalps, defoliating the big one gently and the little ones need almost daily lollipopping. I’m watching my ph and using more cal mag. I definitely feel like they are two different phenotypes.I have them on individual diets. ********** Some fungal gnats come with the humidity so I topdressed with gnat nix. I don’t believe I overwater so I hope that’s the solution! I think I may wait another week or two and get things more stable before moving to flower.
