Perfect height I wanted to obtain after the three week stretch, both strains performing well with two of the orange punch requiring a extra 0.2 ec above the all the other plants. Canopy is very busy so did some defoliation to get better light penetration and increased air flow around the plants.

Growing right along. I've got the carbon filter working overtime because these ladies STINK. as soon as the reservoir is empty I'll be pulling them out of the tent for a super heavy final defoliation. Top colas seem to be combining for some HUGE nugs. They are drinking an insane amount of water every day. My 15 gallon reservoir lasts maybe 3 days. Can't wait to try some blueberry headband when they are done.

Its my first grow and i think i see some Brown Trichomes. Can you guys help me too say if she is Ready or not? I have no Idea and will Not Harvest too early.

Day 23-30/04/22 all looking very healthy gave them a nice watering today about half a liter each! This plant did not need a lot of defoliation if any at all. I just trimmed some of the lower nodes off as they would not get all that much light once it started to stretch and tied back some of its branches so it was a bit more even. The growth pattern on this plant vs the others in the tent this aorund is completely different. its so floppy and bendy, I have a feeling I am going to need to break a lot of branches come flower time to keep it from sky rocketing to the top of the tent. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Took out some larger leaves as I noticed one of the girls were flowering. One of them is a male which I would keep one to breed some more seeds

I will put up the trellis this week and defoliate them All the plants are looking good The black cherry gushers is stretching a lot. Hope it will not go crazy in the stretching periode.

Hey friends, end of week 13 from seed. A big incident happened this week, I had 3 clones growing in the same tent. I had placed them on some cardboard boxes so they could be closer to the light. Woke up one morning and saw all 3 plants on the floor, pots fell on plant #1 and destroyed 2 stems on the bottom, they had some small buds formed already. I chopped the 2 stems and hanged them up for drying, I left all the leaves on, did no trimming. After 3 days, buds were dry, smelled like plant and bud combined, not too pleasant. I couldn't resist to try it out, so I crushed some on my vape. It kicked in as a sativa, eyes got weak, head high, it slowly starts to give you a appetite and after 40 mins, you want to sleep, overall it felt like a sativa - Hybrid. The taste at the beginning was not very pleasant I guess because these buds were not ready for harvest yet and I did not flush them. Will need to do more research on harvesting / drying and curing. 1- how dry to should the buds be before curing? 2- is it better to trim leaves before or after drying for a better taste? Noticed some amber on trichomes Will begin to flush in week 14 Smell is stronger Leaves are slowly fading to a different color Will keep you guys posted!

I have named the other 2 plants for easier recognition - Dux and Princeps. The plants are growing steadily and from what I can see they're growing without any defects. Fynix is a slower growing plant, probably because the shell wouldn't come off for a couple of days, but he's catching up. I'm considering the training methods that I could use, and I was thinking I could use both topping and LST or just LST. I'll probably try both methods and leave one plant so I can see the differences. If some one could share his/her experiences I would be very grateful and you have my thanks in advance.

Shit got serious, my biggest fear has come true, the XXL pheno is here She has grew even more than the roof so i had to perform the LST in order to provide her some regular light instead of the madness she was being This is going crazy as hell wtf this auto is growing even more than the photoperiodic ones

Getting close. Started to flush, still prob 10 days or so out but getting close. Been a long road def the longest growing strain I’ve ever messed with but they buds look like they’ll be worth it! I’ll post again here in the next week or so when we harvest. Thanks and as always 🍻

Good morning, today is day 50 of veg heading into week 8. I’ll let them grow taller this week after I did their first lollipopping and defoliation to get them ready for flower! I went away and one of the plants got too close to the light and got some light burn but has since been corrected and the new growth is fine. These girls are hungry and I waited a month to top dress but looks like I should have probably done it after three weeks as the new leaves are showing signs of deficiency’s ! Once the fertilizer works into the soil they will be fine and they are still growing fast ! Still giving them a gallon of water about every 4 days rotating fish shit and silica every other watering plus they got their recharge which I do every 3 weeks! Added a quarter cup of worm castings to each pot which I do every other week! Thanks for reading and I’ll see you next week on flipping day
