Didnt take a ton of photos this week. But flipped the light schedule to trigger flowering. The canopy has filled out beautifully. If i was more patient I would have vegged for a week or two more.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Der Stretch ist nun offiziell vorbei – die Mädels haben ihre endgültige Größe erreicht. Alle Pflanzen stehen gesund und stabil da. Die Blätter zeigen ein sattes Grün, keine Anzeichen von Mangel oder Stress. Die Blütenbildung schreitet gut voran – erste Ansätze von Frost sind bereits sichtbar. Heute war außerdem das letzte Mal Entlauben und Lollipoppen angesagt. Jetzt können die Pflanzen ihre Energie voll und ganz auf die Buds konzentrieren. Es gibt keine neuen Komplikationen, alles verläuft weiterhin planmäßig. Ich bleibe bei meinem aktuellen Schema und beobachte weiterhin genau – ab jetzt liegt der Fokus voll auf der Blütenentwicklung.

I must say it’s been a great week for Pineapple 🍍 Express,,she has really taken to her environment and feeding well,!! Her leaves are telling me that she is really happy,,so the next couple weeks are gonna be important for me as I will be doing my best to get her pinned in the 2x2,,as well as i can before she races off to flower 🤞🍍🍍

Day 38: I am getting the big 50L fabric pots primed and set with the eco-thrive Living Organic Soil . I am a few days over the update so the photo/video is from day 36. I am in the process of rebuilding too so time has been a luxury.

Wedding glue has really got going the last week , fattening up nicely , smelling real pungand showing amber trichs on all the sugar leaves she might come out next weekend.

Guys, I did it! I managed to get to the end of my grow with no problems and a whopping dry weight of 189 grams (6.6 oz). I am over the moon with the outcome, especially considering this was my first time. The buds have been curing for 12 days now, breaking down extra chlorophyll for a smoother smoke. The aromas are subtle when putting your nose in the jars—nothing crazy—but when you break into a bud, it smells absolutely amazing. It has an aroma almost like Stardog, with a diesel, piney, and gassy scent. As for the taste, the buds are just as impressive! They taste exactly how they smell: diesel, piney, and gassy, much like a Stardog. The effect is incredible; it numbed my whole body and put me in a couch lock state. This strain is probably not the best for daytime smoking due to its potent, body-numbing effect. I can't wait to continue this journey with my next grow!

Today first day of 3rd week i tryed second FIM on this plant after the early one. I am only trying to learn so not sure for now that i am doing good but hope for better. Thanks 🇲🇹❤️ Finally had buy the Marshydro Drip Irrigation kit and will use for this 2 plants. So far tryed it with a digital timer it looks working very good

Week 8 of flower... swelling up great... smelling beautifully... trichomes are getting cloudier. Will check again next Monday and see if she needs to go another week.

Die letzte Blütewoche hat heute begonnen. Bin jetzt bei Tag 58 (25.08) die Glookies hat angegebene 60-70 Tage Blütezeit und die Blue Cheese 60-65 also werde ich beide 65 Tage machen, ich denke damit fahr ich ganz gut. Am Donnerstag 29.08 werd ich Ihr das letzte mal Licht geben, dann Freitag und Samstag ohne Licht und Sonntag morgen wird geharvestet :D Dunkelphase wurde gestern (28.08) eingeleitet.
