RH at 65-75% with Spider Farmer Huimidifier and Dehumidifier, shooting for VPD. (day 1) Let's quickly review the key new components I've planned to integrate or have already: Circulation Pump - Adding this to the 14L Mars Hydro reservoir will ensure even fresh, circulated-for-a-miniute-every-hour, batch of water (and later nutes) to the auto-drip system, maintaining optimal feeding for my plants when I am away, next week. Biobizz & BioTabs Supplements - These organic nutrient and microbial products will provide a comprehensive and balanced feeding regimen for my plants. Auto-Drain Potted Plant Stands - The wheeled, auto-draining stands will simplify watering and prevent any spills or overflows. Inkbird Humidity Controller - Pairing this with the Spider Farmer humidifier and dehumidifier will allow me to precisely maintain the ideal VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) levels. This is the moment all LST fans around the world been waiting for… lol so week 3 is behind, seems I have some mess-ups with the watering, because I’m really confused about the amount and frequency of watering. the info i get from the internet is contradictory “dont overwater” vs “pour till it runs out”. Yesterday (day21) finally bought a fan to make them dance a bit, and overnight I noticed a visible reduction in stem movement, meaning they reacted with stronger rooting (I want to beleive 🤓). and today 25.09 (day22) I’ve performed LST. first thoughts were “not as easy as it seemed on youtube” but then got the hang of it. the biggest challenge is the soft pot having so much give and its hard to fix the wire in place. btw, used 2,5mm electrical wire, because couldn't find a thick gardening wire. No issues in the process. setting up a timelapse to see how the lst works out and a little “side project”. Always wanted to buy a plant of rosmary and grow it. I found an old aluminum milk(?) pot in the garbage the other day, so decided to make a pot out of it. turned out pretty nice, I think

Alright Then We just hit week 2 and all is well , have to admit she tricked me by perhaps topping herself which stunted her I think ,still good Growth in just 14 days😃 ....... The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. This is the first day of the first week of flower in the first video and the 6th day of flower in the second video.. you can see me shit myself when I saw that one of my main top sights snapped from tying the branch down … the lights were using are lights we designed and are testing at the moment also we are trying to keep a good distance between the tops and the lights to keep the temps down around the bud sites ! You can tell there are a couple other strains thrown in there the one purple punch from Barney’s farm is just Caking on nodes upon nodes like it’s impossible to get light to them unless they are pulled down in really liking the structure of the ocean fruit and am looking forwards to the finish!

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

As we enter week five we notice some of the plants pre flowering. But not all so I decide to stick with veg nutrients until all are showing pre flowers. Half way through the week and the rest of the plants are showing pre flowers. Just in time as the plants that had pre flowered earlier on in the week are showing slight Newt burn on the tips suggesting It is time to change to bloom newts which holds less nitrogen. The magnified picture are of the pre flowers forming ( two little fuzzy hairs). Interesting fact: it takes thousands of those little fuzzy hairs to form just one bud.

Today is day 19 into flowering these ladies have had a trim and feed. I've untied them and will let them soak up some light and tie them again tmro to get some deeper light to hit the bottom canopy now the lights not being blocked down there

I cut out branches and 2 defoliations during flower to let the light get trough, if u keep her healthy dont worry to cut her nice

Anfang der 4. Vegi Woche sieht alles gut aus soweit bin zufrieden kann mich nur nicht entscheiden ob ich die untersten Fächer Blätter entfernen sollte oder nicht..... Edit:12.02.21 habe mich heute morgen dazu entschieden die fächer blätter zu entfernen und hab danach alles nochmal richtig hin gebogen..... Edit:13.02.21 hab heute mal die Wurzeln kontrolliert u d hab mich danach direkt entschieden die Ladys in die end töpfe zu Pflanzen das ganze hab ich dann mit 1l wasser mit Zusätzen angegossen und beim Nächsten giessen is Dann erst das komplette Medium dran mit durch giessen hab das gefühl das sie sonnst zu lange nass stehen bei der enge an Erde.....
