9/16 Day 8: transplanted 3 of them into 1 gallon plastic pots. they werent very rooted but the roots they did have were healthy and thick. will transplant the others as soon as i can. Up potted about half of the tent. i need to set up another tent 9/18 day 10 transplanted the last 2 plants into 1 gallon pots. im reusing soil with them and i dont normally do that. hoping that there arent any random issues to pop up. 9/19 finally numbered the plant's. #1 is the one that's looking more sativa leaning. she has longer petioles or fan leaf stems. Longer, thinner leaves and has stood out from the rest from the very beginning. im going to use the terms indica/ sativa and hybrid as generalized terms. on the other end #5 is super short and tightly spaced nodes. has a more even indica style look to her. #'s 2-4 i have noted as being "hybrid" as in they look to be a mix of both and not on one end or the other such as #1 and #5 are. also onr of the hybrid ones has super thick indica maple leaf style leaves that stands out as well. these are more so for my notes and i understand that these are all technically hybrids 60/40 sativa/indica i believe.

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Quick Summary: moved and transplanted around day 18 into 5 gal. airpots with fresh ocean forrest, flowering began around day 24, thought I maybe had some nutrient burn, more likely cause is phosphorous and/or cal/mag deficiencies, three plants in the home stretch, O has a bit longer Day 50 Update: Watered and took some pictures last night. Not much new. Pretty sure they have massive deficiencies instead of any burn. I may chronically underwater/underfeed my plants. I'm still learning. This is my fourth grow ever so there's still lots to learn. Day 51 Update: Meant to water today but didn't. Day 52 Update: I spent a while with each plant and took some pictures/video when plant O was out of the tent. You can see some pretty clear brown spots on a fair bit of the shorter two plants. S is all kinds of ugly, but who knows, maybe still put out a decent weight. I fed twice in a row now and added some CaliMagic (forget the company name) this time. I read about how when there are stronger lights or MORE lights, the plants can burn through phosphorous rapidly, so maybe that's the issue I had. Either way, about day 40 seems like when the nutrients can be more steadily increased. The shorter two, V and P, have about 2ish weeks so that will likely be their last feeding. S too probably. O, on the other hand, has several weeks left but is looking otherwise really solid. Hopefully I got enough nutrients in early enough in that plant's flowering that it won't show any deficiencies. It's a monster too! 38 inches to the top of the spire. The other three are 25, 21, and 19 inches still so likely their final heights. I kept the tallest as the plant height for the diary because the top end is good to know for other indoor growers. Day 53 Update: No news. Day 54 Update: No news. Day 55 Update: S, V, and P are the three shorter plants. They are all starting to take water a bit slower. They didn’t *need* water tonight, so I’ll give them another day. O, on the other hand, is a monster! Probably needed water yesterday. Filtered tap, about 2 gal for O tonight. Food next time for O also. Others are in the wind-down so we’ll see. Another amazing week with these beauties I am still feeding the same monkey nutrients couple seem to be burning through the feed quicker so I have upped the doses back to the full doses as I had dropped them slightly previously but they are so sticky 🙏🙏 so I am trying to ensure the air circulation stays constant and the humidity stays at around 42 with the increased temperatures we have had here in the UK I have turned my extraction fan up to near jet engine status 😂😂 thankfully its not really any louder than a fan so it's not been to bad and the carbon filter is doing a really good job at keeping the danky smell in the tent personally I love the smell not sure the neighbours would so much 🤣😳 in inlet fan and circulation fans are working hard but managing to keep temps from going above 29 there was one day I set Zues pro at 75% just to help temps drop The buds are really starting to get heavy now and there is literally no room left for anymore the highest tips are probably 4f 8 the tent is only 6ft 6 so the Zues pro 600 is as high as it can go now so thank goodness the home stretch is not that far away now. So I am really talking to them lots giving them lots of love and attention and preying these beauties continue to do there thing and grow there buds nice and fat with no issues 🙏👌 Thank you for reading stay blessed 💚

She’s a thick one! Looking pretty good. I top dressed her with a 4 teaspoons of epson salt. She’s showing signs of magnesium deficiency. I’m still nervous she was pollinated by the Blackberry moonrocks that I had to cut down early. So I’m checking her several times daily.

Day 15: Plants looking healthy as can be! I didn't make a rack for the lights but I got em in. Looks jankie, but I think its gonna work. 🙏 Day 16: Trying to work out kinks in my grow. Since I put the other 2 lights in, I'm now battling the heat and humidity. Switch the fans around. Got the cold air coming in down low. Will feed them in the morning. Day 17: The girls were showing signs of being thirsty this morning for sure! They received their first drain to waste watering. They will be getting some additional nutes on the next feeding (AN B-52, AN Sensizyme, AN CalMag Extra). Day 18: Looking amazing today! I tried my hand at a little LST. Wish the girls luck.!! 🙏 Tomorrow is the official 2 week mark from breaking ground. So, not sure. I've got the humidity finally dialed in at around 50-55% and the temp around 78°. Also gave them another drink as they were already dry about 1.5" down?? Day 19: This is the official 2 week mark. I think I stressed the girls pretty good yesterday, but they look to be recovered today. Should start seeing good growth in the day to follow. Will just be tucking a leaf here and there for a bit. I will being doing a straight water feed next with Great White. Day 20: Nothing new to report other than found 2 leaves that had some yellow mottling. I added Sensizyme, Recharge, and Great White to this feeding. Did not do drain to waste. Just watered the outside perimeter. PPM was 260 at 5.8 ph. Day 21: NO MORE NUTES for these girls! Tips on a couple of em are turning yellow!!! Stupid me. Over watering and giving too many nutes.

I had planned to bring the plants back in the sunroom but since conditions were similar, I let them stay outside every night. And every night but 2 it rained. I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6,9, & 11 Opium is a vigorous lady. She will be my glamor girl. She is taller and has the typical sativa structure and has space between the nodes. There is not much leaf growth, so I don’t defoliation much. Her nodes are close but starting to spread out a bit.
