hello, here I am again, after a few adventures.... I had to withdraw my culture at all, because I had problems with French customs (...) but I was able to save a skunk plant that was left, a week in a box, to hide.... the rest I had to throw it away unfortunately... I'm 11 weeks since the planting, I'm rinsing with only molasses the next planting is already on the way, I'm going to make a diary...

We're rolling into week 22, the 9th week of flower for these wonderful girls. Possibly the last week they'll have, at least the last week UKBS 1 may have. They've both shown great progress in terms of growth in the past week in my opinion, and the trichomes are beginning to present as cloudy with a smattering of amber. I like my CBN, so I prefer to let them amber slightly more than most. Rest assured I'll be keeping a close eye on trichome color in this next week or two. Timelapse is out for the week. Updates come as the week progresses, as usual. EOS T5 shots are out. -7/4/2021 - A cola on Carl 1 was too heavy for it's own good, and snapped. I decided to remove and dry it as I really don't see a point in trying to re-attach it at this point in flower. -7/6/2021 - Another cola snapped on Carl 1. Unfortunate, I was hoping she'd fatten up further first. Ah well.

This week was getting things sorted out n putting my room together.. the plants were already rooted and I had 1 strawberry, 2 pineapple & 9 cheese.. all clones, i dont have any younger pictures of them I'm afraid

This week the flowers really started to bulk up. I was worried about having very loose buds as the development starts off very slow but eventually they really bulk up nicely!! The topped plant is about 2 weeks behind in flower but has way more main collas! Check the last video for both plants

Well, I nutrient burned her 3 times in a row from 1st time growers mistakes. And she didn't take it too well. She got stunted pretty bad. But I still managed to pull her thru. I did make a huge mistake and used florakleen for 2 days longer then directions say and when harvested buds and stems had a werid wet stickiness and had a werid smell. So I'm pretty sure I ruined them. They are drying now I haven't weighed them and to be honest I am probably not going to smoke it and just throw it away after weighting it. I'm super sensitive to off smells and taste, so I'll pass after smelling during harvest. But I did cut one branch off before adding florakleen, so I will have a bud or 2 to try... I'll check back in after a proper cure of the branch I cut off before running the whole damn plant... smh...

This was the last week of flowering and therefore I stopped giving any nutrients for a good FLUSH. This is very important in order to avoid a harsh smoke later when the plants are dried, because any nutrients left in the plant will burn your throat and the weed will hurt while you smoke it. Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and I cant wait to try the dried end-product. All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎

Jus watering in calmag silica and brix. The terps are amazing. I got seeds tho, that one blueberry that herms jizzed on the grow!

Week 13, Week 13 is the final week! Woohoo! I used some ClearEx at the start of the week to help the flushing process. I am beyond happy with the results. The buds are big and dense! I started brewing a batch of Compost Tea today which should be ready in 24-36 hours, after which I'll give the GG4 Sherbet FF a treat! 5/18- Yesterday, I gave the GG4 Sherbet a healthy drink of the freshly brewed Compost Tea which will benefit the microbes in her soil greatly! My Compost Tea recipe is as follows: In a doubled up mesh bag I put in 2 cups of wiggle worm castings, 1 cup of Alfalfa Meal, 1/2 cup of Dr. Earth 4-4-4 dry amendment w/beneficial mycorrhizae, 1 tbsp. Stash Blend, 1 tbsp. Plantonics Amino Bliss. Then in a 5g bucket filled with 68-74℉ non-chlorinated well water (which I do not adjust ph on, if it's good enough for me to drink... it's good enough for my plants) I add 4 tbsp. of unsulfured black strap molasses and 4 tbsp. of liquid Kelp Extract. I then aerate the water via a pump and large round air stone and hang the mesh bag so that it stays suspended above the bottom of the bucket and so the air bubbles can surround it. I then cover the bucket and leave it alone for 24-36 hrs after which there should be a generous layer of foam in the bucket which indicates that your tea is ready to serve! 5/20- I'm almost certain that slugs are the culprits of all of the leaf chewing that has occurred on the GG4 Sherbet FF. I only wish I had figured it out sooner but, on the bright side, this is a photoperiod and she has plenty of time to recover so she'll be just fine. Yesterday, once I figured out that I was facing a slug attack, I immediately deployed my favorite defense against slugs and other little soft bodied buggers and their larvae... Diatomaceous Earth. This stuff is death to fungus gnat larvae, along with other pest larvae and will ruin a slugs day quickly! If you look at diatomaceous earth under magnification, it resembles shards of glass and acts as the same on the soft bodies of pests either repelling, or killing them! 5/22- Our weather has dried out and warmed up so I'm watering daily with well water straight from the garden hose. With seven weeks of growth now for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower, she just keeps looking better by the day and in a month you won't recognize her! The Lemon Orange has a crazy mutation. She topped herself and the leaves are growing strange from the main stem. The Top gets Fluffy like it has topped itself multiple times. Unfortunately, during my absence, the ladies were under-watered and could’ve used a bit of nutrients as well. I’m optimistic they’ll bounce back and recover. I topped and defoliated them. Light is hitting the leaves with around 500 PPFD.

If someone could tell me why it had a slight deformation that it would be great. To wet? Maybe I planted it too shallow because I was overthinking camera shots? It would have been fine to plant normally in the soil, oh well next time. Ph was stable, soil is not normal sorta of a compost coco core/chunk, with worm castings.
