The Baby start to straaaaaaaatch!

As week 5 came to a close and we move into week 6 of flowering, I am having really high hopes for the end result. The buds started to get some light orange hairs which is really nice and they are really starting to thicken up! Towards the end of week 5 the plants started to show early signs of burn on their leaf tips, so I started the week 6 feeding a little early. In week 6 we bring the EC down quite a bit as we get into the late stages of flower. I also recently switch to measuring with EC vs PPM for ease and accuracy. Also at the end of week 5 I did a calibration on my coco for each plant as week 6 nutrients are much lighter. Coco Calibration Method 1. Mix up nutrients. 2. Water plants as normal and measure runoff. 3. If runoff EC is not at or close to the inflow EC a. Water more and keep measuring runoff until the runoff is at or close to the inflow EC 4. Do steps 1-3 for all plants (One at a time) Tips: - I use a shop vacuum that I stick the end in the bottom of the pot saucers and leave it on while I water so it sucks the runoff as soon as it drains out the pots. Then I measure, empty and water again until I hit my targets) For this calibration, I ended up using around 6 gallons of nutrient solution. Watering technique used is to measure runoff at every watering and make sure we are staying as close as possible to the inflow EC. It does not matter how much water you need to put through the pots to get to the desired EC on runoff as that is a benefit of Coco. My main goal is to keep my runoff in check and the plants seem to do better than I have ever grown before! The smell off these ladies are amazing and strong. I don't have a carbon filter and enjoy her smells and aromas all day long as my desk is right next to my tent. There were no issues in Week 5. Plants continue to look amazing and the buds are continuing to bud up and structure very nice! I'm excited to see the end result after the ripening and flush stages. Also the colors that are soon to come! Stay tuned! ______________ We are 5 days into week 6 and the buds continue to grow fatter and fatter on a daily basis. I'm really dialing in my EC and making sure to mix it at 1.1 EC and making sure my runoff is from 1.1-1.4. I started playing with the mix as I am getting used to the grow schedule and how the base nutrients effect the EC. I have found that doing 50% of the low strength calendar hits me right at my target EC and I don't have to dilute my mixture after. The smells continue to be strong and fill my house up. The weight is starting to make the colas lean over which is nice because it's opening up the canopy to get more light in. I'm very excited to see what the buds look like in week 7 and then we are on to ripening stage, flush, and then finally harvest!!

Start of week 4, roots coming out of pot so have transplanted on day 22 into final pot. Plant is pushing out node five at the moment. Update week 4 day 2: A couple of days ago I dropped the PH to 5.8 from 6.3 and have added in Acti-Vera, a different Seaweed Extract fortified with Iron, and starting today Rhino Skin silica. Just look at the difference in the colouration of this plant in under 48 hours... wow. Update week 4 day 2: I think I've managed to overwater. Not going to water today. Update week 4 day 4. She is showing the same pattern as KKA 2 days ahead. After repot she is stretching out her main fan leaves, stem is thickening, and new growth appears everywhere. Day 25.5 flushed with 30l of PH lowered water then fertigated with 5l. Day 26: Height: 9cm Width: 18cm Nodes: 6 I have named her Bertha Day 27: H9.5 W19.5 N7 Day 28: Fertigated 2.5l @ 15:00 . Day 28: Photo and Measure 00:40 H13cm W21cm N7 Weekly growth data: From 6cm Height to 13cm +117% From 9cm Width to 21cm +133% From 4 primary nodes to 7 +75% Summary: Really good week for Bertha, she hasn't grown at quite the same rate as Karen, but she's not a million miles behind, I think she will have a big week 5. Day 28.5: I have changed my mind about training and done a little gentle LST. Why? Well I realised I would have trouble with light levels and the younger plants... so I've decided to try and keep the older two from stretching too tall. I realise this will mess up height measurements but it'll even out.

Hi everyone ! Everything's is OK. Roots are still growing for second Tank. Plants in First tank have nice roots, i think they are ready to switch in bloom. i give a few day for the second tank and i'll start flowering 😁

As she continues to stretch into the holidays and new year I am looking forward to growing this monster outdoor in 2025 probably in a 10 gallon pot.

Not much to do with Autos. I take a handful of leaves everytime I'm in the tent. Veg thru 2-3 weeks of flower.

At this point, I’m wondering if there was something I could have done earlier to avoid the significant height difference between the two plants. Jack Herer turned out compact, while Northern Lights grew taller, with buds more scattered and spaced out. A few weeks ago, I did some lollipopping to remove very low, underdeveloped buds, and also some defoliation to help light reach areas that were shaded. I’ve been really struggling with the Berlin summer. I can’t get the tent temperature below 28°C. Sometimes the humidity outside the tent is higher than I’d like, but since I don’t have a dehumidifier, I usually just leave it as is, especially since it rarely stays above 55% for too long. Just a quick note about the nutrient Vegan Phosphor Boost: I’m following the recommended dosage of 3g per 10L of pot size (not per liter of water). Unfortunately, GrowDiaries only allows nutrient input based on volume per liter of water, so I can’t log it exactly as used.

3/4 Day 15 Flower Changing PK to KoolBloom as the Peak has run out. Will work up the CT nuets to @10ml/gal or so as the burnt tips have proven kind of a red herring. Loving the dual light sources, makes things so much easier. 3/5 Day 16 More pics Nuets up to 925 ppm, thats unadjusted for the water (@125 ppm) Fish Sh!T added for terps among other reasons, they just explode with this stuff. Took the last of the loofy branches that were not getting light. Plants look almost lollipoped but thats due to the stretch we were fight during the tent space problem. 3/6 Day 17 Pics, prob last of the week unless something presents itself. Leaving nuets as is for now. Zhaan is really coming along being a tad shorter than the rest. Little clean up today so took the opportunity for better pics Having some issues find coco coir hope its temporary. Update Burnt tips have worsened a bit with the increase in Bloom nuets (nitrogen) Keeping the nuets as is for now keeping an eys on em. If I have to decrease will up the PK to compensate. 3/7 Day 18 Flower Tips have not worsened so leaving CT Bloom as is but did increase PK slightly and decrease Fish Sh!T to 1 ml/gal try and make it last a bit longer , stuff aint cheap and this is enough. Input Feed - 900 ppm Runoff - 1180 ppm well within limits 3/9 Day 20 Flower Upped the PK to 4ml/gal and feed to 925 ppm, that will be the top end and carry that level for at least a week before ending PK. Buds are frosting up and growing large pics when I can Really liking this strain guys... whatever it may be 😜 Redid the grow room and tent completely, improved the girls environment somewhat but mainly for space reasons. Day 127 6-6 Started backing off on the light time and had to bring in a dehumidifier to bring down humidity. Strung some support up for the final weeks push. Continue to lower ppm's slowly getting her down to 15. Total Darkness coming soon.😎 This could be the last week t'ill harvest.

Gelato x GMO is taking off in the 15 gallon pot, showing rapid growth every day. The Blue MOBs seem to have stopped growing vertically in the 5 gallon buckets and are now filling out existing branches while they all reach for the sun. The 15 gallon Blue MOB seems to still be growing in height as well as filling out existing branches. Heavy rain has been persistent with few days of direct sunlight yet plants are still growing. Massachusetts ended up receiving the tail end of a big storm so I have not had to water them the entire week, the soil has stayed damp and kept the plants hydrated

Week 0: Germinated her the old-school way...two paper towels, between 2 saucers.. Fastbuds: I was so impressed with the packaging ..even though I was not able to get the original packaging (Discreet).. Week 1: just sprinkled H20 on her.. Midweek she sprouted. Week 2: Added some AgriSil K50 for her root development..She showed her first true leafs like yesterday..
