Week 3 has been great! We topped 2 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes so far , 2 other Pre98 Bubbas will also get the topping but just gotta give them a few more days and they will be ready for it ! Once we have a little time of recovery, we will be topping all these ladies at least 2 or 3 more times so you all keep them eyes peeled! I hope you all enjoy an have an amazing productive week ! Aug 23: Sunday Punch EV is very fast and is getting close to ready. The buds are getting quite big and are weighing down the branches. Without the Scrog net she would be too floppy for all these buds. Plants are a bit too green lately so maybe there’s too much N still, but she’ll grow out of it. For pH adjustments I use apple cider vinegar normally but I ran out last week and was using malt vinegar. That must be one of the sources of excess N so I switched to regular white vinegar. Anyway, she is a very impressive plant. Aug 27: getting noticeably frostier. Hot again today. Increased water volume to about 9 L per day done as three 3 L waterings in morning, afternoon and finally in evening. Adding potassium silicate still to water and adjusting pH with vinegar and then adding a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent (surfactant) and the smell supposedly keeps bugs away. Unfortunately there are hardly any insects around any more, so, yay. Aug 28: flash pics before using red light. Don’t do flash pics of your plants if you don’t follow it up with a red light. Still seems a bit risky but this is the fourth year doing it and it seems fine.

Tras acabar la segunda semana de floración así se presentan las pequeñas. Hemos ido defoliando alguna hoja de la parte baja de la planta, aireando un poco a las niñas por la zona baja . Las plantas ya empiezan a mostrar sus primeras bolitas y empezamos a añadir en la solución top Candy y pk13-14 para ver engordar esas bolitas💚.

Day 22 - All ticking along nicely...apart from a smart timer issue the last 2 days!!! :/ At least it was light stuck on rather than off so no early flower initiation!!! Got everything reset and all looks good so far. Will be using programmable timers for flower, JIC!!! Funny thing I noted while making the time lapse, the plants still "Went to sleep" at the time they should...even with the lights on and woke up when they should! Was quite interesting to see! Apart from that, just LST and plucking some bud covering leaves. Dropping the SCROG screen tonight and this will most likely be the last week of veg. As EC was dropping slightly by end of last week, have upped the EC by 0.1 Happy Growing all!!! 💪

Day 84:Another week passes and these girls are still full of white pistils. The Los girl is now totally void of Nitrogen in her pot I think and it explains the yellowing from early on. I think I may have washed the life and nutes out with an overwatering and not had chance or time to replenish them fully. Their pot will be redone when she is out to re introduce all the life. The bids on her have definitely paid the price of no supply of abundant feeds and without doubt smaller than they could have been. She is so productive that it's a shame to reach the end this way. # 2 is leading the way for her to watch how its done.She is pushing nice shaggy fat colas that are starting to orange up a little now so should it be much longer before she reaches her perfect pint to harvest. #3 Has pushed herself to the top slot for size and development. The colas are so hard i can't squash them at all. They let me know they are there with bursts of pineapple smells as I move them around. I don't doubt that she will be another week before her end but that gives her more time to swell !. For growth , this strain is amazing and a definite grow for the future. until next week Growmies. have fun

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

Smell on this one is absolutely Denky she's been so tricky all the way through flower only the last week have got her under control and she definitely packed a bit of weight on in that time

Blueberry smells like Blueberry, Gorilla Cookies smells vanilla like but the Wedding Glue smells like pine. Ongoing defoliation, I know this shouldn't be done so often but I do it once in a while every couple of days. I also switched my light from Lumatek to AC Infinity EVO 4 which couldn't run at full power due to DLI issues. I set it to around 200W

Another great week it’s been , 2 Ogreberrys an brucy b been flushing for a week, an the 3 others will continue to get there normal feed of nutrients, they are just not quite ready so they will start getting flushed around next week!! Sweet sweet smell of Grapes And gooey frosty nugs is all I can really say, photos do no justice, some of the craziest fruitiest smelling buds I’ve ever had, Real High quality meds !! Day 83 Currently drying, will update before Robert Smith turns up.... Day 87 5 days in, all trimmed and back in to dry. Temp 18c RH 50% Will raise humidity to 62% for last 5 days and add fan. Day 92 Girls pruned to similar size buds and in jars to cure. Will wait a few days until the residual moisture dissipates then weigh for the final time. Lemony tones coming off her already. Pleased as was getting worried during drying. Think I'll try a dry trim on the two Lemon Kix I have in atm (see my other diary) Sampled some this afternoom and eveb before a cure its smooth enough to smoke, citrusy in profile and burns a nice clean white ash. Looking forward to seeing the flavour/texture evolve over next few weeks before smoke report. I'm not the most patient person, this part is extremely difficult. Day 97 Final weight dried and a week cured is 87.8g (3.1oz) Extremely pleased with the yield. Smoke report I've got to be honest, it's not the stinky monster I was expecting but its made up for it in other areas. Really smooth on the inhale, lemony forest taste, no horrible aftertaste. No coughing, which is a novelty! For my first run, I'm v happy. I feel the excessive heat may have microwaved some of the terps but we live and we learn. Not long until my Auto Lemon Kix are ready, hopefully got the temp under control in time for them.....

I’m still not sure about the FIM job on the LSD, and the purple haze is looking a bit runtish, but we’ll see how they go. I cut some leaves on the PH today to give the bud sites beneath them more light. All in all, they are doing well I think.
