The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 4/11- Here we go into the second week of life for my FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and she's doing really well! All I'm doing right now is making sure that her medium remains moist, watering only when necessary. I'm checking her root development daily and she will be ready to transplant outdoors any day now! 4/13- Today is TRANSPLANT DAY! I moved the GG4 Sherbet outside to her prearranged 'new home' which I had previously prepped by adding some Coco/Perlite into the soil to improve the texture and drainage. I then pre-amended the soil with Gaia Green 4-4-4 All Purpose slow release dry amendment along with 3g of Wiggle Worm castings, 2 cups of ground Alfalfa and 1/4 cup of Extreme Gardening's MYCOS. After which, I kept the soil moist to allow the microbial colony to populate for a week. To transplant, I first made a hole then placed a Solo cup in it to make sure that the depth was adequate, then packed the medium up against the cup firmly which leaves a nice Solo cup shaped hole in the ground. I then wet the inside of the hole that I formed and coated the hole with Extreme Gardening's MYCOS root enhancer, after which I removed the GG4 Sherbet from her Solo cup and placed her snugly into her new home! After planting her in the ground all that was left to do was lightly water her in... Let the fun begin!🤪 4/15- The GG4 Sherbet FF from FastBuds is doing extremely well in her new environment. To be quite honest I was slightly hesitant to place her outside this early as we are only getting approximately 13 or so hours of sunlight daily. Based on my experience last year growing a Gorilla Cookies FF, which was placed outside at a similar time and did extremely well, I went ahead with the transplant, confident that she would be just fine. 4/17- I'm watering around every 2-3 days right now using water straight from my well through a garden hose... super simple! I do not worry about PH as long as the water isn't chlorinated and is good enough for me to drink, it's good enough for my plants and the microbial colony in the soil will adjust the PH to where they need it and at the same time provide the nutrients that the plant requires... again, nice and simple. Well there goes two weeks for this little lady. Strain grew very easy, I mixed nutrients and dumped em in the hopper every few days and they did the rest. Very encouraging to be able to pull some very sticky and much thicker flowers than my first try. Very nice job Sweet Seeds with the Jack 47 Autos. The quality and smell is amazing, I am going to continue to cure, but after 8 days of drying and 9 days of curing I am very impressed.

Exciting week the plants are all out of germination and into their veg growth stage. This means we get to begin the exciting work of building our soil. When the plants veg growth reaches the tips of the pots, this indicates the roots also have and your plant is then ready for more room. We have a fantastic grow shop in town that is great about soil classes and teaching you some great essentials. We plan on utilizing this resource and will keep you updated with the progress of the soil build. Stay tuned for compost tea as well ;) Stopped by the grow shop to get the run down on the soil build. Because building your own soil creates hot soil, it needs to sit for 6-8 weeks. This obviously won't work for our purposes on this grow. After some deliberation we decided to go with a pre built soil that has already sat and composted. We are going to go with Build A Soil because they have done tons of research into their super soils. We want to do a super soil so that we don't have to top dress or add in any nutrients, we want the grow to be as natural as possible. After looking at Build A Soil's options we are leaning toward the L.O.S. OLY Recipe. This recipe uses 33% OLY Mountain fish compost. We want each plant to be able to finish out in the pots that we switch them into from their nursery pots. I recently found a new grow bag that we are going to try out for this next grow. It is a bag so it has a much larger circumference than the grow pots. It also has a lining on the sides of the grow bag so that it doesn't dry out from the sides like normal grow bags. This is our ideal growing situation because we are trying to simulate earth. When a plant is in the ground in the earth it doesn't dry out from the sides, we don't want our plants to either. The bags are very large (15 gal) but we don't want to fill to the top, in case we need to top dress more soil in the future. We use one cubic foot bag of soil per plant per container. This change will happen tomorrow at the turn of the week. Starting week two of Veg growth we will be in the containers that we finish in. This means minimal transplant stress and much less room for human error effecting my medicine.

Havnt actually fed any nuts for over a week. After I made the mistake of feeding way too much I decided to just give her water for a couple weeks which I havnt had to do much cause there has been a lot of rain. And havnt had much sun so it’s been taking a while for the soil to dry up. Going to feed her in a couple days probably. My nutrient mix is at about a 4.5 ph in RO water which is by itself around 7.4 . So I have to add a bit of ph up to bring the ph into the mid to high 6 range. Any thoughts on that ? She seems pretty healthy to me at this point just been growing pretty slow I’m guessing from the lack of sun and nutrient shock I gave it the first half of it’s life

This week, spent a little more time on the garden, Transplant, microbes on the soil, new 20 litres pot, and every day bending, to mantain an homogeneous canopy ... Fed some Green Explosion again because i want a little more branching , but im switching next week to Flowering nutes, but imma keep Veg nutes because autos seem to keep growing more when switchin ... But heyy im new with autos hahaha lets see what happens.... The plant is soo healthy at the moment :) --------------------- Micro Vita : Applied 6.60 grams for the 20 litres of soil, recommended is between 2-5g per 10l .... TopVeg: 2,5 ml when applied alone and 2 ml/l when used with Deep Underground or Green Explosion. Green Explosion: 0,5-1ml/l, always with TopVeg because of PH balance Deep Underground : From 1ml/L first weeks, and until now, 2ml/l. Irrigations : Everyday in the morning, alternating 1/2 with water and the other with nutes, but if the plan is dark dark green im irrigatin only water so id would be 1/3 in that case. #####Top Veg always balances the PH so im never using boosters without it (they have high ph like 8 - 10 ) --------------------- Take care GD !!! Started LST on both girls don’t think i did it right it begin with lol. This is when i noticed the burnt tips of the ladies. This was a scary moment for any new grower. Freakin suckedddd

Another week down, and we had some interesting weather. Big thunderstorms, lots of rain and hail. But the ladies were safe outside in my greenhouse. This gal is still growing fantastically and added some bat guano and bio-fish for all the essential love. All good things. Still have months and months of growth left but looking great.

Bloom Week 6 - Not sure why this platform doesn't allow tbsp measures. Anyways, this week they were fed with 1/2 tbsp of dry bloom fertilizer per gallon of soil. This is a half dosage and there will be no more feedings. If I do another run, I wouldn't use bloom booster as a supplement in week 5. An early feed perhaps if anything. There seems to be a little nutrient burns. There's also some fading coming through, which can be normal for this week.
