One month of flowering is behind us. Another one to go - or so 😎 They are doing mighty fine 💪 Bueautiful overall, tightly stacked colas, healthy leaves 🍃 Most of canopy tops get 1000-1100 PPFD - corners get around 600-ish 🌞 I take a leaf here and there when I see it creating moisture spots or shadowing bud sites too much. Bottom half got lollipopped 🍭 See you in a week 👊

Hello, fellow cultivators! Week 7 with our magnificent Big Cheese Auto is like witnessing a green monster awaken, and the excitement is through the roof. Massive shoutout to Seeds Mafia for the genetics that keep surprising and delighting. Our green beast is romping through her third week of flowering, and oh my, what a spectacle! It's like she's unleashed her inner monster, growing wild and free. The Autopot system is the backstage pass, allowing her to indulge in a nutrient feast on her terms. It's like the VIP treatment for a botanical rockstar. P-Boost and Topbooster, our dynamic duo, are pulling off some serious nutrient sorcery. Organic nitrogen, L-amino acids, trace elements, and natural stimulants are the secret ingredients to this blooming potion. The anticipation for those colossal, aromatic buds is reaching fever pitch. And there's more to the nutrient party! Say hello to K-Boost, the organo-mineral maturation booster that's about to elevate our Big Cheese Auto's bloom to new heights. This powerhouse contains a symphony of L-amino acids, potassium (K), and sulphur trioxide (SO3), creating a concoction that's nothing short of a maturation marvel. Picture it like a botanical spa treatment. The L-amino acids are the pampering session, promoting a luxurious maturation process. Meanwhile, the potassium (K) is the nutrient chauffeur, ensuring a smooth ride for our buds to reach their full potential. Sulphur trioxide (SO3) is the secret sauce, enhancing the overall yield and end quality. As we venture into the next phase of our green odyssey, K-Boost is here to ensure that our Big Cheese Auto not only blooms but does so with an unparalleled maturation finesse. The anticipation for a bountiful harvest with top-notch quality is now taken up a notch. I've thrown caution to the wind and let her go wild. It's like allowing a creature of the cannabis jungle to thrive in its natural habitat. No holding back, just the unbridled energy of a green beast in bloom. The canopy is turning into a wild tapestry, and I'm loving every untamed inch of it. Our TDS is dancing at a robust 420, and the pH is in perfect harmony at 6.0. It's like a botanical orchestra playing the sweetest tunes, all thanks to the Autopot and the nutrient magic. The leaf-bending spectacle continues. It's like a dance of chlorophyll, creating an even canopy that bathes in the natural light. Defoliation is on the horizon, a grooming session for our wild beauty. Ensuring every bud gets its moment in the spotlight. A heartfelt thanks to Seeds Mafia, Aptus Holland, Grow Diaries, and the phenomenal community. Your support is the heartbeat of this green odyssey. As we plunge into the next week, the excitement is untamed. Our Big Cheese Auto is not just growing; she's evolving into a botanical marvel. I can't wait to see the monstrous beauty that unfolds. Let's continue to cultivate greatness together! Genetics -Seeds Mafia Big Cheese Automatic Light - LUMATEK ZEUS 465 COMPACT PRO

Day 29 Flower (Day 71) Woohoo! First day of week five of flower and an easy day at that. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water and took some pics. I'm still experimenting with bud photography. This time with a tripod but still no additional lights. I also need to take the pics when the lights are off as the flowers look funky under the LEDs. The right girl is slowly starting to bulk up, but the left girl is lagging. That is no wonder, though, considering that she has had much less light due to those space issues. Also, there's a huge quality difference between the lights in each tent. So I'm looking forward to comparing the bud quality that each tent will generate. Day 30 Flower (Day 72) It slipped my mind, but it's been over two weeks since I gave the girls nematodes to get rid of the gnats. As always, the nemos did their job quickly and effectively, and I haven't seen any gnats since. However, to ensure that they stayed gone, I did a second treatment today, mixed up 10 million nemos into 6 liters of water, and gave each girl half at pH 6.6. Day 31 Flower (Day 73) Chill day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and cut some clones from her. She is deep in flower so I'll try to monster-crop her. Never tried that before but have heard that it creates some really bushy plants. As she already is bushy I'm curious to see how bushy a monster-cropped clone of her will be. She had a few low branches that I left during lollipopping for this reason and I cut four of them with a sterile razor blade, then scraped the lower part of the stem and dipped them in Clonex. They're now sitting in the window with a small LED spot to make sure that they have enough light to re-veg. Day 32 Flower (Day 74) I know that I got a new tent for my left girl only a few days ago, but I decided to upgrade to give her a bit more space. I went to my local grow store today and picked up a tent made by the same company as my main tent (UndrCovrLab). This new tent is also made specifically for my wardrobe, maximizing the available space. I went from a tiny 40x40 cm tent to a "massive" 75x45 cm tent. Still very small but almost 2x bigger. Woohoo! The left girl was squeezed into the 40x40 tent for so long that I had to use some LST to spread her out and increase light penetration now when she has some more breathing room. Speaking of lights, my small ViparSpectra is a bit underpowered now in this larger space, so now I have to consider upgrading that as well. The simplest solution would be to get another ViparSpectra, and while this little light has been performing well, it lacks UV diodes. I'll look around for options. We have gotten hit by a heatwave here, so now my tents are sweltering. The main tent reached 36 degrees C today at one point :/ Oh well, I cannot do much about it except hope that the heat doesn't stress out the girls too severely. The girls are very thirsty in this heat though, and I gave each 4.5 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 33 Flower (Day 75) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 5.9 water. A bit low as I used too much pH down and then was too lazy to fix it. Day 34 Flower (Day 76) No idea what happened, but an army of fungus gnats invaded my right girl. It's only four days ago since I watered her with Nematodes against gnats, and there were no gnats at all then. A few days later, it is gnat central in my main tent (the left girl in the other tent has no gnats). It's almost like I didn't give nemos to the plant but instead gave her gnats. Weird as the nemos have always worked great in the past. Now I need to start fighting these annoying little shits. Sigh. I'll give nemos another go, and if they don't work, then I'll use some sand. Worst case scenario, I'll use Neem oil, but I really don't want to go that far. I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water, and that was it for today. Day 35 Flower (Day 77) The last day of the fifth week of flower and all is (pretty well) well in the tents. The left girl is 103 cm tall (6 cm increase in a week), and she is lagging quite a bit behind the right girl. She is healthy and quite sticky to the touch, but the flowers still have a lot of fattening up to do. I hope that will speed up now when she has a bit more room to spread out so the light can penetrate the canopy deeper. Getting a more powerful light would also help. When in doubt, add more photons! Someone who doesn't need more photons, though, is the right girl. The top bud has been burnt slightly, and there's light bleaching on a couple of colas as well as on a few fan leaves. I removed the driver from one of the lights and raised the light a bit higher. Every centimeter counts when you're running out of space! The right girl increased another 3 cm this week and is now 123 cm tall. I hope that is it as I'm now completely out of room. The gnat army in my main tent is still going strong. So strong that they have now sent out a small expeditionary force to my small tent and started to colonize the area. Sigh. I Will hit the girls in a day or two with nemos, but today I just put up some yellow sticky traps and gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water.

👉 The plant was a nice dense bush and due to the funky way it leaned over the Queen cola was not the tallest one. It almost filled up the tent (4x4). Such a dense bush that I was afraid I would have a lot of popcorn. I did a fair amount of small branch removal but the plant was prolific and had lots of secondary branches all over. The lean of the plant helped every branch get as much light as it could. I didn't train the plant to be tilted, I couldn't see the trunk because it was a small solid dome of leaves. Everything looked normal at the top. But when it was time to trim the lower leaves that were sitting on the media I saw the main stalk was bent over. I did nothing to straighten it out because the plant was so stout and I could see it wasnt hurting the plant. I dont do any training on my plants. I just let them grow as they please. My goal is just to help the plant to reach its potential. 👉To harvest I did a close wet trim. I started the harvest by clipping the branch closest to the bottom. For each branch I would trim all the fan leaves and worked m way up to the cola at the end of the branch. The larf was trimmed loosely to get rid of the un-frosted leaves, then tossed on the top rack of the dry net. Each branch had a few nice buds on them and those were weighed then put on the second rack of the dry net. I weighed the wet weight of each rack separately. The nice plump cola at the end of each branch was weighed and put on a hanging clip with a letter and the weight cataloged with that number. I repeated this for each branch till I finished with the Queen cola. I hung each cola on a rack. 👉To dry I used an oscillating 42" fan set to lowest speed. After 8 hours I turned the whole rack to help even out the drying process. After another 12 hrs I put each cola on a clip in its own paper bag. I put the buds on the racks in bags as well. I would occasionally weigh each bud and compare it to its starting weigh and my goal was around 25%. I would record each buds weight and then place in a jar would place in a jar with a hygrometer. I would monitor each jar as often as I could and open or close the jar depending on the humidity until it was stable at 62% rh or less. When at the target rh of 62% I would place a 2way moisture control pack in the jar and then placed the jars on the cool, dark closet. 👉The numbers were very surprising to me. The total for the buds on the second rack was 254g. The cola total was 226. Thats 480g of dense frosty goodness. That doesnt include any larf or trim. I didnt weigh the trim but it was a big pile. I made two kief pucks, one pure trichome wafer, and a full puck of scissor hash!

As the days go by and the weather in my area is getting colder, I've got a difference from almost 10 degrees between night and day, so one of the girl is getting some purple colors in the buds. Everything else seems normal, I just had to change the light cause my 600W LED fell out. Now I'm using a 200W till I hopefully can fix the other light.

Pretty much on autopilot right now. I've just been filling the water reservoir when needed. Last night I did a top watering to try to help push them through the last couple days. It shouldn't be much longer now. Pretty much all cloudy trichomes with hints of amber. Once I see a little more amber I'll chop. The topped girl will probably be harvested first, I think she's a little ahead of number 2.

Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

I opened the converted wardrobe door and the first colour I thought of was Orange sovI knew it was time. I did a lot of experimenting throughout the grow, trying to find my own technique and this girl has been a great help. Its my biggest haul to date ooking at it altough I can't weigh it without seriously messing around so l just weigh when dry.
