last of the fan leaves fading to yellow, just gave them their last water until next week. trichomes are starting to go from 60% cloudy to 5% amber and 35% still clear. this will come down on week 11. cheers

Not much to say about this week. I still have not taken over ORGA Bloom which is my base and I will not do it until the end of the culture. We see that the resin is present and that the heads grow. I’m not going to leave it at that, so I’ll tell you what I’m going to do for week seven of flowering. So I do not take back my base but I keep my additives and I add two products to make my heads swell, Nirvana and Overdrive from Advanced Nutrients to the recommended dosages. I will also increase my watering volume to 6L of nutrient solution for 14L of substrate.

Third week over, stretch is done. They are beautiful. All seem like 1 pheno or very close to one another. Two of them smell like strawberry milkshake 😍 For real. It's insane. Third has no distinctive smell so far. Did a little defoliation where it was needed. I still plan to clean more legs but did not have time. 😴 Will do it in a day or two though. So far so good. I have clones of each lady so I can multiplicate it if RNG gods have been good to me and I got some fire pheno. Will see 💪

Day 22 - Plant is 6 inches tall. Tons of roots sticking down into the water. Checked PPM 215. PAR/PPFD ranges from 200 to 270 at the height of the plant. Day 25 - Plant is 9 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Water dropped a lot. PPM was 100. Added 2 gallons of RO. Added 10 mL of CalMag. Added 10 mL of the 3 base nutes Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 5 mL of each of the additives. PPM was 515. Day 26 - Plant is 11 inches tall. Fast growth! Short and bushy. Roots are thick as spaghetti noodles and formed a thick rootball. Nearly a dozen budsites. Stem is thicker then a pencil. Day 27 - PPM is 415 in am. Afternoon PPM is 370. Plant is 12 inches tall. PAR/PPFD is 400 to 450 near the top of the plant. DLI is 27 based on 20 hours on and 4 hours off. Late night checked PPM 375. Added 10 mL of Micro Grow and Bloom nutes. PPM is 810. Day 28 - PPM is 775. The plant is getting huge. The stock is about as thick as a Bic lighter. Plant is 13 inches tall.

Day 49 Flower Hey Growers. I did a flush last week to get my runoff closer to 1050. I’m not sure why this happens that I get tip burn doing FFW. Maybe I start ramping up flower nutes too much too quickly. I have tip burn on my Blue Dream too. I’ve gotta come up with a solution as it buggers everything up. Flushing and Dealing with tip burn instead of packing on size. This is a 10 wk strain so I’m not as concerned cuz there’s lots of time and I think I got ahead of it. The nugs are smaller, marble to golf ball sized but hard as a rock already. The smell is of over ripe lemon when it get that sweet and Hazey earthy woody characteristic. I’m going to feed 2 more weeks and try the Advanced Nutrient Overdrive that I have kicking around. Then flush heavy for 1 ish weeks and hopefully get a nice fade. The Vipar spectra XS2000 is doing a great job, it has me wondering if I could use it to flower a 4x4 of autos. Its super strong. My poor man’s light mover has the plants getting a ton of light every other day with a nice rest in between. There is no light burn or yellowing, a tiny bit of leaf edge curl that goes away during its rest day. I am very happy with this light and know it’ll blow up whatever I run in here next. WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.

Back from vcation after two weeks the Ladys Look beautyful and Full of Color Today i will water them the last time on day 62 of flower and cut in the next 4-5 days The zake should be a week faster than the other two but that isnt the case The buds on all Ladys are dense and the smell is amazing cant wait to Test em out rauch

Hi Growmies, So far it all goes to plan. Not much to do on soil I gotta admit. Right now they are receiving RO ph balanced water with some CalMag, rhizotonic and orca. The solution is applied with a spray bottle every time the top layer appears dry. #1 is a bit behind, as she struggled to get out of the seed shell. It's been a wonderful week despite a handful of deficiencies mainly affecting the UKBS varieties. UKBS 2 seems to be getting hit with a phosphorus deficiency; which fingers crossed will be solved next watering. UKBS 2 had some PH issues which led to multiple deficiencies, those seem to have been remedied at this time as no further symptoms are appearing. I really want the weather to get nice already, the tent is turning into an absolute jungle and I need to clear some space. I'm quite glad I've never tried to flower 4 plants in a 2x4. 4/3/2021- Did some bending and twisting, as well as a bit of defoliation with UKBS 2, to make it branch outwards slightly as well as lighten up on how much shade it's creating in the tent. 4/5/2021 - Some kind of cal/mag issues are cropping up on UKBS 1 and Carl 1, looking to resolve those ASAP.
