This was a good week to learn a few things about what I want to do for the next grow. This grow, I let the ladies grow to 5 nodes before topping to the third - next grow, I would top to the third when the 4th is clearly visible. I am about 1 week behind schedule, waiting for the nodes on the mainline to grow so they can be topped again. Going to top them into 8 main cola’s. Reduced water in the buckets to 7l so that the roots have to work a little harder because Cheech was showing signs of being over-watered. Lights remained at 60cm about the plants, 1ml of all nutrients per litre of water.

I did a heavy defoliation with the green crack for the first time.. the first 3 pics are pre- and the last 3 pics are post-defoliation. Definitely better air flow now as well as more "tops" being seen. Tomorrow going to do the durban.. update w more pics then.

Week 6 all done and the babies are flowering and smelling lovely! Nothing new to report this week, I've just been watering in the top dress from last week. I'm still leaving this Orange Sherbet girl all natural with no lst or defoliation to compare to the others and she's loving life, bouncing back from her seedling stunt to becoming the tallest girl in the tent. 😍 Hope you all had a good week and thanks for checking in 🙏

Nothing special this week, just a little water

These are the seeds from my auto breeding project earlier this year. That diary link can be found here: https://growdiaries.com/diaries/129779-grow-journal-by-m0use Germinated by scarification of the seed with an emery board then soaking in water for 12hrs, I added in the step of paper towel for another 12hrs then planted outside with myco in the hole. Watered in with some LABS "Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum [Lactobacillus]" and Transplanter MS-CS RootRescue. They all popped up within a few days after planting outside. They are in a acti-sol fortified soil and should not need much love. I ran out of mesh to protect them so bamboo spikes will keep the birds at bay... hopefully. I also have a twin setup of these seeds but in a planter with heavy soil, they will be running side by side for comparison.

All right, we are finally here on day 76 so over two and a half months of veg, we have her flipped... I've yet to set up my inline fan and carbon filter. I was going to buy another tent, but i'm gonna hold off until I move because then I'll have more room for a bigger tent .. i'm still up in the air as to what seed I'm poppin next, but it will be from Kannabia Seeds ... and Herbies purple haze auto from a sponsored grow.. Just not worth the time and to spend that much time and energy on something, when they are hit and miss .. i will say I definitely hit more than i've missed.But I don't like missing at all .. with that being said, I hope everyone is doing well next week will be her first flower week. Have had a battle with these ladies from thieves , powdery mildew , and now bud rot. These pictures are from my lowest branches on the plan and let’s just say I’m already going to get roughly 6 oz or more just from two of the lowest branches. The rest of the plant is starting to take off and flower should be done in about 2 kore weeks or so 😁 overall I’m pretty happy with my ladies as they’re just hitting 12 feet 🤯

I uploaded longer vids this time for the Vlogs, you don't have to watch em they're there for ya if you're interested :) ~Update~ To start off the girls look great, I'm excited that I'm back where I was when my "First Grow" failed. What's interesting to me is seeing the big difference in the SSH, the 2 previous girls I had were veracious growers, 3 1/2 days of germination and they had a tap root longer than an inch! This one is not so aggressive and has stronger sativa genetics, thin not phat. The others have been doing well, no pest yet which I'll be doing a bleach wipe down of my side of the garage to reduce the chances of an invasion. ~Note~ I'll be updating later this week with a short vid showing the progress. 86 days from seed in soil until chopped. Roughly 40g dry weight. I ended up pressing most of it into Live rosin, however I kept some in flower form to smoke. Personally, I'm not big into the scent or smell of this strain, but it stays true to it's sativa roots and everyone who has tried it has really enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of this strain, purely based off the fact that my nose doesn't like the smell of this plant. It smells like chicked-peas (the stuff hummus is made from). It's very odd I know. However every one who has smoked it, including myself has enjoyed it. But if I'm picking and choosing, then this one would be near the bottom. I ended up turning a vast majority into live rosin and it is much, much better. Amazing for listening to music and cleaning the house👌

This annoys me extremely, because the attachment room is very clean and neither shoes nor dirty clothes come in when you enter the room 😩. Nov 12th Grow went absolutely stunning, these Sherbet Auto flowers from NOS are the bees-knees, you can do whatever you want to them training wise and they will thrive, as well as stay compact. Ideal for micro grows, or people who like small plants and thick, dense, frosty nuggets. I see about 5-10% amber trichomes as of November 12th, today or tomorrow I will do a final water, and turn the lights off for 48 hrs before chopping and hanging to dry in the same grow space. I'm drying in the grow space because of the aphids, I need the plant material to dry, and the aphids to die, before I take them out to trim or cure, because my other Mango Runtz tent flying under the phid's radar so far. So a major reset is gonna take place before I plant more autos. One is turning pink and pretty quick I like that it fits the sherbet theme!
