Noticed some Mg deficiency on plant 1. Just started creeping in. Haven't seen any signs on plant 2 but I fed them both some epsom salts just in case. Other than that, the girls are doing well. Growing very bushy though, will do some experimenting with the light intensity to try to get them to stretch a bit.

Flowering looks awesome on the ChemDog! Lots of bud sites and they're growing at a respectable rate. ATF's are running 3 plants in 3 diff stages- one's a couple weeks into flower, one's just starting,and one's still the holdout. Meanwhile, I've got flowering on the Night Nurse and one of the Viper Cookies. The rest are close but I can't say for sure they've transitioned. Weather's getting into a hot and humid phase, gotta watch that ChemDog. Think it's got a decent structure for ventilation but I've read horror stories on how the Dog loves mold. Further training of the branches has been fruitful, I'm seeing a lot more topside bud sites than usual. I'm working on irrigation-- I set up a 30 gal container and it works for drip, but without a pipe system it's still one at a time, although I have to admit it's worth it to save my back. Plus, I have to have a supply ready for use in case my buddy needs to fill in for me and water the ladies. Been checking the cameras regularly ( I have them all throughout the property, game cameras with IR flash), and to date haven't seen anything that would constitute a threat. Just some curious raccoons and one really ugly opossum. Even the skunks don't bother them this year, which is nice but a little strange considering they dig in them every year. It's really just the animals I'm watching for, people aren't as much of a concern. Mostly because I don't know any. Aside from that, I sleep with my head feet away from my babies, so somebody would have to have big brass ones to even try. Yes, I know, a little overprotective. Fingers crossed it'll be one hell of a harvest (by my standards). 8/11 Update: Been lucky still with the weather, but it's turning really humid. Fed the girls this morning, a mix of 1C molasses and 1/2C epsom salt in 20 gallons. Just a little supplement to the tiger bloom they've been feasting on. Speaking of the Tiger Bloom, I can't help but think I'd do just as well mixing my own nutrient solution, since the cost really adds up quick. For his year, however, it'll be fine. My watering gizmo is working well, just leaks a tiny bit and that's fine for the remainder of the year. Now that I have an idea of what works for me I can spend the off-season setting up something right. Had to thin out the Lamb's a bit, it wasn't getting anywhere near enough air flow. Also took a few on the ChemDog as I'm expecting mold/rot conditions for a while and she's prone. Shouldn't have much problem, wind blows almost constantly here, but you can never be too careful. Training is taking well, overall they look pretty good. Next year-- bigger grow bags, better soil, and much pickier seed choices. I think I may even abandon the idea of topping them in the future-- it just slows them down and you can get the same end results with training. Granted, my ladies are kinda sparse and ugly, but that's the learning curve. Next time around I think I have a pretty good idea of what to do and when to do it, based on what worked and didn't work this year. Another big thing is nutrient timing-- I def jumped the gun on flower power for a few of them and it just stunted them wicked-- shoulda continued veg food a couple weeks into flower even for the early bloomer, she'd be a monster.

Wachstum: Die Pflanze hat sich diese Woche kräftig gestreckt. Die Seitenäste sind deutlich gewachsen und sie zeigt eine schöne gleichmäßige Verzweigung. Der Haupttrieb sowie die Nebentriebe haben sich gut entwickelt – typisch für das Ende der Vegiphase. Blattfarbe ist sattgrün, keine Mängel erkennbar. Struktur ist offen, luftig und gesund – ein gutes Zeichen für die kommende Blüte. Training: Bereits getoppt, gute Wirkung sichtbar. Die Seitentriebe übernehmen zunehmend die Führung. Leichtes LST zur besseren Lichtverteilung wurde begonnen bzw. fortgesetzt. Wasser/Dünger: Gegossen mit Regenwasser . Letzte Gabe des 5in1 Bio-Düngers erfolgt – ab nächster Woche wird auf Blütedünger umgestellt, wenn sich die Vorblüte weiter zeigt. Sonstiges: Vermutlich letzte Woche in der Vegi, da an den oberen Nodien bereits erste Anzeichen der Vorblüte sichtbar sind (kleine “Fädchen”). Ab nächster Woche wird genau beobachtet und ggf. auf Blüteschema umgestellt.

The plants are demanding way more nutrients at this stage - and unfortunately, they’re almost outgrowing the grow space 😅. We’re seeing medium-level deficiencies across the board and some mild heat stress (tacoing leaves). To fix this, we’ll start adding fertiliser with every watering for the next 4–5 rounds and see how the new growth looks. The flowers still have the potential to become A-B-S-O-L-U-T-E-L-Y massive, so we stay calm and just feed, feed, feed! 🚀🌸 Stats so far: 💧 Watering: 1.5L every other day 💦 Humidity: ~65% RH 🌡️ Temp (lights on): 22–26°C 🌡️ Temp (lights off): 20–22°C 📈 Avg. Divine indica has grown really well. Her trichromes were just first starting to get cloudy yesterday. About a half and half of clear and cloudy. I figure she has abour 10 to 12 days left. I will be switching her to ph water in a few days during ripening. She has a good aroma and is looking excellent. She has been loosing a few leaves on the bottom due to a slight nitrogen deficiency. Which is okay during flowering. Nitrogen can hinder bud development. So low does in flowering is ideal. The 2 plants that are pretty much done already are the 2 Dolphin Wax. 🐬 It's pretty awesome to be able to capture 2 such beautiful different plants with 2 beans. The Isorins are doing wonderful. She's thicking up and busting Caylaxs. Starting to catch the fade in the begging of week 7. I'll do some more feeding this week withheld battle axe and the Isorin. I'll feed lightly. Do molasses foop water ph irrated balanced. Every of the day. For the week of 7. Try to keep the flavors locked in. I'll be back after a while updating. Thos are the thricomes of the Dolphin wax @ Day 49 bloom!! Holy smokes that was fast!!! Hoping these other 2 strains take a couple more weeks. New week starts. ☀️06.12.2023 I've watered 'Fruit Spirit' with 'TA Final Part' (Ripen). All other plants are standing in a wet soil, I'll water them soon. expanded the pot patch to include some companion planting and cover crop this year. Added 2 yards of grow max composted soil mix from the local garden centre. now 18" deep and I will be adding some leaf mould, myco and a super microbe tea to kickstart things. ************UPDATE************* due to the shit weather in Canada this year I have decided to NOT plant an outdoor crop this year, due to late season start and big el nino which means lower than norm temps and lots of rain for us which = issues growing.

This girl is moving along. Thinking she will start to ripen up in the next couple weeks. I switched my photos to 12/12 today so she will be getting the same light. Watering her twice a day about a cup each time. The aroma still bursts like fresh lemons. Excited to taste this girl and even more excited to run one of these on a proper grow in a dutch bucket next round.

Day 28: I got home from 10 days of holidays and these girls had cruised along as if I had been there with them the whole time. They are very happy, especially the middle one. The small one on the right has always been small, is what it is. She could be a stack little shorty. Time will tell. I did a feed today, top dressed according to Gaia Green at 15 ml/ gal of media which should last approx 2 weeks. I also added a bit more 444 just to make sure there’s enough N during this stretch phase. All 3 have pistols showing and are starting to flower. I was unable to train as much as I’d have liked but is what it is. Sometimes the more indica strains I’ve done are negatively effected by topping and excess training. I removed a couple huge fans that were shading too much of the plant. I also am trying a “super cropping” of top fans to get them out of the way but still save them as a nute source if they need. We’ll see how it goes. The Vipar spectra xs2000 is killling it as usual. As I’ve said 50 times it’s super powerful and I’ve had to raise the light above recommended height as I started to see leaf edge curl and light stress. No problem at all tho, better too powerful and raise it than too weak and have loose buds. I did a micro top just to stop excessive apical meristem stretch and leaving all the other lower branches too low for effective light absorption or burn on the top cola. Happy Growing 🌱
