We did really well this round with this strain even though she grew very different from what Im used too. We ended up with a half pound of some excellent smelling and tasting cannabis!

Day 2 in the pots they came out beautifully with their seed as a hat! Day 4 they were all 3 1cm out of the ground, they were born! Day 6 is almost over today and 2/3 seeds go delicious. Both of them already have their first set of real leaves and you can see the next set coming, oewhhh. Unfortunately there is one that I think is less gene/old seed. It sits around half the height and the lobs are almost closed, but hopefully it is still hard 💪 🏼

I'm going away for 30 days about a week into this grow. I'm going to automate weeks 1 through 5 by using the Blumat watering system along with the automated fan from AC Infinity. Hopefully, these will keep things going while I'm gone. I've never used the Blumat products before and I'm excited to see their potential. If I succeed, I'll return to happy 5-week old plants. If not, I'll have to start a new grow...which is what I was going to do anyway. I have nothing to lose but a couple of seeds. Let's get this automated grow started. Day 1 - I placed the seeds directly in a fist-sized clump of Coast of Maine Seed Starter soil that was then placed in a 3-gallon pot full of Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. This will ensure the seedling doesn't get exposed to the nutrient-rich soil too soon. I set the light 2 feet above the top of the pots so they have room to grow into the 18" to 12" range. I also set the light strength to 60% during germination. The temperature in the tent remained 75 degrees and humidity was 70%. I also covered the soil over the germinating seeds with mason jars to act as humidity domes. Day 4 - Both pots sprouted this morning. I immediately removed the mason jar humidity domes. I also increased the light to 70% strength and installed the Blumat watering system to help me keep things growing while I'm gone.

What a plant! 2 of the 7 harvested a few days in front of the rest but they are amazing, the way they grew the final few weeks was amazing, they look like there double in size, maybe more compared to the lemon cherry, not slagging the 🍋s off because they look stunning, and smell like heaven, anyway, I can’t wait to get these dried and cured, but not to rush them 🙄😂, will update each plant as they come with a final update at the end with a smoke review

Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. The combination of a stable environment, appropriate nutrient levels, and diligent care is proving successful. They are getting fatter each day, as you can probably notice one of them is showing real signs of stress with brown spots and dead yellow leafs. I am adding Calmag this week and making sure Ph is set, will most likely only water them and add calmag. I think next week will be the flush and then harvest. Still trying to battle humidity, hopefully I get a dehumidifier this weekend and manage to reduce it a bit. Hopefully no mold -_-

day 15: flowers start to appear day 16-17: temps go 24 celcius, i throw ice bottles in the res day 25: insane stretch stops flowers fatten up, even crystals around the young budz.

Stretch is done and flowers are piling on now! I treated with lost coast as a preventative. I kept the feed the same but it will be altered end of grow week. Canopy is getting hella full can't wait to watch these colas stack on. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Things are coming along nicely, did a major defoliation yesterday and didn't seem to bother the ladies at all. I took 2 clones off a few weeks ago just for giggles and they seem to be doing ok I was a little concerned about throwing in under such intense light right away but it didn't seem to affect them all. All in all I'm quite pleased with the way this is turning out since I haven't grown since ~2010-2011 hoping for the best since they are getting a little frosty this early.
