Dutch Passion Week 0 DP is a new company for me so let me just say that their unboxing experience is truly fantastic. You get a nice little sealed tin box, loads of nice writing on it , inside a vacuum sealed bag, some cool story about the gens and how to grow on the inside of the lid aswell, it's an absolute pleasure opening these, if you want more pics of this just drop me a message, truly one of the best efforts i've seen for this for sure. I made a 1L solution with just a few drops of my specially made kelp extract, see the video how thick it is compared to store-bought stuff lol, and put some of that in a glass, dropped these seeds in the glass, cover to protect from the light and let that sit for one night to activate the seed. The next day one of these had cracked its shell already, i'm digging these genetics already, let's see how they do ! placed them in a propagator , covered with some dirt to protect from the light, now they're chilling covered, let's see how many sprout ! hopefully all of them ! they came out strong within a day 2 had cracked the surface, the second day they all had cracked the surface, the third day they already started stretching due to my broken propagator, on the fourth day you can see their roots sticking out on the picture, i decided to transplant them early because they were already stretching and the broken propagator wasn't making me happy. fed them plain tap water with a tea spoon once. I do like the RQS propagator i got from Zambeza, and even though it was broken it did make the whole germination much easier, i would definitely recomend the starter kit from zambeza so far, but i decided not to try any of their genetics until next round, which starts soon anyway... see you for next week's update !

Yooo growers 🌱, We’re 8 weeks in and let me tell you — this grow is going absolutely wild. Everything’s blowing up like weeds (the good kind, of course 😎). From the jump, the girls were full of energy, and now the tent’s starting to look like a mini jungle. I’ve been running a 300W HID in a 60x60 tent, keeping temps and humidity dialed in just right. Feeding with Green House nutrients and sticking to a solid 16-hour light schedule through veg — and man, the plants are loving it. Week by week, they just kept stacking height and packing on that lush green. Now here in week 8, things are looking prime. The structure’s solid, leaves are healthy, and I can already feel the pre-flower tension in the air. A few more days and the real show begins — flower time, baby! Esta es mi primer planta que cosechó con éxito, y estoy muy feliz con mi resultado final 😄 obtuve una muy buena cantidad de flores premium con alrededor de 15% de thc (desde mi punto de vista claro 😅) Tuve algunos problemas durante el cultivo, principalmente que deje que se estirara mucho, debi hacerle LST a la punta principal para que no siguiera aumentando la altura y tener más flores del mismo tamaño, las flores más bajas quedaron chicas y les faltó madurar un poco, también tuve problemas de sobrefertilizacion aun a pesar de que seguí las instituciones de los fertilizantes y de sus indicaciones que me dieron los de servicio al cliente, incluso ya teniendo en cuenta eso siempre use la menos de la dosis de la base ya hasta que crecieron más le fui aumentando, igual creo que es muy cierto lo que dicen de que “menos es más” a la próxima empezaré usando muy pocos nutrientes, aparte creo que si hubiera usado unos leds más potentes, las plantas hubieran aprovechado más los nutrientes, pero igual me sirvió de experiencia, pienso cultivar de nuevo esta genética y sacarle más provecho. Muy recomendada 👌🏻😁

Memory loss began to show female by july 4, so it's now 6 weeks since first hairs. I am using bamboo stakes (only on this girl) at about 3.5 feet above soil to create a canopy, similar to a SCROG. There are hundreds of budding sites. Star killer and Calif orange are just beginning to show female. Star killer 1 is being allowed to bud with minimal interference, star killer 2 has me reducing the number of buds to a dozen and cali will have only 2 colas. Daytime temps range between 80 and 100. But they are used to it and are thriving. nighttime 55-70. in containers. fed organic in flower twice. watering is whenever soil dries a bit and pulls away from edge. about 3 gallons does all 4 plants. Plants are between 53 and 60 inches tall. Memory loss canopy is nearly 4 feet square. heavy watering 3.5 gal all 4 plants total.

Week 11. Day 35 roughly, most of these are 63-70

This week I have moved out from my last apartment and have moved into a new one. Now she has had more space to develop. She is showing her first pistilos but the smell still under control. Here is winter and too windy, so the smell prob is not a big prob. I'm Intending to let her bloom for at least 2 months / or 2 months and half more. Feed her with 4-14-8 organic yesterday. Shes responding good about it.

Well, the drought stress in week 11 really fucked my plants up, but Twiggy recovered, while Zoey was hurt pretty bad. If I did nothing, I'm betting harvest would've been 25% more, and Zoey's buds wouldn't look so crappy, but overall, I was so happy with this grow! I was under a time crunch, so only did minimal veg for 4 weeks, topping once. Daily watering with 1.8EC mix that was pretty consistent. Kept pH between 5.5 and 5.8. Kept tight control on humidity and temperature up to mid flower, then kept air circulation on to keep room humidity around 55% Things I'd do differently: 1. Veg longer - I'd love to try a mainline 2. Canopy control - wish I had spent the time on a SCROG screen, or at least a couple of rings. 3. More light sooner into flower. Waited about 4 weeks into flower before maxing out the light. Probably could've bulked them up significantly if I started earlier 4. Drought stressing - For Fucks Sake, keep a close eye on your plants, and the minute they start to wilt, get the water back on 'em!!! 5. Measure your run-off more frequently for salt build-up. Didn't have any problems, but it's a good best practice. 6. Set up proper closed-loop environment to allow for CO2 enrichment. 7. Set up a clone environment before you get to flower. Oops. Things I was happy with: 1. VPD control system (heat, humidity) during veg and early flower worked flawlessly. Never any nute burn, and super healthy plants. 2. Sterilized soil and grow-room before starting - never had a single bug or any mold/mildew issues. Used a MERV 13 filter on the air intake, exhaust through carbon to crawlspace. 3. Coco/perlite mix - super drainage, low build-up, very healthy roots. 4. Power meter - neat way to measure what's really going into the grow, so when your wife complains about power usage, you can show her the real numbers. 5. Photone app on Android S20 - Knew where my PPFD was for optimal growth control. 6. REX-C100 PID controller for toaster oven - super tight temperature control comes in handy for decarbing as well as toasting oak for moonshine.

Base nutrients were reduced and PK 13/14 increased. So far she seems to take the change well. The buds keep swelling and are already rock-hard.

All three are looking great, with the #1 pheno having the darkest green coloration and super tight node spacing, and the #2 which is looking super healthy, with much wider node spacing. The #3's color is not yet where I'd like to see it, but it has been steadily improving over time. Their feedings of Plagron nutrients continue three times daily and I'm monitoring the reservoir before each, adjusting the nutrient level to 650-700ppm @ 5.9-6.2 ph. The tent environment has remained dialed in with the VPD averaging 1.40kpa over the last seven days. 10/24- Today I drained, cleaned and flushed the AirCube reservoir and 'brain bucket', then filled it with 70L of 74℉ well water. After filling I added the Plagron nutrients separately and also began adding in Plagron Royal Rush. The Tropicana Cookies are responding well to the feeding schedule, and are also tolerating the increased light output which I now have set to 80% along with setting the co2 levels to 1100-1400ppm. 10/26- The #1 pheno has some huge shade leaves that are blocking her side branches, and are an absolute bitch to keep tucked out of the way. I'm contemplating removing a few to allow the side branches more light so that they'll be able to grow out. Today I added 1/2 tsp. of Yucca Extract to the reservoir which will aid in feeding by acting as a surfactant, increasing the wetting ability of the solution. I am continuing the feedings of Plagron nutrients three times daily, and I'm monitoring the reservoir before each, adjusting the nutrient level to 650-700ppm @ 5.9-6.2 ph. The solution temperature is maintaining a steady 73-75℉. As a side note; as the weather gets colder I may install a heat mat, controlled by a thermostat, under the reservoir to ensure proper temp's in it. 10/28- There goes another week for the FastBuds Tropicana cookies and they're all shaping up to be beautiful cultivars, with some slight differences between them which makes the grow interesting! Our weather has warmed up the past couple of days. Because of this I've had to lower the light output to 55% in order to keep the tent temp's below 82℉. The Tropicana Cookies are showing zero sign of heat stress so I'm not terribly concerned, especially as the weather will be dramatically cooling off in a day or two. The #2 and #3 pheno's are showing signs of the beginning of flower, ans I went ahead and removed four of the huge shade leaves on the #1 as they were too big to tuck and blocked a ton of light from the side branches. Hopefully now the #1 will start to bush out with all the additional light reaching into the interior of the plant. I'm also continuing to tuck shade leaves daily on all three girls, and have been gently bending down their side branches as well. I upped the nutrient ppm level to 800 with the addition of Plagron's Royal Rush 8-0-0 which will continue in their feeding through flower. I'll also be adding Plagron Green Sensation in another 7-10 days which will also continue through flowering. I hope to see you next week...
