Finished trimming the GSC tonight after a 6 day dry. Buds are very sticky and the jars smell like chocolate chip cookies. Lots of 3.5G+ buds (dry). Dry weight is about 88g of buds and 17g of shake/popcorn. Granddaddy Purple #1 is still drying, GDP #2 came out to about 70 of buds and 20g of popcorn/shake. Planning to make concentrates with the shake and popcorn. Even after no cure, I have sampled both GDP and GSC. GDP is my favorite (but GDP has always been my all time favorite) but GSC smells, looks, and tastes better. Planning to let them cure 8 weeks in Amber Ball 32oz Mason Jars, hoping for good final product. Feel like I didn’t do too bad for a first grow! Learned a lot! Cherry Pie & Wedding Cake next!

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. Buds are getting denser, stickier and stinkier this week. Defoliated a few leaves from each plant throughout the week. Watered every 2 days with a 1/4 gallon to each. They got a mild compost tea beginning of the week to boost the microbial life and their final top dress towards the end of the week. I harvested when go began to see some amber trichomes, the plant grew very well, the maturation of trichomes was quite slow. The buds are nice and full bodied and the scent is very sweet and pleasant, reminiscent of gesolmino and strawberry bubblegum.

LST went good the plant is growing ervery day for 1-2 cm I am very happy with the products used.Until now i didnt run in any issue :) Starting to give a little more Water.

Day 14: Hi all. The Fast Buds babies are proving themselves worthy. They are now on around node 3/4 and happy and upright. Leaves are looking nice and healthy with a flat appearance so no issues so far. They have taken to the pots well and I am watering from the outside edge to encourage the roots to spread out in the pots wider before they set up for flowering. The Mexican airline looks very indica compared to the other two already with her chubby fan leaves forming. I have given them a feed with Mega crop too now to get the leaves to their best green for photosynthesis the way only MC can. lol Until next time be safe and well

She came out amazing. Super frosty. I got exactly 2 ounce off of her I wish I vegged her out a few more weeks and got a few more branches. Every still branch was stacked! I love useing this site really helps me keep track of my grow and what I’ve done!

Germination week is to me the most stressful. Will the seeds sprout or nah, will they love they're conditions or nah. I hate this week but I'm hoping Growers Choice won't fail me again. Last time I was 3 for 3 with all 3 germinating but one got too cold and literally popped. Hoping that a temp between 75-80f will be adequate this time. So here's a day 4 update - all 3 seeds have sprouted a taproot. BB1 was the first one to come out and say whazzup BB2 was soon after. BB3 I had to investigate and found the tap root was growing towards the surface so I very carefully turned it over and placed it taproot down lol. We should see her emerge within 24hrs. I am adding maybe 1/2oz of water to BB1 and BB2 as the rest of the medium is pretty dry and the peat moss dries out pretty quickly because of it. Update day 5 - BB3 has successfully sprouted. I'm maintaining higher rh levels and have started to sub irrigate to encourage downward root growth. Final day update - all three girls are out and starting their early growth stages. Pheno 3 is a strange case here... I had to separate the peat moss to extract the taproot exposed seed and turn her over. Thankfully she handled it just fine but is also a bit deeper into the medium I hope this won't be a problem later in the early growth stages.

The 7th week started. Based on the Breeder's description it is supposed to be the final week for The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe so it should be ready to harvest. It is my first grow but I can say it needs a minimum of 2 weeks to be ready. I think 10 weeks at least. I have checked another diary with the same strain and it took 10-12 weeks to be finished. I placed the Purple Punch 38 hours Darkness so from now I will give 14 hours darkness and 10 hours light schedule to start flowering. They are in the same tent so I take out in the morning to be in darkness, and put back at night. I did reset the timers. Water: 125 ml 2x daily each plant so altogether 250ml a day for 2 plants. I raise up every week with 50 ml a week per plant. Fertilization the same amount of water the same acacia honey around 2 big spoons and bat guano 1 teaspoon per 1-liter water and I fertilize it 3 times a week every second day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, plus one-half day like on Saturday once. So from today (Thursday), I started forcing the feminized strain Purple Punch to flower also after 45 days from germination. This week not too much things to say. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe stopped growing just added an extra 5 cm to its height. Hopefully it focuses on the bigger buds creation. Purple Punch grew an extra 2 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 37 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70cm.

Let’s Go Day day 61 from seed !!! This week went real well! As you can see all these girls are starting to stack very well! Everything is pretty much the same, we have switched to fully bloom an these ladies are just Looking super healthy , we are getting a nice smell of grapes on these Ogreberrys ! Bruce Banner is packing crystals like a Mofo too an super stanky , all very happy about this run ! Still got a nice few more weeks of bloom to go let’s watch em stack !
