Our green sprinter is charging through her ninth week of flowering, and oh my, the acceleration is breathtaking! She's growing at an astonishing speed, embracing her full potential. The Autopot system remains the orchestrator, providing her with a nutrient symphony that propels her towards the grand finale. It's like the final act of a botanical masterpiece. In response to the swift growth, a tactical adjustment is in play. I've cut back on nitrogen (P-Boost) and increased potassium (K-Boost). Picture it like fine-tuning a racing car for the last lap. Nitrogen, essential for vegetative growth, takes a backseat as potassium takes the wheel. Why? Because potassium is a key player in the flowering game, boosting bud development, enhancing taste, and improving overall quality. It's like switching gears for a turbocharged bloom. The trichomes are stealing the show! Their numbers are skyrocketing, covering every inch of our Big Cheese Auto like a blanket of shimmering diamonds. It's like a botanical galaxy forming right before our eyes. The visual spectacle is not just mesmerizing; it's a testament to the plant's potency and readiness for harvest. Ah, the unmistakable scent of cheese is now an aromatic symphony that fills the air. Each day, it becomes more robust, like a crescendo building up to the grand finale. The olfactory journey is now at its peak, promising a flavor profile that will linger in the memory. Our TDS remains robust at 390, and the pH orchestrates a harmonious melody at 6.0. The Autopot and the nutrient adjustments are now conducting a final symphony, ensuring every element harmonizes for the best possible finish. The final grooming session is in progress. The leaf-bending ballet continues, creating an even canopy that bathes in the natural light. Defoliation is like the last-minute touch-ups before the grand performance. Our Super Boof has recently flowered and, although it will not be gigantic, we are willing to bet that it will be beautiful and delicious. ** Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find the plant worked with the main lining, it reacted quite well but is not very suitable for this technique. Maybe a repeated topping on this plant is better. Week 4 - It’s Friday again, and that means it's update day! Another week has passed, and as usual, there's plenty to report. A lot has happened, and once again, I’m bringing you along on my journey as a total beginner in the world of growing. Every week is a new learning experience, and I’m excited to share what’s been going on in the tent as my Amnesia Zkittlez and Gorilla Cookies continue to grow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Growing Parameters -Humidity: 43-55% -VPD: Max 1.4 -Airflow: Always active at level 1, auto-adjusts when needed -Day Temperature: 25-26°C -Night Temperature: 22°C -Light Cycle: 20 hours light / 4 hours dark -Lamp: IONBOARD S24 from AC Infinity (240W) Watering Schedule: -Day 24: 1 liter -Day 26: 1 liter -Nutrients are applied with every watering Light Adjustments: -Light distance now at 50 cm -Intensity increased to level 10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Growth Update The most noticeable change this week has been the incredible growth of the plants. I’ve uploaded some new photos for everyone to see, and it’s amazing how much they’ve shot up compared to last week. The differences in growth behavior between the Amnesia Zkittlez and Gorilla Cookies are becoming even more pronounced. The Amnesia Zkittlez has more than doubled in height since last week, shooting up and stretching outward. Meanwhile, the Gorilla Cookies hasn’t grown as much in height, but it has become noticeably rounder and bushier, almost like a pufferfish. It's fascinating to watch these plants develop in such different ways. While the Zkittlez focuses on vertical growth, the Gorilla Cookies is spreading out horizontally, forming a dense, compact structure. All around the plant, small flower sites are emerging, extending from within the plant and beginning to take shape. This difference in growth styles really highlights the unique characteristics of each strain, and I’m excited to see how they continue to evolve. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Training: LST and Defoliation This week, I’ve also focused heavily on training the plants using Low-Stress Training (LST) and some selective defoliation to optimize light exposure and encourage better growth. I applied LST more aggressively over the past few days, using clips to gently bend the stems of individual branches outward, almost to a 90-degree angle. This technique has helped the plants spread out horizontally, allowing more light to reach the inner and lower branches. I’ve been adjusting the clips nearly every day to refine the structure and ensure that the light penetrates deeper into the canopy. The goal is to encourage outward growth and create more space for the lower branches to thrive. In addition to LST, I began selectively removing leaves. I started with the first set of fan leaves, followed by leaves growing inward toward the plant’s center. These were either shading promising bud sites or simply not contributing to the plant’s energy needs. I’ve also removed the lower bud sites, which likely wouldn’t have developed into anything substantial. This way, the plants can focus their energy on the more promising, higher-up buds that are receiving better light. Throughout the defoliation process, I’ve been careful not to remove too many leaves at once. I’ve only taken off leaves that were either blocking key bud sites or were small and shaded, ensuring that the plant still has enough foliage to continue its healthy growth. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nutrients and Watering Routine There haven't been any changes in my nutrient schedule or the way I water the plants this week. I’m still using the same BioBizz nutrients at the recommended dosages with each watering, and the watering process itself remains unchanged. Each plant receives a consistent 1 liter of water every couple of days, and so far, the plants are responding well. However, based on some recommendations I’ve received, I’m planning to introduce CalMag from BioBizz into my watering routine over the course of the next week. This will help ensure that the plants have enough calcium and magnesium, which are essential for strong cell structure and nutrient uptake, especially as we move further into the flowering phase. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Personal Reflections and Lessons Learned As I progress through this grow, I’m realizing how much more there is to learn, especially when it comes to managing light exposure and training techniques. It’s been rewarding to see how the plants respond to LST and defoliation, but I’m still figuring out the perfect balance. Every small change seems to make a big difference, and I’m constantly amazed by how quickly these plants adapt. Being a beginner, this process has been both challenging and exciting, and I can’t wait to see how the flowering stage develops. This journey has been a humbling experience, reminding me that growing plants isn’t just about following steps, but also about observing and learning from the plants themselves. Every day brings new insights and challenges, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see these changes reflected in the health and growth of the plants. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looking Ahead In the next week, I’ll continue to monitor the pre-flowering phase closely. I expect the water and nutrient demands to increase even more as the plants transition into full flowering, so I’m preparing to increase the watering amount to 1.2 liters per plant soon. I’ll also be keeping an eye on the structure of the plants, especially the differences between the Gorilla Cookies and Amnesia Zkittlez. I may begin defoliating some of the lower leaves to give the plants more room to breathe and allow light to penetrate deeper into the canopy. There’s a lot of excitement ahead as the flowering phase approaches, and I’m eager to see how the plants respond to these new stages of growth. All the plants are absolutely covered in trichomes right now ❄️🌿 It’s getting exciting! RS11 — One of the phenos seems to be a fast one ⏳🔥. The buds are already chunky and it really looks like it will finish earlier than the rest. Another RS11 shows classic sativa traits — small buds, spaced out, but wow… trichomes everywhere 😳✨ Monkey Grease — No drama, no stress. This one has been on autopilot from day one 🚀🙌. Looks like it will be one of the first to finish! Cherry Dream — Recovery in progress and it’s showing 🌱💧. The buds are turning back to a healthy green and they’re swelling nicely now. Seems like that mini flush did the trick. Amnesi-K Lemon — I’m pretty sure I’m going to love this strain 🍋💚. The buds are fattening beautifully and look super juicy. Apple and Bananas — Especially one of the two plants is showing amazing structure and frost 🍎🍌✨. Everything is moving strong and steady. If I had to guess which plants will finish first… it’s probably Monkey Grease and one of the RS11 phenos 🥇✂️🔥

Damnnnn this was so nice im going to grow it twice 😂 Day 1-26/04/22 I’ve placed 22 of the 25 seeds in glass of water for 24hours!!!!! - Day 2-27/04/22 seed been placed on wet paper towel!!!! - Day 3-28/04/22 most of them have popped gonna start putting them in soil today and tomorrow. - Day 6-01/05/22 nearly all of them have popped out the soil 20 of the 22 so hopefully the other two are out by tomorrow!!! - Day 7-02/04/22 everything looking good will start giving them abit of root juice tomorrow 21 of the 22 are out. 1 is still behind we will see if ur comes out tomorrow!!!!

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Ok, so photos are finally in flower, autos will have to do with 12/12 till finish. A batch of 15 more photos is brewing outside the main door, all primo. Plan is to veg em out there for 4 weeks and then in the flower room. Will fill in missing spots with more autos and then a late auto run as batch 2 of photos finishes. Will get my 7 lbs or so @peakyplanters - slide in my dms

Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). It was poured this week 1 time with 0.2 l because the roots are from clones should only spread in the substrate. (For nutrients see table above) The fact that the lady gets a very long time in the veggie phase I started topping for the first time today after taking the pictures. in the coming weeks LST and will certainly be used topping a few times. Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. esta semana seguimos doblando y podando alguna que otra ramita . Al parecer la nº1 ,la Triploide (tres ramas mismo nudo), que pasó a ser diploide (dos ramas mismo nudo) después de podar el primer apical parece ser que ha vuelto a Triploide y esto podria dificultar las otras dos ramas que van más avanzadas por lo que me decidí por cortar y así que siga diploide. A los 40 dias volví a podar los segundos nudos de cada rama dejándolas ahora si listas para pasar a floración en un par o tres de dias. más un agarre de las ramas a las macetas y así ir deshaciéndome de los dobladores , estos estan quedando pequeños. A los 41 dias me dió por cambiar de posición la nº2 y ponerla en el lugar de la nº1, la triploide. La nº2 está creciendo algo más vigorosa que las otras dos y la nº1 va por el camino de quedarse algo más enana. La nº3 seria un intermedio.

La semana fue realmente bien, las hojas ya estan en sus ultimos dias, amarillas y con poca fuerza. Los cogollos muy densos y gandes llenos de resina con un olor muy dulce y potente. Estoy deseando cortar esta variedad ya que probablemente corte la semana que viene 👌🔥
