Jour 69: Installation de la Mars Hydro TSW2000 et rempotage de 6l a 11l

And here we are at our Zamnesia harvests, Northern Lights 1 - Born on 01.09.2024 - Harvested on 14.11.2024 precisely ten weeks and 4 days of life on this earth. ATTENTION - The other plant was harvested and documented in the previous week, for convenience and to better distinguish them at harvest time I divide them for you. Even though we are growers in our small intensive it is always a little displeasure to prune these masterpieces of nature and cannabis breeding but on the other hand the purpose for which it produced these buds full of resin is noble and if it remained there for a long time it would not come to a good end, so without further ado it is harvested. We evaluated the harvest because the flowers seemed to have been ripe for a while, very mature pistils, rock flowers that seemed ready for about a week but I still flushed for the best possible result in terms of organoleptic cleanliness of the flower. Pistils ripe at 80-90% and trichomes mostly clody, quite a bit amber and in the violet shades of the leaves reddish and violet gorgeous, really a beautiful show of trichomes. The scent is truly wonderful at the time of harvest I could not distinguish it well then slowly something sweet and fruity mixed with spicy came out a mix that always intoxicates me. The results in terms of quantity are not bad at all we will be around 30-40 the first one already harvested and 50-60 this one. We are very happy to be on Zamnesia's side and to show you what work they are doing with breeding. Soil - The plant was grown with the 100% organic Plagron Promix soil, which I really appreciated for its fantastic absorption coefficient and for an airiness that would not even require perlite, which I added in some cases. Hi guys So we are on day 42 from switch so going into week 7 now, these are a 45-50 day flowering plant, I will be using a ripner for the next 10 days then give it a final flush of just water at ph 6.2. So there starting there fade now on some of the leaves and the buds are are fattening up. There really really sticky and covered in trichomes. I'm really looking forward to the end result. Temps and humidity are all good I took a few leafs off that was blocking buds but other than that its been a normal week. I'm not sure whether to just flush with alternating water and molasses or to use a ripner on it???? Buds are swealing and really sticky, smell really sweet now. Humidity and room temps are consistent to where I want them, no signs of powdery mildew or rot of any sort. Hello all and welcome to the much anticipated beginning of vegetation for these five Epsilon F1 Autos from Royal Queen Seeds. Allow me to introduce Ally, Normani, Lauren, Dinah, and Camila. All five girls have pushed put their 2nd node (3 fingers) and node 3 is on the way out. I expect all five girls to take off from here, and so the next seven days are going to be big. I will start fertigation today. For comparison purposes the Day 1 here means Day 1 of veg. For Ally, Normani, and Lauren this is day 11 since breaking ground, for Dinah day 10, and for Camila it is day 9. For the rest of this grow I will increment days from here but it's really easy to work out days since breaking ground as it is a simple matter of day + 10, 9, or 8 respectively. Day 1: Fertigated 2l. Day 2: Right ok. Can you actually believe this response in 24h? The poor girls were STARVING. Wow look at the change in color! Wow look at the growth!! Ally is most advanced, Camila least. It is fascinating so see them develop! They are growing faster and faster now. So let us talk about the elephant in the room a little bit. Phenotypes. At the moment there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that this crop will be anything other than uniform. Nevertheless there are some clear differences in some of the girls. So let's have a look shall we: Ally (center), Normani (closest to the middle purple basil), and Lauren (opposite side to Normani): These three girls are not quite identical, but it is a pretty challenging game of spot the difference. Dinah: Okay so Dinah is coming in noticeably darker than her sisters, with a little more tendency to claw, and with quite a bit larger and more angular serrations. Her first leaves are also a different shape. Camila: Little Camila had a twin, but I killed her with some overzealous tweezing before I realised what I had. She came in with only one cotyledon, and she came in last. Her first leaves are quite different to the rest of Fifth Harmony. She is also showing slighty more narrow leaves. She is lastly also very slightly more pale than her sisters. Are these phenotype differences? I mean in terms of the environment, feeding, watering, substrate, temperature, light, airflow... well these girls are all in the same pot, so unless I am particularly haphazard in my mixing and fertigation (which I can assure you I am not) I do not think it likely that these ladies have significant enough environmental difference to account for these quite clear visual differences. I am absolutely fascinated to continue to witness this, and it has only now occurred to me what a great privilege it is to be able to grow the world first F1 cannabis hybrids, and what an astounding honor to be one of the very first hobby growers to do so! The fact that RQS made this happen by not only supplying the seeds and other merch and goodies, but also sending expedited international shipping so as to fit within my arbitrary timescales is almost unbelievable. When these guys (on their website) say that it is their belief and mission to forge the path to worldwide legalisation, they are not hollow corporate whispers, it is their core of being. Cannabis everywhere is truly blessed to have such a worthy and proactive ambassador. Bravo RQS! I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 3: Well look at this growth again!! These ladies have responded to feeding really well. Fertigated 3l. Day 4: Growth is accelerating fast, these ladies will be ready for their first training soon. I am starting to formulate an idea what to do. I am thinking of topping Ally and LST on the rest. Day 6: Fertigated 3l. Ladies growing fast now. Will soon be time to start training. However! The secondary nodes are developing strongly. Hmmm Day 7: Fertigated 3l. Defoliated the three fingered leaves from Ally and tucked the five fingered under other plants. End if week summary: Well when they said "hybrid vigour" they were not joking. Look at day 1 and day 7 side by side after approx 6 days into veg growth. Wow.

todo muy bien! esperando paciente el desarrollo de los cogollos, conociendo y viendo los puntos de maduracion asi como la fertilizacion ajustando a su maximo que creemos posible para incentivar que los cogollos engorden, ahora en adelante les hare segumiento de la grande principalmente, que es la que cumple con la edad del diario, ya que las otras como se explico en un principio venian recien cultivadas por eso tienen un par de semanas de retraso , tambien hay una hermafrodita, que al detectar como comentamos semanas anteriores aplicamos al tecnica vista de un cultivador mexicano, consistia en romper los brotes de machos las pelotas con el fin de que no vuelvan a salir, dejando solo los pelos estigmas de las hermbras, si bien el cogollo queda maltratado, al parecer se detiene el crecimiento, asi que estamos viendo como rinde ese experimento.

I don’t why is that. It is supposed to be 8-9 week strain. But it is very slow. At week 7 of flower it is barely in the bulking stage. All 3 also did not grew much vertically. Maybe they didn’t like the high plant count I ve had this run or high humidity in the beginning but the other strains seems to be ok. I have all 3 cloned and maybe will give the best of them another shot.

The "Gelato" grows in a very particular way, an irregular bush with the right brunches in the right place, we have also patched the sides and placed something dirty in the regrown central.

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Feels still a bit unreal, but it’s real! Thank you for reading my diary! Thanks to all the people who worked on legalizing cannabis in Germany, especially to the „Deutscher Hanfverband (DHV)“! I will give more updates and write a vape report after curing several weeks. Maybe with some Tropicana Cookies baked in Comfreys garden kitchen.

The Blue Dream has recovered somewhat this week. The Moby Dick became more and more yellowish over the week, probably due to magnesium. I have uploaded some pictures of the leaves, perhaps someone might like to comment on their suspicions, without wanting to influence my guess. I don't know to what effect this will have on the harvest, but the buds continue to grow.

The plants are now putting all their energy into bud production, and it’s really starting to show!🌱 Both are developing bigger and bigger buds, and the smell is becoming more intense every day. #2 has an insanely large main bud, completely covered in trichomes. The aroma is very hazy, deep, and complex. it’s going to be interesting to see how it develops in the coming weeks. #1, on the other hand, continues to impress with its tropical, sweet, and pineapple-like scent, and its buds are also swelling up beautifully! Everything is going exactly as it should—excited to see how much more they’ll bulk up in the next weeks!💚

Day 84 from seed Each auto is in different flowering weeks So post is sorta confusing as my first diary Sorry! Everything seems to be doing good. Just been feeding water since last update. I will have new lights soon 4800 evo from mars hydro 2024 version planning to harvest the GDP before switching the lights out. Day 87 swapped the light to the mars hydro 4800 evo 2024 model running 40-50 percent 12-20 inch from cannopies adjusting them slowly to new light and much higher pffd than before

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Wao. Well, all good hopefully they will stop growing soon but the strech is not that much thanks for the trainings such as topping and LST.... Pistils are started appearing so they she the sex I think one more week to go and they will settle down concentrating on bud development. What to say every 2nd day is fertilization with the mix and ratio above now we are waiting. Anything else? Well just look atbthe pictures and decide what you think. I am pretty sure they look cool LOL. This Gleato Zamnesia is very promising I really like the smell already she is nice but all of them I mean I am in love with all so. Kalinia Asia is nice and I am so excited for the Sweed Seeds ones the red girls OMG :)

Week 6 of flower: Things are looking up. The Red hot Cookies and the Lemon orange are ripening up. The mimosa x orange punch is starting at beef up a bit. 5.8-6.0 pH 440-380ppm 68-65F water temp 72 F tent temp 45% RH

Day 70!!!! Girl, she looks amazing, this week I removed some leaves to give her a lot of energy for the flowers:) the girl drinks every 2 days, next watering I will probably give her the last water with biobizz fertilizer, next week, I'm going on a short vacation (5 days) I will ask my friend to come and water her, but it will only be clean water 6.3ph:) probably when I get back, it will already be harvest week:).

Week 9 - both gorilla ladies growing healthy and getting fat 9L Pot the bud is getting fat and frosty 12 Pot buds are now stretching and getting some frost

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.
