Officially week 7 Dec 31: Came back a week later to very heavy pots, needed 36 hour drying period, not happy, smaller plant has tips of leaves curling down, some like taco, dryed out the pots and went back to normal conservative feeding, need to fine tune the auto irrigation setup before I use it again for sure. All in all, nothing crazy happened. Really cool to see a plant be small, but way bigger after a week of vacation. First grow seems to be going pretty good! PS: I think my hygrometer is broken, saying 85-100% RA even when I significantly improve airflow and it doesn't seem anywhere near that. Gonna do the salt paste test on the hygrometer . Jan 1: I recalibrated my hygrometer and it’s working great, weird leaf curling of smaller plant still happening but seems to be improving, big plant is frosty and fat for week 7, seems to be at same stage in development as smaller plant but the pheno is beautiful.

I have increased the watering quantity to 10 litres as the soil dries out too quickly. Unfortunately, my nettle slurry has now been used up. The stem is now 3cm wide. See you next week ✌️

Day 59 since seed touched soil. We have first proper sunny day in two month !!!! Thought to top up with PK, but its too early, they barely developed during those 11 days. Still happy with BAM's , #1 is frosty , biggest and in front of everyone. This garden needs good bramble clearing, everything overgrew, only river bank gives them sun possibility. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Aug 24: cool and rainy lately but will warm up again in a couple days. Gorilla Cookies looks really good and is flowering nicely. Very nice strain. Added some soluble seaweed to the water mostly for the K. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Using the far red light like this is known as phyto-forcing and it’s like getting an extra two hours of darkness making a 26 h day. This far north I think it moves flowering up by 3-4 weeks so obviously a huge trick. Easy and cheap if you have daily access at dusk. Aug 26: it’s been a couple of weeks but I figured it was time for a lazy compost tea. I watered with it slightly diluted and the plants look almost immediately greener and more vigorous…amazing actually. 👍👍 Aug 27: this is definitely the fastest flowering of the four. Hopefully it stays sunny for a few more weeks. Thinned out the understory a bit as there were some small branches and bud sites that were not going to do anything. Check out the birds sounds on the first video. The magpies thought I was too close to their nest in the tree or something…they’re usually not quite that annoying. Aug 29: this is a great strain, and the manifold is working its magic.

Day 39: Things are going well. Did add some sticks to support some plants. Because I put many plants per m2, stems and branches are weaker as when only having a few plants per m2. Those will have a nicer expose from the airfans. Because of a compact cantopy,with lots of plants per m2, mine are''lazy'' and don't get much wind. So they didn't invest much in growing thick and having strong branches. There will be no problem with that since they will support each other and I will be using many sticks. - I have to adjust my fans again, they have to be putted higher. - Some plants that I didn't top, stretched alot lol. Might have to find a spot for them together under the same lamp. Might update again at the end of this week if I feel like too. See y'all next week.

Okay. Sorry for the slacking where I slacked here. But here we go. I have one photo when I transplanted to my 8 bucket system. They were very mistreated, left in a cloner with plain water for months. They looked haggard. But after a couple months of tlc. I vegged them back to perfect health and flipped to flower. Not going through the weeks of vegging because honestly it’s the auto pilot part of the grow. I selected this mozzarella out of 3 moms. Now for my first harvest replicated. I started day 0 flower Jan 19th of 23. They were about 12 weeks of veg and stretching to get these where I wanted for my scrog. Mozzarella stays very short. So turning my lights down and spacing far away was necessary to stretch. She is a heavy feeder and rewarded. tolerated ppms of 1400 in the past. No Co2 used. Yet. My lights draw 800w each 2 in a 5x10 tent.
