Starting off week 9 now. Pistols starting to change to amber. Buds still fattening up. Did notice some other plants starting to have a bit of a calcium deficiency as well as the center plant that's been acting up a bit. Added 1 tablespoon of gypsum to 4 out of the 5 plants. Continuing to use just rain water for now. Hopefully in a few more weeks it will be harvest time.

Girl Scout cookies started to get colors and she’s frosty ! Pleasure for the eyes and for the nose ! Definitely love this strain !

There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... I wouldn't make it any other way :) If even ONE of you reading this diary finds it helpful to reference for ANYTHING.....even if its "what not to do" ill consider it a success ! Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She's loaded with flowers that are all beginning to get frosty! 9/6- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet approximately 5 gallons of well water from the garden hose. The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are stacking away and the frost continues to accumulate! 9/8- Today, before watering the Papaya Sherbet, I did some needed plant maintenance, removing a bunch of old dead leaves, along with a handful of shade leaves that were yellow. 9/10- Well with four weeks of flower behind her now, the Papaya Sherbet photo is almost halfway through with another 5-6 weeks to go. Hello Diary. The third week of flowering and a total of six weeks is behind us. 💪 Hulkberries grow nicely, the flowers get bigger and bigger, full of trichomes. Hulkberry # 1 is more branched than the others and it seems to me that it also has more flowers so it will definitely give a higher yield. 😋 Even though I did a little defoliation last week there is still a big jungle on my little farm. Their roommate Green Gelato is in the middle between them and seems small compared to the Hulkberries, which definitely dominate in size. The Hulkberry # 2 has reached a height of 115cm and it is just above the maximum that my farm can allow given the height. It doesn’t look like it’s going to grow any more which is a big relief. That's why I had to adjust the light to them so that the Gelato is further away from the light than it should be. But unfortunately I can’t do otherwise, I hope it doesn’t affect him too much. What is a little worrying is the humidity in the air which is higher than I would like, I put two circular fans and a large exhaust fan I put on maximum, but the humidity doesn’t drop. The temperature is also high in the box, hovering around 28 degrees but sometimes rising to 29 degrees or even more, but the plants are genetically predisposed to a warmer climate so hopefully by the end everything will be fine. Although I have already mentioned this, my farm is in a small room in the apartment, and the weather conditions outside also affect the conditions in that small room. Given this hot summer and heavy rains, it’s no wonder the climate in the box. Let’s take a look at what this week looked like. 24/07/2020 - Day 36. Watering. This time I only added CalMag from GHE, I didn’t add BioBizz harn. I still regulated the water at p.H 6.5 with Plagron’s, Lemon Kick. Each time I prepare 7 lit. water and with that I water all three plants evenly. 28/07/2020 - Day 40. Watering. In 7 lit. water I added BioBizz and adjusted p.H to 6.5. As for BioBizz, I’ve added the full palette scheduled for Week 6. 30/07/2020 - Day 42. Photography and Watering. Given the height, it’s hard for me now to take the plants out of the box to take satisfying photos, so I didn’t paint them on a black background this week. After the photo shoot, I watered the plants with the addition of BioBizz. Hulkberry Auto # 1 - Day 35. - 99cm Hulkberry Auto # 2 - Day 35. - 115cm That's all for this week. See you soon.

Il cultivo sta andando bene per fortuna le piante sono sane a parte qualche foglia secca in basso ma per quel poco che le ho seguite sono molto contento 🙃 Questa settimana ho aggiunto bio Bloom di Green house feeding ( nuova linea di fertilizzanti GHSC ) E sembrano andare alla grande con un ec 1900 Insieme uso fertilizzanti Atami soil bicomponente A/B che funziona benissimo ora che ho capito le dosi per ogni pianta 😝 Spero di riuscire ad aggiornare anche io resto ma sono molto impegnato e pieno di lavoro ragazzi quindi chiedo scusa ma state tranquilli che le piante saranno sempre al sicuro!!!! 😃💯🤩🌱✋😶‍🌫️

High GD community, Week 8, Sweet Thai doing fine, but trips got to her 2, like all other plants, and now its waiting for the predatory bugs to arrive and do their thing. I think the best way ist to wait for the bugs to arrive, get them at work for minimum 2 says and only at that time, ill switch to 13/11. If everything comes on time, maybe thursday, but friday should be the goal. Ive ordered 100 bugs, needing 5 to 10 at each plant, so it will just fit the needs. When the trips invasion is defeated, the bugs need pollen to survive, so the small flowers in the plantmix is a plus for that. They really started to bush up this week. I upped the water from 26oz to a half gallon for plant A and B. They all responded to almost twice as much water as usual. I was worried of over watering. So really being able to feel the pot weight is super tricky. No real issues but humidity. I’m still sticking with LST on plant B and letting plant A ride! Also I’m staying on the planned NUTE schedule. Stay lifted

Reagisce benissimo allo stress, anche se non sono stato aggressivo, ma è davvero un piacere provare questa cultivar, ogni giorno che passa sono sempre più soddisfatto 🙏🏽💚

Hopefully I haven't left it too late to fix, added nitrogen fertiliser (liquid) 1ml/1ltr with their nutrient mix, waiting a few days to see if they get back that lovely green colour again, probably should of left the damaged leaves on until I see healthy new growth but I cut a few of the worst looking ones at the bottom.

So it does not reflect the reality. Who am i ? until last november i have always grown hydro for a little over 11 years. But growing started to look more and more like work because i was more busy with programming my controllers for the ph / humidity / lights / co2 / temperature. Also the realization that i have 2 children and my own house made me nervous for the authorities because where i live growing is not allowed. So i decided to grow smaller where i previously had 200x180x200 space i opted for 70x70x160 with the result that i can only grow 1 strain at a time. The intention is to remain self-sufficient in this way and still be able to exchange or give away something here and there at a party. Although I am sponsored I will not be able to grow every strain because not every strain can deliver the result I need to remain self-sufficient. If you know of an auto strain or photo strain that takes at least 11 to 15 weeks I would like to know so that I can grow it in the future and of course I will try to set a record for that grown strain. Because during the 4 grows that I can do per year I can only try to achieve a record since I cannot show you multiple strains at once. They are gaming weight on buds nicely as well. Aroma OMG I am sensing ripe sweet fruits, a bit woody and gasy. The Day it's just around the corner. 05/10 Day 74 Last watering, in the morning approx. 1.5l per pot. At midnight lights out for good. 06/10 Day 75 Uploaded 2 clips from last night. Trichomes are on point. Some buds 50-70% amber and they did gained some weight overnight. Just one more night of darkness and will harvest! 😎 07/10 Day 76 It's done!!! Harvested and trimmed.
