Beautiful week of growth, caught up with the progress photos compared to last year at this time 💪🏽🙏🏽 We’ve started to blast past the pepper plants now, it only took 2 weeks! Since we’re into the beginning of flower we’ll be adding in the Advanced Nutrients this week to boost flavor and bud formation. Got the hay laid down as you can see and the medium to heavy rains this week are making my job of hand watering this whole garden way easier. Did some defoliation on the lower fan leaves and any early low bud formations that looked like they might not amount to much in the end. So excited to keep sharing photos of how they all progress! By end of week was watering every other day with about 300 ml/plant and adjusting PH to between 6.0-7.0. Turned on the SF-1000 QB this week.

Week 5 At the beginning of the week I set up and tested auto-pot system for 2 plants using the same reservoir of feed water. All connections work fine with no leaks, the floats are free moving and work as intended, I have air pumping into the reservoir and all connections are good there as well. I used black tubing for the feed lines and placed towels over he reservoirs to block out light from the water in the system. After all checks were made, I placed the plants in the pots and turned the system on. At the end of the week I had 3 new nodes of growth since the last topping, so I topped for the third time (4 cuts this week on the 4 set from last week and also removed the lowest). I now have 8 colas set. Feed this week was 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 360ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and 40ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe above). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to all feeds and ph balance this week was for 6.3. Next week will consist of training the colas to go where I want them to. I plan to train 6 to the outer ring and 2 to the inner ring. Once I have enough new growth I will set the tomato rings and possibly start wire training. Feed will increase in total ppm and bloom mix and I plan to reduce ph to the 5.8 range slowly, so about 6.1 this week and 5.9 next before flip on week 9.

Hello, Day 77, Flower Phase , PGK, Final weeks of flower phase ongoing, Plant starting change color some leaves I can see some purple colors and mostly yellowish color. Trichomes still slightly cloudy and buds looks grate, smells also like tropical Mango ))) Temp is ok and TH also good at 65% these days. Thanks. End of week 6, start of week 7 now, going to be flipping today, all the plants are very healthy, deep green with no signs of any issues, the net is mostly filled out and should hopefully get near full coverage by continued tucking through nthe stretch period. The food has been switched to base nutrients better suited for flower, will be using big bud and overdrive from the advanced line. Wish me look on the next phase 😀

Ho sistemato LST giornalmente perché continuano a crearsi nuove ramificazioni e gemme ovunque. Sto irrigando con 0.5L di acqua ogni giorno, ma credo dovrò passare a 1lt perché l’assorbe subito. Giorno 35 - l’apicale si é spezzato al 50% ho provveduto subito a mettergli del nastro di carta intorno e fargli un sostegno sotto per reggerlo nella sua posizione. Immagino che ora se dovesse sopravvivere avrà un blocco di qualche giorno. *Giorno 35 h.20.30 dopo solamente 6 ore l’apicale ha iniziato ad alzarsi da solo staccandosi dal sostegno, assurdo!

Lovely big chunky lady. 80ccm across colas that are thick as a babies arm.. and a delightfully zesty sweet smell when she wobbles in the breeze. My queen this run for sure. Such an imposing girl... Feeds are down to 1.6ec as I remove the more pk from her diet. She just gets greenbuzz nutrients organic bloom for the duration now. Lights are at 60% giving 1100umols average across the canopy. 1/9 Both finally transplanted to 7gal Fabric pots. Plant 2 is doing really well, no stopping her now!! Plant 1 is doing slightly better than she was, going to give a slight defoliation over the coming week and hope she picks up. 2/9 plant 1 is slowly getting her shit together I think, I'm going to leave her be as much as I can this week. Plant 2 is doing me proud, recovered well after transplant/topping I'm going to continue training her as I see fit. 3/9 #2 has been fed today, nothing for #1. #1 is slowly getting there now, #2 is still going strong as ever💪 I think I may take a few clones off her soon 4/9 been noticing a few wet patches the past couple of days, had a biting a trim and will continue to do so as needed. Plant 1 is starting to do her thing now too, plant 2 going string as usual. Both have had a little trim ....can't remember if i watered or fed today 😂 5/9 no comment today, tired out 6/9 plant 1 doing well now, shes starting to look quite hungry sevill give her a feed tomorrow of the easy boost 123 combo. Plant 2 doing her thing as usual 💚

Northern Lights is really starting to take off. She's growing so fast, and her leaves are finally getting that deep, dark green color I love. I can almost imagine her soaking up all that beautiful sunlight. I think I'll need to repot her soon, this pot's looking a little cramped. I can't wait to see how big she gets by the end of the summer!

Unfortunately I spotted one bud with bud rot on my gelato plant. I flushed it on day 91 of cycle, day 54 of flowering. Today is day 94 and it seems it has not spread out to any other buds(happy days) .. I am watching it closely everyday and also to see how the trichomes are going.. breeder says 65-70 flowering days to be ready.. let’s see.. if I spot another bud rot I will probably harvest it.. I hope that will not happen.. let’s go

Just defoliating a few leaves here and there plus some lst bending. She's already got a really tropical funk smell really unique so far. Looking good even though the girl next to her is booming. Can't wait to see how the terps end up. Happy growing 🌴

Today is 11/7/18. Watered GDP #1 and bagseed #1 today with nutes....... I am going to post these pics as a reminder for myself and as a leraning tool for anyone that like visuals. I am learning that these babies can be thirst buckets...I was making sure I don't do the newbie mistake of over watering...well, underwateringcan be just as bad. I been watering apprx. every 2 days...but this is what happens when I don't ...they end up frowning and hugging the pots. But I was informed, the smaller the pot, the more frequent I will have to water. They are in 1 gallon pots...The roots are not visible through drain holes; therefore, I haven't transplanted into 2/3 gallons. Today is 11/8/18, I decided I will be transplanting GDP #1 and Bagseed #1 into 2 gallon pots. They did fully recover from dehydration. GDP#2 will remain in the 1 gallon pot for a lil while unless roots start appearing through drain holes. This plant has been tempermental from day 1. I don't understand why one side of the plant responds well to any training I have done (lst, manifold, topping, etc): howerever, the other side seems to have problems and take awhile to recover. It was suggested to throw it away long ago....I am a new grower and I felt I should keep it as a plant I can LEARN from, which I have learned a great deal. Today is 11/9/18. watered thoroughly because I didnt when I transplanted. Defoliated Bagseed #2. Today was photo day. Today is 11/11/18, I did a moderate defoliation. Today is 11/12/18, watered w/nutes only. Today is 11/14/18, watered with cal-mag only. Today will water with nutes and after tonights lights end their 18 hour light cycle, 12/12 will begin.
