12/8 - Here we are at the beginning of week 10. Her buds are starting to frost up and she is definitely bulking up more than her sister, but her sister has a longer projected flowering time-frame (Heavy Sativa vs Indica). Anyways, did some minor pruning for airflow optimization and to remove some unhappy leaves from her undergrowth. They weren't yellow, but they weren't getting enough light and it was showing. Haven't done much to her this week other than top her off with Tap every other day. Seems like her feed from last week was on point as her pH and EC were solid as the water level lowered. After her first top-off, her EC started to fall as she ate more (reflected in the lower ec in the res after topping off with tap). Tapered her down to 80% strength as she is moving further along in flower and should hopefully finish sooner than her sister. If she needs a bump in her EC, I may top off with full strength nutes, but I'm going to just wait and see how she responds. Breeder's timeline reflects a ~65 day seed-to-harvest, but I can assure anyone out there growing this strain in DWC that she will not be ready in that time-frame. Currently she is sitting on day 67 and still looks like she has another 2 weeks or more. I grew her in soil before and she was ready pretty darn close to her expected time-frame (~70 days), but this strain responds to DWC differently. She didn't have slow growth or anything; just seems like she will veg longer in hydro than in soil. Not sure why. Thanks for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Happy Growing!

I covered the basket with hydroton pebbles after this pic to prevent light leak into my reservoir. I also buried the rockwool to prevent algae growth. I rinse my clay pebbles with PH treated water to avoid reservoir contamination. The major structural issues is primarily due to the cold temperature of the water in my reservoir. It was hitting -30c temps outside. It took me a minute for it to set in that my reservoir temperature was the culprit. I had a water temperature regulator ordered; in the meantime, she kind suffers slow growth and wilting. DWC tip#2: If your water is cold, get a water warmer; Alternately, you will see if water is too hot, get a water chiller. Both extremes are really something you can’t ignore you should have a solution before germinating your seed.

Sweet mother of god! What a beautiful plant! Now I finally know what it means to grow US genetics. Sherbinskis in collab with Sensi Seeds has made some uniquely beautiful plant. She's dark, almost black, she's extremely good looking, and frankly I didn't expect the plant to look as good as the advertisement photographs but here she is! As beautiful as it can get! I've pushed my photography skills again and god damn, it was worth it. I don't know if any other plant has been this photogenic! The yield is great, as expected from a extra longer veg period. The smell is off the hooks! Please, have a closer look at all the photographs, there are soooooo many gems that should be able to win dozens of contest IN MY OPINION XD PS: Hopefully I'll grab your attention with these bomb ass macro shots!!!!! This week went ok she started expanding her leaves and geting bigger. I'm still feeding her the same amount of nutrients and pH of 6.5 .she has nice purple stripes in the stems which I'm quite pleased about so hopefully she will turn out a nice looking plant. She will be going outside later on this month with a supplemental lighting at the end of the day and maybe flowered towards the end of this year or during the summer . As we approach the end of her cycle as I flush she is just stinking up this place like really amazing, the moon rock buds a super dense and hard I try not to touch her but trust me I'm pleased stay tuned for the harvest 😎.

I think im at the end of the stretch now. Lets see these ladies do their thing! 25 percent increase on bloom nutes and increased the cal mag and floralicious this week. Removed floragrow. I hope to see some serious flower development this week.

Last week really started to PACK on the buds. Really taking off. Just measured the buds to see the week growth. They are all right at 1 1/2" ACROSS. Not vertically. So lets see what the week ends up being. Any guesses? Put em in comments. Ok that's it. No more nutes. She got her last feeding today. Tomorrow I turn her to ph water only and 12/12 hours down from 24 hrs light. 10 days to flush then harvest next Saturday. So it looks as if I may be able to combine my 10 days of flush and my 3 days of darkness by just switching from 24/7 light to a 12/12 schedule. She reacted and pushed out more trichomes in only one night. Interesting Ok so end of week 8 (I know it says 7 but its 8. The germination week counts as week one.) Nothing but 12/12 and a flushing. Will take her next week. Thinking to give her the full 7 days and chop her Saturday. Oh btw the buds are 2 1/4" across now. 3/4 of an inch in a week!
