Week 2 flowering 🚀🚀

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Was having quite a bit of difficulty with leaves yellowing, turning brown, and dying off. Couldn’t figure out what the deal was. Finally I ended up getting the ph up/down kit with the wide range PH tester. Learned that lesson the hard way. Mid way through the week when it was delivered, I put a bit of water through and tested the run off… 4.5 🤦‍♂️ Can’t believe I overlooked this. Used fox farms sledgehammer and added ph up, put water in at about 7.5/8.0 and tested the run off again and ideal ph was attained. Hopefully smooth sailing from here on out.

End of the 3rd week of transition and plants are still lazy as hell getting to flower. There’s minor pistoling but no cotton balls at all. They’re slow all around. We ended up culling down to a 50/50 split of males and females and now it’s just a question of whether or not the females actually flower. We’ll see I guess… still wait’n….

Everything is going good. Some are showing some sort of deficiency . Lowered lights a little bit. Going to start watering every other day. One of the critical thunder autos is like 8 inches tall lol definitely breeding her.

Getting close to that time! Prob just a week or so out letting the trichromes darken up a bit more and going to chop em down! They look amd smell beautiful and I can’t wait to try them!

Day 36: She grew 6cm in the last 24 hours. I started to feed her with Plagron Alga Bloom, today. Day 37: Again, she grew 4 cm, crazy. I removed some foliage underneath the net and arranged the branches in the net. Day 38: She stretched by 3 cm again. I removed the strings for LST and I lollipoped her, today. Day 39: And another 5 cm. I have ordered bigger tent especially a higher tent, otherwise she will grow into the LED. Day 40: And another 5 cm. I moved her to the new tent and applied some LST clips. Day 41: I guess, she likes the new tent and again, she grew 5cm. She really has to stop 😂 Today, I applied some more LST clips and removed some foliage at the bottom. Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Starting to gain a lot of trichomes and I’m loving the purple colors

L odeur se fait plus présente Les differents sites floraux se couvrent de trichromes et commencent a gonfler de jours en jours certaines filles commencent une sénescence précoce. J aurais du ajouter 1 ou 2 G de biobloom a la troisieme semaine de floraison. Ayant des clones des differenets filles je saurais lors d un prochain run comment tirer le meilleur et agir pour chacune d entre

day 2 - week 7 of flower has started and tbh it feels like the flowers are not growing too much at the moment. lets just hope paitience pays out and just continue just as before. she is still being H2O stressed, but not only getting water every other day. if i see her leafs hanging in the day time i also give her a good amount of water so shes not being tortured :) day 5 - got a new LED light today, so no more shitty NDL pics. also i found brown leaf tips on some sugar leafs and i will give her more water now. at least a little. i think it is caused by too much H2O stress. i will keep you updated on that day 7 - day 2 i said it feels like the buds aint grow fast enought, but if i compare todays pictures with last weeks i think she is doing just great! still will have to give her at least 1 or 2 more weeks until i can think about harvesting but she looks good in my opinion! because of H2O stress, she got a little more water now and also the tips are just fine and seem to dont brown out any further.

Day 28- business as usual. May top dress end of this week, not sure. But smells and trichs are setting up and no signs of deficiencies. I probably could push them more but it’s all good for now. Day 30- ditched the trellis and did a heavier defol as the humidity would reach 73 with lights off. See if we can get some better airflow and fatter lowers. No top dress this week
