This week we encountered some problems and we lost a couple of days of growth. It was smooth sailing up to here and maybe a little too smooth. I saw that the buds didn't develop right after the previous post last week. After dropping a question and establishing possible reasons I did some interventions to let the plants recover. I raised the light which was real close and temps were too high. Next to that I watered with just some normal tapwater as I suspected some too low PH. I started ventilating more to disperse the heat a little. These actions seemed to have helped as last couple of days I see some real fattening of the buds. This SP-3000 is real powerful and cant be as close as my previous leds. Again props to Mars Hydro and a big thank you to @MarsHydroLED!! Let's hope we do the last couple of weeks with less stress for all of us! Sorry for not posting any Sunshine posts, I have a Christmas surprise in store for those enjoying the mixed reality shots. ​🌿 Journal de Culture : Mac 1 Autoflower – Semaine 5 ​On continue sur notre lancée. Cette semaine, la Mac 1 a littéralement explosé, montrant que le stretch est maintenant en plein régime. Je la laisse s'exprimer pleinement. ​Un Grand Merci ​Un grand merci à @Mia_BIOTABS et @Mrs_Larimar pour leurs conseils qui portent leurs fruits, ainsi qu'à tous ceux qui suivent cette aventure de près. Votre soutien fait plaisir ! ​Paramètres de Culture & État de la Plante ​Taille : Elle a pris un sacré volume et culmine désormais à 68 cm (+28cm) ​Lumière : la plante prend tellement de vigueur qu'elle se rapproche de la lampe , elle est maintenant à 55 cm de la canopée. ​Climat : Toujours avec 24°C le jour / 21°C la nuit 50% d'humidité. ​Arrosage : Le système Autopot fait tout le travail. La plante reçoit uniquement de l'eau claire avec un pH stable à 6,3. ​Maintenance & Observations ​C'est la semaine du "laisser-faire". Je n'ai touché à rien depuis 7 jours : ​Zéro stress : Pas de défoliation, pas de nouveau palissage. Je la laisse se stabiliser après les manipulations de la semaine dernière. ​Nutrition : Elle vit sur ses réserves et sur ce que les Biotabs libèrent dans le sol. Aucun signe de carence, la couleur est uniforme et éclatante. ​Analyse de la structure ​Le stretch est impressionnant. La plante s'est bien élancée tout en gardant une structure robuste. Comme on peut le voir sur les photos, la canopée commence à se couvrir de pistils blancs de plus en plus denses, marquant l'entrée franche en floraison. ​Les branches secondaires que j'avais écartées avec la ficelle ont bien profité de la lumière et rattrapent joliment la tige principale, créant une belle surface d'exposition. On commence à deviner la future formation des pompons. L 'espacement entre les nœuds est idéal : assez d'espace pour que l'air circule, mais assez serré pour promettre des têtes bien compactes. Elle a une allure de "sapin" parfaitement contrôlée. ​Merci à tous de suivre ce journal ! La plante est en pleine forme, sereine, et commence à préparer ses fleurs sérieusement. Day 71, 19.06.2024 As the new and possibly last week of blooming arrives I am looking at two ladies, that behaved quite well during the last weeks. They grew close and it will be a shame to cut them down in the end. However, what must be done, must be done right? Today there will be the second to last nutrition intake for them. I decided to cut the BioBizz Grow and CalMag completely so they will receive 600ml of 4/4ml (Bloom/TopMax) later today. Also today I saw the first amber trichomes through my pocket microscope. But not enough yet - maybe I will stop feeding nutes after todays "last supper" and start flushing... Day 72, 20.06.2024 No action today. Day 73, 21.06.2024 600ml of water each - no nutes. I think it might be the big finale. I am thinking about harvest next and watching a lot of YouTube about that topic 😂 Day 74, 22.06.2024 No action on the plants but to give them a check up. I finally see the first amber trichomes on both of the plants, woohoo 🙌 Removed 3-5 fan leafs that were starting to get yellow. Time to make up a plan for the harvest I guess! Currently the plan is - to do harvest in 4 days from today in the evening (Wednesday, 26.06. ~1700). - I stop watering immediately - no more soup for you! Maybe I did not do flushing long enough, but my hope is that using organic fertilizer eases the effects - I will not switch off the lights on Monday at 1100 (like usual). Instead I will keep it on until 1700 - then switch them off completely. - 48h later on Wednesday I will harvest I do all this to inflict stress to the ladies. Stress by low water, stress by longer light followed by stress due to no light at all. All this will hopefully lead the plants to 1. produce more trichomes as a defensive reaction and build up bud mass 2. urges the plant to process as much chlorophyll as possible which leads to better taste in the end So much for the plan. Let's see how this turns out. Day 75, 23.06.2024 The good thing about not watering anymore: No action today. But as today would mark the "point of no return" in a way I will double or even triple check for the trichomes. If they are ready, I will commence the plan of not watering and longer lighting tomorrow. If there is doubt I will shift the plan day by day. Aaand here it is: Doubt! After checking the trichomes again I found too much of them clear. I decided to not rush things and thus postpone the harvest for at least 3 days. So today there will be a (late) flush and we will take it from there. Day 76, 24.06.2024 No real action today but to check in trichomes. Erika II has a good number of amber trichomes while Erika I still has too mich clear ones. It's a dilemma. But I will hold on to the plan for now which says: Harvest will be on the weekend (friday presumably)! Day 77, 25.06.2024 Today we reached 30°C outside and it is (finally) getting summer here in germany. This resulted in 28°C inside the tent & it felt good to give the ladies some craved water: ~1000ml went in the pots before the drain started. This was definetly the last drink. Tomorrow the last light cycle will start. Today is tuesday. The plan for harvest is as follows: Wednesday: No action. Thursday: Lights out at 1100. They stay off until the end. Friday: Harvest will begin at around 16:30 after work. Both plants will be harvested & hung up for drying. I am thinking about doing one plant using wet-tim and one plant using dry-trim techniques, just to have the comparison right after the first grow. I guess I need to make up my mind about that...

Day 64

It's week 9 of flower and she's been fed her last bit of nutrients. I'll start flushing with BushDoctor's SledgeHammer 2 tsp a gallon. Then just straight water until the chop :)

Last week went well after I realized that I had the light a tad too close and I had to up cal-mag 1 mL per gallon more. She is showing improvement. It seems that she just had some spotting on some fan leaves as a result of the light being too close. Adjusted the lst ties and other than that, it's been smooth sailing for her. Started giving her big bud during feedings. I am going to say that the next run of this strain will be a good one! Has great potential. Wish I had the light for her to be under by herself from the start, but things happen. I am a believer in the quality of Mars Hydro LED lights and I am going to be using them from now on. I'm going to give her another week or two just to get the tricone a little more amber about less then 5% Plant b is looks healthy and is getting thick I am probably going to give it another 3 week cause alot of tricones are not cloudy about 50 to 60% is cloudy will wait till 90-100% is cloudy

War ein drei Tage nicht daheim und konnte mir den Stretch nur bei Überwachungskamera ansehen. Wurde dennoch überrascht.. Das Netz macht so nicht mehr all zu viel Sinn aber ich lass das so einfach. Muss immer wieder nach und nach ganze Äste abschneiden, um Platz zu machen. Teilweise teilen sich 4 Triebe eine Masche 😅

Vamos actualizar la tercera semana de floración de estas Biscotti de RoyalQueenSeeds. Un SOG que empezó mal pero que se ven con un buen color y avanzan progresivamente, así que a estar atentos. La humedad es perfecta, la temperatura la e podido corregir y ya la tenemos entre 24/25 grados. Añadi la base,Blue line B de Agrobeta. Esta semana añadí tucán, gold joker, silver, tetra 9, beta shark y génesis también de Agrobeta. Estoy controlando el ph está alrededor de 6- 6,5.
