A big week for defoliation and lollipop. It is evident that topping an asymmetrical plant does nothing to create more tops. The 6 Strawberry plants are huge for 7 weeks. Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet. I believe the CO2 Exhale bag makes a difference in the speed of growth and development. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week. I hope to reduce the stretch during the first 2 weeks of flower. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy positions when I go to the beach. Day 43 Flowering: Hi all , hope we are red eyed and contemplating life ?. This week has been another great week for these genetic wonders. lol They have all spent their energy fattening out their intended bud sites and setting up for the boost that is building up fast now. They have all been placed directly under the lights now so have the full spectrum of Mars Hydro goodness beaming down on them all. Herz O.g jas really packed the pistils on now and her mains are very well covered with hairy colouring budlets that smell so sweetly now and have begun to really pack on the trichromes too. With her being a 7 week (49 days !) flowering strain on paper , I don't see her finishing in the next 7 days .lol She has a little to offer yet I think so we will totally ignore the science and go with the lady herself!!!!!. heehee Strawberry Cola is looking nice and shaggy too. her buds rwmjnd me of shook up soda now with her fizzy looking appeal close up. Her node are still in the process of joining up and with 3 weeks to go she has time. She smells really candy sweet now and her trichs are really stacking below decks on the lowers. she should make a nice plant at harvest. Monster Mash has staked her claim on the tallest of the grow. my initial worries of long node spaces are unfounded and she is proving her genetics can handle filling them in now. I can see so many potential donkey dicks in this lady ( not meant to sound like it does! ooops .lol) I expect the coming weeks to continue to impress with these beauties and hope you can stay along for the ride. After 11 days 12/12 the Blueberry Muffins shows preflowering signs. Chicken and Waffle is a little late on that site, not that much growing, actually, but we will see. I tried to fill out the small tent as good as I could. In ten days they get lolli popped and cleaned up.

Day 64. Girls are going ok, but : I had pH issues, recalibrated meter. Have small thrips infestation, so bought 25000 Amblyseius swirskii, natural predators. Should be done deal !!! One Cookie is going violet !!! Very nice, hard to reach to make clear photos, I will try better next week, she is really really nice!!! Strawberry is going insane nuts, she crowned herself new QUEEN. Her top became triple top ;))) Beast not a strain !!!! Happy growing !!!

Super tight nodes, been growing great!

D-63 : everything is ko untill now ! A litle stress is visible on the leaves of the Lemon Kix that are abit too yellow. Then I set the Ph a litle bit lower with 6.3 couple of days ago. New leaves are looking ok. I think there still 2-3 weeks for the lemon kix, 1-2 weeks for the others. I'm checking the trichomes every days. Nothing much to do but removing the leaves that obstruct the light, watering and wait ! D-68 : Mokum's Tulip is gone for 48h of darkness. Harvest is coming on wednesday. Lemon Kix : is ok. A bit thirsty. Pinapple Express Young : Going great. Watching the trichomes everyday. I think the harvest could be next week-end. Pinapple Express Old : Look at this faxtailed beauty !!! She's bigger than my fist with alooooot of thricomes. She's the oldest, but she could be the last to harvest ! She's amazing.

15/01/22: Everything is looking good and as it should - the plants are really showing their sativa genes super tall for the 10liter pots. the largest is 43 inches high with the rest of them an average of 36 inches high. Defoliated a few days ago with the lower fan leaves to promote concentration on the buds. the sites are very bright green and showing good signs of pistils developing.

Welcome back once again to my DWC tutorial for beginners like Me. As this grow is drawing to an end I decided that this week I'll run back thru the topics I previously discussed for a bit of revision . Firstly I'll mention the plants progress. The Blue cheese auto is almost ready to pick , The calyxes are swelling and the trichomes are mostly clouded now with a few amber. I will let her run thru until monday the 9th before starting the flushing process with some flawless finish. This go for aprox 2 days and then I'll just run her on plain water until the end of week 7 Unless She's ready before then She's Drinking nutes still and I've dosed her up with the last of the liquid guano concentrate . Now for some revision of what we have already discussed . *Week 1* I showed how to make some bubble buckets with full instructions and pictures *Week 2 *Was all about water chemistry and that Cannabis prefers to be in a range from 5.5 - 6.5 when growing in hydroponics *Week 3* Was about the importance of keeping your tds and ph meters calibrated and working properly *Week 4* All about nutrient mixing and how to prepare a nutrient solution *Week 5* was all about how the plant contracted rust fungus and how over the coarse of just one week and the use of sulfur I overcame the issue and the plant won *Week 6* Was the weekly care guide for new growers Basically explaining the care you must provide from day to day to keep the plant healthy *Week 7* Was all about the optimum environment and conditions your plants will need to thrive We discussed the use of fans etc to keep the grow area cool etc *Week 8* Pests and diseases that can attack your plants we discuss the ways to combat this *Week 9* No tutorial just a full plant update with pics *Week 10* was about nutrient problems and deficiencies how to read what your plants are telling you and how to either prevent or fix any problems *Week 11* was about the plants trichomes and how to tell when the optimum harvest times by watching their development. Ideally you want them Clouded with a few amber . but this will differ from user to user and from strain to strain. *Week 12* was a revision of the previous weeks and next week will be the final plant pics before harvest . Observations: - Rapid vertical growth -Strong upward movement of trained branches -Continued development of secondary bud sites -Healthy leaf structure and color 🕸️ Final SCROG Training During the first days after the light switch, final adjustments within the SCROG net were performed. -Remaining branches were woven into the net -Canopy height was equalized -Growth tips were positioned for optimal light exposure After this phase, training was intentionally stopped to allow the plant to naturally express its stretch behavior. 💡 Light Intensity Adjustment Toward the end of the week, lighting was increased to full 720W, allowing: -Maximum photosynthetic activity -Stronger stretch response -Preparation for upcoming bud development 🍵 Irrigation & Feeding Watering frequency: every 2 days Volume: ~6–9L per watering The watering strategy supports the increased demand during stretch, ensuring consistent hydration and nutrient transport throughout the plant. 🌱Strain Observation Sticky Broccoli Sticky Broccoli is showing: - Strong and controlled stretch behavior -Excellent response to SCROG training -Even canopy development -High vitality under increased light intensity 📸 Weekly Summary Flowering Week 1 marks a successful and controlled transition into the bloom phase. Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Welcome back at the beggining of the 3rd week of flowering. They seem to be stopped streching and now concentrating on buds. All of them are gorgeous..... The 2 Zamnesia genetics Gelato and Kalini Asia are pretty and buds are forming nicely. Kalini Asia might strech a bit more but not long. The Sweet Seed ones are really nice and I am so happy because Red Hot Cookies is already getting red.... pistils and around the leaves.. I hope the same happens to the Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison also. They are so gorgeous. They calmed down I don't expect more strech. Fertilization still the same every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. Some lollipopping (Defoliation) is also done. I removed all the LST the plant remains in the same shape from now. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Probably the last week of veg. I used the scrog and daily tucked the heads under the net. Number 2 worked best with this training method. Number 4 stopped gaining hight about a week ago, I hope that the early flower stretch lets me separate the branches with the scrog. Adding silica seems to help with the stem and braches stability, not sure it this strain just has a strong structure or if the silica did the difference. Update: Switched to flower after a last defoliation on 13/05
