We zitten in week 11. Ze wordt steeds mooier en mooier. Ze ruikt zeer sterk zoet en heeft harde toppen bedekt met thc. Ik heb wat meer bladeren weggeknipt Ik zal haar deze week proberen nog meer op te pompen en waarschijnlijk vanaf volgende week alleen maar mineraalwater geven. ( denk ik) Laten we kijken hoe ze zich deze week ontwikkeld. Gedurende de week zal ik nog verse foto's updaten dus hou het in de gaten 🧐

Закончилось долгое увлекательное путешествие, мне даже немного грустно. В этот цикл я впервые попробовал технику мэйн-лайниг, надеюсь моя работа вам понравилась, я старался чтоб куст получился красивым. Week 9 All plants are growing vigorously in a healthy way. Side branches are stretching, structure is enlarging since topping. Approximately same size; the bigger are Flash Back #2 & Brake Pad Breath. Daylight 15h40 - 6h20/22h Found some aphids on the Royal Moby: I sprayed Black Soap on every plants and cleaned the infested plant leaf by leaf. I placed sticky traps in each pot: yellow, blue and black for the different type of insects Major parts of the time plants are in the veranda; clean, sunny and ventilated room. It’s easier to control pests and diseases, but the risk is the contamination between plants in this type of closed space. I sprayed Neem oil too. 2 watering: -roots stimulator + enzyme -grow nutrients + Bio Heaven Added more soil in pot (1.5L/plants) : Worm Humus + bat guano + diatomaceous earth (natural mineral insecticide) + vermiculite Sprayed Fish Mix.

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity

1/18 Ah boy. Somethings definitely a little wiggity with her here. The fact that the tent hasn't been above 70 in a long time probably has something to do with it. These LEDs don't seem to produce sufficient heat to keep the tent warm and it has become a catch 22 because I usually dim my lights slightly when I see a plant starting to show distress. This has always been a problem for me in this environment during these months. Some plants just adapt better than others. I might have to keep this thing alive in veg for awhile until it shows signs of improvement because flowering a struggling plant is always a bad idea imo.

Welcome to week 4 of the LSD-25 grow. Training her has kept me busy all week. Everyday small adjustments have been made to the LST. Since these grow so fast, I started to removed smaller bud sites and some fan leaves. By doing this, she should start focusing her energy where I want to. I was able to collect rain water for her this week with a dose of Mammoth P. This coming week I'll be brewing her some compost tea as per BioTabs recommendation. Majority of the training is complete and I am pleased with the results. It's just a matter of time before she is in full bloom. Looking forward to seeing how chunky and purple her buds turn out. At Day 5 of this week, she's already showing some purpose on her main stem

Day 17 of flowering I applied the last dose of Delta 9. They reacted beautifully. Hope to see big colas and healthy buds.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Come walk in the enchanted forest.

Světlo jede na 50% a teplota stoupla na pouhých 23,3°C přes den. Doufal jsem trochu víc ale nic s tim bohužel neudělám D29: 3 dny po přesazení holek do 11 L květináčů Shogun 5 a Haze Berry 1 mají na spodních listech trochu popálené konečky 😓 , ale jinak vypadají spokojeně. Asi jsem použil trochu více BioBizz Worm Humus během přesazování. Zbylé holky vypadají velmi spokojeně a mají sytě zelené listy které jsou naprosto bez vady 😍 7 rostlin má momentálně 5 nodů jedna rostlina už 6, takže v druhé polovině týdne začnu s vytvářením potrubí na main-linning. Už se nemůžu dočkat až začnu s tréninkem 😍 D31: Každá rostlina zalita 500ml čisté vody bez živin D33 čtvrtek: Holky jsem zastřihl u 3. Nodu a vyčistil od zbylého porostu. Ponechal jsem pouze přilehlé listy u rostlin s menšími větvemi. Povedlo se mi zlomit jednu větev u Haze Berry 1 během LST :'( zranění jsem ošetřil ale po 8 hodinách je zřejmé že větev nepřežije :'( Vysadil jsem 3 semena Sweet Orange XL od českých pěstitelů z Natural Seeds jako náhradu za zlomenou větev Každá rostlina dostala 1L vody s živinami které můžete vidět v tabulce D35: Vyklíčila všechna semena Sweet Orange XL. Všechna ve stejný den :)

Northern lights is growing great. She had a big growth spurt over the last week. She has been growing vigorously this last week. I did some training today on her. Getting ready for the continued growth to come. Everything is going great. 9/4: I hope to successfully germinate all 4 of the Sweet Seeds Dark Devils that they sent me. I am keeping it really simple this run and am using my new DWC cloner to germinate. I made up 3 gallons of a de-chlorinated water in a strong solution of Endoboost Hydro and added 1/4 tsp of Superthrive per gallon. I adjusted the Ph to 6.0 and let the pump and aerator cycle the res for a few hours. I put rapid rooters into 1.25" net pots and ensured that the water level was high enough so as to just touch the bottoms of the rooters. About 10 minutes later the rooters were all nice and damp, so I planted and prayed. I've just got a 9w pinkish grow light mounted about 5 inches above the rooters, but once they are rooted well, I'll move them into a 1020 tray with dome under 65w of mixed spectra lighting with supplemental blues. Once they've got a couple sets of leaves, I'll plant the rooters in some half-gallon biodegradable fabric bags and move them into my tiny tent under a pair of mixed spectrum QB's. They'll all have to stay in there until my current run of photo clones is done in the closet. Once space opens up in the closet, I'll plant those biodegradable bags into 3 gallon pots and move at least one of them into the closet and the others will remain in the tiny tent. Hopefully in the next 2 weeks....🙏 9/8: 3 of them rooted well and are under the dome..one straggler. 9/9: 3 of them under the dome are doing great...straggler is rooted now, but i'll give her a day or two more before i plant it. 9/10: The straggler is rooted well now. I'll plant her into a 1/2 gallon degradable bag tomorrow and move her to the tiny tent with the other 3.

Soooooo... I think I really fucked up haha. It's week 6 and they are huge... I didn't anticipate the stretch well and now I'm panicking. Any advice would be great because aside from getting an extra 8 inches from mounting all the way to the ceiling I'm at a loss. They are doing well aside from that though. a lot of dark spots where I could have trained better are just becoming more prevalent and I'm really seeing where I should have filled gaps and trained for a better light footprint. Adding top shooter for the first time at half strength this week, hoping to see results like the canna pk boost in the personal grow which is doing great. Oh and guess whos dumb pump started working for no reason after I got the replacement in the mail lol smh.
