Week 4 started. Defoliated on day 21. Looks like they're fine with it 😉 The smell is ridiculous. I cannot touch them without them stinking like crazy (and me with them). Got that frost going on, hope they'll keep it coming!

🌸 Week 4 Flower Report: Growth, Challenges & Big Changes! 🌸 Hey, Grow Diaries Fam! ✨ We’re here at Week 4 of Flower, and what a week it’s been—packed with challenges, adjustments, and exciting progress! Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. Buenos dias a todos. Es la primera vez que cultivo, en este caso es una Sour Compassion CBD. Esta planta fue un esqueje que me regaló un amigo. Cuando me lo dio estaba espigado en un vaso de plástico con 1 mes de vida. La pase a una maceta "Mad Rocket" de 16L. La hice vegetar 2 meses y luego la pase a florar el 8 de Marzo. Tuvo 111 días de vida y 71 días de floración. Con respecto a la fertilización que aparece, hace referencia a toda la vida de la planta. Saludos cannabicos

hi, one more week, except for the lack of control in height due to the sativa phenotypes and a couple of plants that show some virosis. Everything is going well, good smell and plenty of resin. we're about halfway through the flowering cycle now! greetings.

Today is day 57 I flipped them to flower on day 55, responded so well to all the things they've had done, topping, tie downs, defoliations, they look really good especially the bigger of the 2,.. roll on next week

Buds getting alot bigger now and loads of crystals on them 😍 had to move things around in the tent for the 4 biggest ones to have some more room, quite a few leaves turning yellow and dropping off recently (i hope this is normal) all the plants are differant sizes so im not going to update the plants size

The cannabis plant is generally growing well and is progressing as expected during the flowering stage. Despite the positive overall growth, brown spots have appeared on some of the leaves and I dont really know what it is. While the appearance of brown spots is concerning, the overall health of the cannabis plant remains good. With careful monitoring and appropriate adjustments, the plant should continue to develop successfully. It will be exciting to see how the plant progresses as it matures, even if its growth rate is somewhat slower than expected.

The girls were harvested at 94 days. I didn't weigh it, but I believe they yielded around 30 to 40g for both. I am very satisfied and happy to have achieved a very good result, being my first time growing. A cycle closes and a new will come soon with new soil assembly, new genetics and more experience. Thanks to Shiva for tending and blessing the crop, and to all friends here who have sent messages of support and encouragement. I gained another family. Flower day 40

D56 - Today is the first day in the eighth week of veg for #2 and the seventh for #1. This will be the final week of veg for the girl as I'm ready to flip in a few days. I did the last heavy defoliation by removing most leaves and branches except the tops. I aim to get the girl to put all the flowering energy into the tops and hopefully result in big colas without popcorn nugs or larf. I did keep a few clones from each girl, though. After defoliation, I sprayed down the girl with my chili tincture to combat the thrips. I took great care to hit all leaves on both sides. This tincture is harsh to work with, and I was coughing like mad, and I damn near filled my N95 mask with snot (yummy!). After all this snot, drool and coughing, I just wanted to be done for the day, so I stressed checking out how my new scrog frame fits. The frame, of course, fell and broke one of the tops clean off. Ugh! I tried to fix it with some tape but the break was in a weird spot and it didn't work. Not a massive deal as it was a corner top, and there will be 15 other tops. Still annoying, but hey, it's my damn fault for stressing. D57 - The girls have bounced back nicely from their heavy defoliation. I just snapped a couple of pics as I hung a blue sticky trap in the tent. I always have regular yellow sticky traps in my tent to monitor pest pressure. However, thrips aren't that interested in yellow but are attracted to blue. D59 - I flipped my lights today from the veg mode to the flower-inducing mode. I have no idea how much these girls will stretch, so better sooner than later. Also, I finally got around to start training one of the tops toward the middle of each girl. (About damn time!) I've thought about it for quite a while but have been ignoring it. The lights are flipped now, so we are almost out of veg time. Now or never! D62 - The girls look healthy, and I can't see any thrip damage on the newer leaves. Fingers crossed that the buggers are gone! I gave each girl around 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3.

Week 6 of flower

This girl is stacking so nicely for someone who got very little grow time outdoors before the onset of flower. 2nd generation of shogun I have grown but never smoked, so I still don't know if its any good. LoL Something tells me this one is going to be something special. Lets see.
