We have made it to the end of Week 6. Conditions in the tent have improved DRAMATICALLY. The heat wave has finally passed and the temperature has finally leveled out. Not only that, the super weird monsoon weather that we were having has also passed and now the humidity is not rising above 60%. This turn for the best is really showing and also fixing the pH problem I had also probably helped a lot. Going to push the PPM a little more this week, between 750-850 The color of the buds is really coming through now, especially in the pineapple express and zkittles. The melonsicle seems to be growing much more like a traditional sativa. I feel it's about a week behind schedule with the rest of the plants. It seems to be on a true 9 or 10 week tract at this point. I think the blue gelato is going to be a bust in terms of yield. It just got heavily over shadowed by the other three plants from the beginning. It has stayed quite small and I am not sure it will yield heavily. Hopefully the smoke is quality and I will be impressed enough with my first Barney's Farm experience to try again.

This week has yielded positive results from the FIM And LST. I topped the internodal new branching that grew from the FIM job as well this week and the 2 extra tops are growing in response on each branching. She is now under a 4 bulb vivosun T5 6500K fixture and is responding very well to the light changes. Her stems are begging to give off terpines when rubbed. She smells of tart sweet lemons and diesel fuel haha. I am very happy about this grow and am expecting preflower to begin soon.

Another week closer... Everything is growing great, no problems with this run so far., This last week we found a Male plant, this is what happens when you grow from seed...sucks..but thats ok it happens. So its out of the grow room and everything is back to normal.. The smell is starting to get stronger, love it, it smells great....well thats about it.. Bud sites are starting to form and I like how solid the stems are on this small stock. I'm expecting huge colas on this one so I'm keeping her grow under control and aiming for multiple sticky colas on this girl she smells amazing! This week all plants but the Sweet Tooth will be getting Massive nutrients from Green Planet which does wonders for getting those fat colas.

Como podemos ver ya todas están para el corte o casi, en algunas tendré que seleccionar el pheno, ya que hay alguna que me gusto más que la otra, en general un terpeno muy diferente en cada variedad y también la calidad de la resina, en general mucha resina, pero por ejemplo he podido observas que los tricomas de la Gorilla Melon son más grandes y se oxidan de una manera más lenta, ideal para hacer extracciones, en cambio, la Reinbow Melon .... ese terpeno dulce intenso tanto que es hasta abrumador...me muero de ganas ya de probarla... la Lemon Mandarín es exagerado el olor que tiene a mandarina si cierras los ojos y ueles fuere parece que te vayas a comer una buena mandarina y la Paya Sherbet tiene un olor dulce y muy agradable, pero nada que aún pueda relacionad del todo..... un saludo y buenos humos fam.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Start Flush

haven't updated in a while. had a lot if things going on. still have been growing. just started to flower about two weeks ago. I'm going to attempt to update if I can find the pictures. I will keep update during the rest of flower. I have decided to go all natural/organic as possible the rest of flower. so I flushed and using a few different nutes. my state legalized medical and so I've been busy getting into the industry! stay tuned.

Another week gone and we have another problem... Trips god damn.. took all the plants out yesterday and sprayed them with neem oil so i hope that it fixes the problem because we are reaching the end of the grow this is a big freaking royal pain in the ass and i wish i didn't have to deal with it but what you gonna do check out the pictures you can see the destroyed leaves no further changes in the nutrients but we have slightly high humidity but that is an easy fix just keep the door open so the only struggle now are the trips any advice is very welcome Talk next week cheers, Nibameca

Tropicanna Poison XL Auto W4F2 7/20-26 The hot weather returned with humidity and days of scattered thunderstorms. I fertilized once this week with I49 and top dressed with worm castings since I saw some yellow leaves near the bottom. Thankfully with all the rain we’ve had this month she doesn’t show any deficiencies or bud or root rot. I fertilized with I49 grow 1 tbsp/gal & 2 tbsp I49 Flower. With the extreme heat and rain, my auto Tropicanna Poison XL Auto had a huge stretch a full 7 inches this week and now at 22 inches tall. There are no nutrient deficiencies and demonstrates resistance to fungal diseases. Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. Hi all another week closer to the end goal,hopefully I'll can stop paying everyone else for there shit fucking weed they sell me and I can get top shelf stuff out me shed haha.well that's the plan and by god has this been and experience.first grow so you on top off everything before it even starts sometimes making my own problems mostly but honestly it was a joy and eventful.first fan broke,2 cheap dehumidifiers not making one bit difference so keeping temps and humidity down the last 2 to 3 weeks has been crazy bought another dehumidifier a big 20 litre one great job but in tent temps would be 30 degress if left it so learned lung room important so just keeping that best i can but with no fan no carbon filter not due to arrive till 21st of may ill be smoking a blunt when it arrives so the smell is off the charts ha plus wife says she was talking to post man more times since the start of this grow than me as I've been out entertain the girls for weeks haha🤣🤣🤣 So on to plants feeding strawberry banana same as always not there yet wait another week maybe and might only do 3 days flush on her ill see but have been flushing wedding cheesecake the last nine days more than I want to as waiting on new tent hopefully here Tomorrow so chop chop she responding well anyway only fan leaves going yellow not sugar leaves as of yet so want to do it before that starts happening im actually shitting myself about it tho has anyone else felt like that on there first grow I taught my problem would be ill do to early chop to quick just saw the thing down before there was even a bud just dying to smoke it because can't wait but it's the opposite I just don't touch it now dont want to fuck it all up so I'm terrified to go near it with a cutters 😅 😅🤣wen tent arrives ill be more confident I reckon we'll ill have to no matter what she has to come down tomorrow fingers crossed all goes well Thanks again for stopping by and all the help a long the way definitely would be ready for chop without it.
