Finaler Grow-Report – Lemon Cherry Gelato Mein erster legaler Grow mit Lemon Cherry Gelato von Barney’s Farm ist fast abgeschlossen – das Curing läuft noch, aber es ist Zeit für ein Fazit zum Anbau! Setup & Bedingungen: Ich habe in einer Spider Farmer 90x90x180 cm Growbox unter der Spider Farmer SF-G3000 (300W LED) angebaut. Als Medium kam BioBizz Light-Mix zum Einsatz, gedüngt wurde mineralisch mit Advanced Nutrients (Grow, Bloom, Micro). Um das volle Potenzial der Pflanzen auszuschöpfen, setzte ich auf Low-Stress-Training (LST) und ein ScrOG-Netz zur optimalen Lichtverteilung. Keimung & Wachstum: Die Keimung verlief problemlos – 4 von 5 Samen sind innerhalb von zwei Tagen aufgegangen. Während der Vegetationsphase entwickelten sich die Pflanzen kräftig und reagierten gut auf das Training. Die ScrOG-Methode half, ein gleichmäßiges Wachstum und eine bessere Lichtnutzung zu erzielen. Blüte & Ernte: Nach etwa 6 Wochen Vegetation leitete ich die Blütephase ein. Die Pflanzen zeigten eine starke Harzproduktion und eine beeindruckende Farbgebung mit einer Mischung aus dunklen Grüntönen, lila Highlights und frostigen Trichomen. Das Aroma war von Anfang an fruchtig und zitronig, mit phänotypischen Unterschieden in der Intensität. Die Ernte fiel mit 300-350 g trockenen Blüten sehr zufriedenstellend aus – für meinen ersten legalen Grow ein starkes Ergebnis. Curing (still in run ): Aktuell lagern die Blüten in 24 Mason Jars (16oz) und einem 2L-CVault, um das Aroma weiter zu entwickeln. Derzeit dominiert eine zitronige Note, während die erhofften Kirsch-Terpene langsam stärker hervortreten. Mein Ziel ist es, die Haze-Noten möglichst gering zu halten und das volle fruchtige Profil herauszuarbeiten – der Prozess ist also noch nicht abgeschlossen. Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow – die Kombination aus hochwertiger Genetik, gutem Training und präziser Nährstoffversorgung hat sich definitiv ausgezahlt. Die Buds sind harzig, aromatisch und vielversprechend, und ich bin gespannt, wie sich das Curing weiterentwickelt. Der nächste Schritt ist, das perfekte Terpenprofil zu treffen – und das Curing geduldig zu optimieren.

9/22 Week 10 update... finally Looks good but going to add more Phos due to some red stems showing upping to 3ml/g These pics caused my husband to do a serious defoliation, 😏 Changed nuets to lower Bloom 10% increase PK by adding Peak need to use it up. 9/23 Vid up 9/24 After looking at things this morning have decided to start moving the FFT9 and FFT11 to flush. Begin slowly cutting Bloom nuets tomorrow for those two strains so we can start flush at week's end. 9/25 Feed is changing as we move them into flush. Gave my girls a trim got all those half eaten leaves with spidermites then made a mixture of soap eucalyptus , and teatree essential oils and gave them a bath in it. (Sprayed em down with a spray bottle) seems to have worled so far gonna make a few more times and spray my ladies down a few more times so as to kill the bugs when the eggs hatch.the are starting to look better and hopefully they thrive. Week one flowering!!!!!

Week 8 trimmed her pretty good to open her up. I spread branches to maximize their exposure to the hps. She has responded very well. The light burns seem to all be on the fans so they are doing their job and cooling off her flowers. Thanks again for looking!

Quick Summary: moved and transplanted around day 18 into 5 gal. airpots with fresh ocean forrest, flowering began around day 24, thought I maybe had some nutrient burn, more likely cause is phosphorous and/or cal/mag deficiencies, three plants in the home stretch, O has a bit longer Day 50 Update: Watered and took some pictures last night. Not much new. Pretty sure they have massive deficiencies instead of any burn. I may chronically underwater/underfeed my plants. I'm still learning. This is my fourth grow ever so there's still lots to learn. Day 51 Update: Meant to water today but didn't. Day 52 Update: I spent a while with each plant and took some pictures/video when plant O was out of the tent. You can see some pretty clear brown spots on a fair bit of the shorter two plants. S is all kinds of ugly, but who knows, maybe still put out a decent weight. I fed twice in a row now and added some CaliMagic (forget the company name) this time. I read about how when there are stronger lights or MORE lights, the plants can burn through phosphorous rapidly, so maybe that's the issue I had. Either way, about day 40 seems like when the nutrients can be more steadily increased. The shorter two, V and P, have about 2ish weeks so that will likely be their last feeding. S too probably. O, on the other hand, has several weeks left but is looking otherwise really solid. Hopefully I got enough nutrients in early enough in that plant's flowering that it won't show any deficiencies. It's a monster too! 38 inches to the top of the spire. The other three are 25, 21, and 19 inches still so likely their final heights. I kept the tallest as the plant height for the diary because the top end is good to know for other indoor growers. Day 53 Update: No news. Day 54 Update: No news. Day 55 Update: S, V, and P are the three shorter plants. They are all starting to take water a bit slower. They didn’t *need* water tonight, so I’ll give them another day. O, on the other hand, is a monster! Probably needed water yesterday. Filtered tap, about 2 gal for O tonight. Food next time for O also. Others are in the wind-down so we’ll see. the 4th week is over and she is doing well. i have started a light LST training. she has gained a good 10 cm in height and she looks healthy and strong. the pistols are becoming more visible.😃👍

Week 2 went fast with zero issues from this strain it has become my favorite of current grows as of now based on structure, growth rate and it's overall healthiness. I have a feeling this is going to be a really nice plant by flower. I gave her her first worm tea this week and a foliar spray as well. Other then that I'm gradually pushing the light intensity daily hoping to reach my veg lights max output shortly without stressing it. Also rigged my light to move for me check out the video of it moving that mover cost me about 4 feet of tie down wire and that's it keep that in mind if your on a budget! You don't have to buy one if you get creative! Anyway I'm having a good time with this can't what to start training on the coming weeks. Welcome to my next grow/experiment! Really excited to grow my first Mephisto Genetics! I have too many options so my girlfriend picked these seeds to grow first. I have plans to top once and hopefully be successful at making a clone to reverse. From there I’d like to maybe make some F1, and S1 seeds as well as breed it with the cultivar sharing the tent: Fastbuds Amnesia Zkittlez. This freebie seed had a slower start but they all popped! Started off germinating on Saturday 2/3 by soaking the seeds in a cup of water for 24 hours before transferring to a wet paper towel. On Tuesday 2/6 tap roots were present (one was barely coming out) and they were moved to rapid rooter plugs and put into a humidity dome. On 2/11 they had sprouted up 1.5” and were transferred to the top fed RDWC system. Filled the reservoir following General Hydroponics 10 part chart at light strength and diluted by 50%. SE7000 is ~30” above at 40% providing ~270ppfd.
