Start of week 5 gonna hit these girls with some water ph’d a little bit higher see if that helps with the white tips but seems to be doing better Update 3/13: fed them with 1/3 of a gallon each plant with feed ph’d at 7.5 blue lab pen said my soil ph was at 5.7 causing the white tips let’s see how these girls do within the next 3 days 3/17 update soil PH has been brought up to 6.5.. all good and doing wat better end of week 5

Overall things went really well. The Mars Hydro light changed the outcome dramatically. We’ll see you next run, which isn’t too far away. Looking to gro some Khalifa Kush. It’s such a nice tasting flower.

Final stretch for the Cheese trees twins. Amazing smells inside the grow room. Smells great, but this dank ass smell, lingers in the air. Not sure which is creating this odor, or maybe just a mixture from all the ladies. Straight water for the next week. Once I get them down under the 200 ppm mark, I will be dropping these ladies. The tops of these ladies are super heavy. Light cables are stopping them from bending right over and hitting the floor. These Cheese have been healthy through the entire grow. Haven't lost a single leaf and all remain healthy. One healthy strain and a pleasure to watch grow and bloom. Looks like it will be a breeze to trim up.👍

Hi fellow growers, for this first week of flowering, everything went smoothly. She took the defoliation from last week well and kept growing strong. She took 8cm during this first week of 12/12, nothing crazy but I hope she is gonna take more this coming week, so that she has pretty long main branches by the end of stretching. I'm glad the smaller branches that occupy the middle grew well and full up this empty space. I'm tucking daily the fan leaves from the main branches to allow a maximum light to reach the branches from the middle. Last week I was wondering if I had gone too strong on the defoliation and then I read about this schwazzing technique, when one defoliates even more, basically removing most of the leaves, this on the day of switching to 12/12 and then doing this same heavy defoliation 20 days later. So be prepared, in two weeks I'm gonna apply the recommended second heavy defoliation and we'll see how that goes together. 😁 Humidity is around 70% at the moment, it's on the high side but I'm not too worried about it. For the nutrients, I'm still religiously following the biobizz schedule and so far, so good. I started this week to log everyday some basic data about the plant, like height, temperatures and humidity. I guess it would be nice to have a little graph at the end to see the evolution of the plant or whatever one wants to do with the data. I think it's good practice too. -- Stereoscopic pictures -- You might have wonder what the hell are those two pictures where seemingly the same picture is put two times. They actually are stereoscopic pictures or 3d pictures. It's using the same principle as 3d for movies or virtual reality and it tricks your brain into seeing in 3d. Basically each picture is the view from each of our eyes. I made those pictures so it allows to see them in 3d without glasses. Follow along with this little tutorial (The picture "stereoscopy 2" is easier. I find it as well easier on a computer as smartphones have a smaller screen): - Having the pictures in front of you around 30-40cm (15-20cm on smartphones) from your eyes, start crossing your eyes slowly. - Both pictures are gonna move toward the middle. The idea is to make both pictures superpose each other in in the middle. - Start to focus on the superposition in the middle and if necessary, adjust the distance between your eyes and the screen. - Once it's in focus, you will instantly notice it and see my weed in crystal clear 3d! As we move into week 5, we're keeping a close eye on plant #2, which is showing some different characteristics than plant #1, namely, nutrient deficiencies. We seem to be dealing with it okay so far, having reduced the nitrogen input and increased the calcium and magnesium. I think these girls are anxious for some phosphorous and potassium but we're being cautious and will be feeding under 400ppm, starting tomorrow. Day 29: - increased HLG Elite 360 fixture's light intensity, from 65% to 70%. - minor LST adjustments and some leaf tucking to both plants. - installed reciprocating fan at top of tent, blowing fresh intake air across the light fixture and down to the plants. Day 30: - watered with a 500ppm nutrient solution, 4ml per gallon of Remo Nutrients' Flowering line, but with General Hydroponics' "CaliMagic" replacing Remo's "MagNifiCal", due to the lower Nitrogen content. - pH'd to 6.2/6.3 - minor LST adjustments Day 31: - calcium deficiency is showing up more on plant #2. Is there PK deficiencies as well? I'll continue feeding cal-mag and flowering nutes this week but i need to do a runoff test, and/or maybe a slurry test. Day 32: - watered with a 270ppm solution of "CaliMagic" (Cal/Mag). - pH'd to 6.4 - slurry test done with 100ml of soil and 200ml of distilled water at pH7.0. Tested slurry after 5 minutes, had a pH of 6.1. Day 33: - Plant 2 still showing a severe deficiency, which i assume is still calcium & magnesium, although the stems of the leaves are very purple and despite the genetics, i think this is indicative of deficiency issues as well. - Oddly, Plant 1 is not showing the same issues. Day 34: - did some light defoliation, removing a few small, lower shoots from the lower branches and a few of the lowest fan leaves. - increased HLG "Elite 360" fixture intensity from 75% to 80% (approx. 145 watts per each QB96 board). - Temp: 78F (lights on); 62-66F (lights off) - RH: 46-55% (lights on); 60-62% (lights off)

Everything going great. Smells like sour candies. Legit can smell the cantaloupe origins and it’s already getting blanketed in trichs. Can’t wait to see these girls get dense in the next few weeks.
